I have bought the game licence in 2022 for round 21 euro. I have the receipt to prove it.
Today, I cannot access my account on Microsoft. When clicking on login, I cannot change the following email that appears on the pop-up: madeline.watson.[protected]@rambler.ru
I have asked several questions to the Minecraft support service:
1. where is my account.
2. tell me if and when this person madeline.watson.[protected]@rambler.ru has bought a licence?
3. why am I seeing her when the window to insert the logins shows up?
None of my questions have been answered. I am being forward to Microsoft with no point of contact there.
When checking their faq, https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4409227755661-Minecraft-Java-Edition-Account-Security-FAQ, nothing mentions Microsoft.
At the end of the day, Minecraft needs to provide the correct assistance. The receipt list their name and as such it is fully responsible to provide assistance to their clients.
