How am I supposed to contact them if they have no phone number?
Theo only way to notify them about your issue is to write an email that will be answered several days later. Or won't I don't know what exactly it depends on.
I let them know that I haven't received my order. It took them 5 days to check everything and call me back. They blamed me for that. They said that probably I gave them the wrong address that's why I didn't get anything.
But it wasn't true. I've already ordered from them and I never moved anywhere, so my address is still the same.
They just were very unprofessional and thought that blaming me would be the best decision. Well, guys, you weren't right...
worst service
My order never arrived. Don't know what to do because their customer team simply ignores all of my inquiries.
Well, they used to answer but then stopped. Who knows why.
What I want to know is where is my order. It's been 2 months since I placed it and there's no sign of it. If it lost or something like that happened I would like to get a refund. That's all. And that was my last conversation.
Terrible place for those who don't like to risk.
lost my package I return for a refund and will not refund me
I returned items back for a refund 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago i got in touch with them because i never got a refund. They are telling me they have not received my package. According to my tracking number- they did successfully received it. they are asking me to provide the "proof" of delivery and tracking number - which i no longer have because this was 2 1/2 weeks ago. SO basically i lost 86$. they will NOT refund me and what irritates me the most- they will NOT ADMIT their mistake of loosing my package. They are completely disorganized. one customer service advisor says one thing- another one says something different. they deserve less then a 1 star.
seems like a scam
I have ordered many items from MissguidedUS and was very excited about my purchase. Everything looked very good on their website so I ordered many stuff. Two weeks passed and I decided to check what was going on with my order. I went to the tracking site they gave me and it showed that my order was still in the warehouse. I contacted MissguidedUS customer service and they claimed that my order was already shipped a long time ago. Another weeks passed and according to the tracking site my items were not shipped but MissguidedUS rep kept telling me my order was on its way. The saddest part is that I did not receive anything yet and it seems like these guys are lying to me! I do not recommend this site, seems like a scam.

I have purchased two dresses from MissguidedUS and one dress was too small, so I emailed their customer support and asked for a refund. They said that I have to send the both dresses back in order to get a refund. I really liked the first dress, but decided that money was more important so I agreed and told them that I want a refund. I sent everything back and later got a message stating that will get the money in a week. Three weeks already passed and still nothing! They keep telling that everything is fine and that I don't need to worry. But it seems to me that they decided to keep my money!
slow shipping and terrible quality
Stay far way from this scam organization! www.missguidedus.com is the worst place to shop! I've ordered few things from them and paid extra $15 for quick shipping, but they sent my package with the slowest shipping company ever! Received my stuff three weeks later and quality was way off, sizes were totally wrong and nothing fit! And they never gave me my tracking number, so all the time while I was waiting I was frustrated and felt nervous! This site is not reliable, don't waste your money here! I'm extremely disappointed!

Well, long story short! I'll made and order and never received my package! The order was placed about a month ago. I sent them tons of messages but received only excuses! This was my first time ordering from Missguidedus and I received my clothes in a timely manner but the clothes looked really cheap. The tracking link they gave me did not work so I emailed them and never received no answer! The next day they finally sent me a message back saying they would check the tracing link. did not work. I'm very disappointed!
terrible return service!
I have been trying for over two months now to get a refund for an item I bought back in November. I did receive my order in reasonable time, however the item I've received was absolutely wrong. At first I thought that since this was a mistake on their part that and I would easily return it and get a refund. But these people really gave me a hard time! I'm still trying to get my money back. All I keep getting is a run around from their chat service and their ridiculously unprofessional emailing service. First I asked them to give me a return label, but they refused for no reason. Then I asked for a refund but they refused to again! I only want to know when my order will be delivered! Its not my fault they messed things up. I will never order anything from missguidedus again!
I want my money!
I made my order back in December and have been trying to get a refund. I did receive the order and it actually arrived on time, but they sent me a completely wrong item. I contacted MissguidedUS customer service, they apologized and offered me a refund. I returned the wrong item and was hopping to get my money, but that never happened. I'm still trying. All I get is a run around from their reps and their stupid computer generated emails! All I want to know is when will I get a refund but since these clowns are ignoring me I cannot get any information. It's not my fault this happened! I'm very disappointed.
horrible return process
I bought something from this website, but decided to return the item. It all started back in December and since then I am trying to get my money back. The reason I decided to return was that I received a completely different product. I did not get a return label so I had to pay for it to get sent back! Then they said that item I wanted was out of stock so they could not send it to me. I asked them to cancel my order, but they refused and said that they cannot offer me a refund! It's not my fault they made a mistake! Why should I have to pay for that? I contacted my bank and reported them to BBB.

I will never again use the website www.missguidedus.com. I ordered 4 items from them, but three of these items didn’t fit me. I simply returned them back and waited for the refund, because it was mentioned that the seller provided refunds, but the seller kept silence within 60 days. Now he would return money back as well as change the order. So, be aware that this company doesn’t provide refunds.

I ordered some clothes from the website www.missguidedus.com. Everything seemed to be good, but after several days of my purchase I haven’t received any confirmation info or updates about purchase. After 10 days they sent me emails, which stated that they tried to reach me, but I provided wrong email address. It was lie, ‘coz I checked it before I sent it to them. I replied and asked about my order, but these scammers ignored my email. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?

no info about custom charges and no support from them
I bought some clothes from the website www.missguidedus.com. Their prices were good, but their help and support was the worst ever. No one informed me that they would charge me for custom and that the price would be really high. I tried to reach their support team, but of course no one replied and their agents were offline all the time. Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.
I ordered a parcel over 1 week ago for next day delivery. It has not been received and their site says its been dispatched and Hermes says not received.
I paid for next day delivery and its still not been received despite the time lapse now being more than standard delivery.
