Called a relative stating I gave them as reference, which is false
Called a relative stating I gave them as reference, which is false. They are using a name I haven't had in over 7 years. Didn't give the company name when they left the message with them. Left a message threatening me. Haven't personally received any correspondence. They need to stop calling those related to me or myself or I will contact my lawyers and take legal action. I would also like to mention I was a victim of identity theft.

They leave a voicemail but do not say their name nor the company they are calling from. (Scam?) They state they have my name and Social Security Number but need to verify my address. I've had countless voicemails and I decided to do a search the most recent number. Hopefully no one falls for this scam because verifying personal information to an unknown party with a ComplaintsBoard.com score of F and this many complaints validates you should not answer their calls. Please stop calling me.
Some low voiced fool from MNS called me (by spoofing a local phone number) and left a vm
Some low voiced fool from MNS called me (by spoofing a local phone number) and left a vm. Apparently it was a matter regarding my ex wife of TEN years. Didn't even mention me, rather said the message was for her (as if I care) involving imminent asset verification and negative actions. Whatevs. The fact they spoofed a local # tells me they are an unreputable company. I just wonder how they got my unpublished cell #...but I guess that is what a bottom feeding outfit like MNS does.
Please note that this woman “Miranda" is a scammer
Please note that this woman “Miranda" is a scammer. She claims to be in “asset verifications" and is calling every member of my family to try and get in touch with my mother. I looked her up and called her back to call her out on it and she immediately told me that I was unintelligent and ignorant and that she was could post information online that I'm a “deadbeat" and that I have a “small hoo-ha" (the words of an ‘attorney'). Do not give this human piece of garbage your time or any information that she is asking for and report her immediately if you receive a call from her.

Phone call from agency stating I needed to get a police report for my daughter theft of identity
Phone call from agency stating I needed to get a police report for my daughter theft of identity. Very demanding, yelling, did not allow me to speak and clear up their accusations, falsifying information, attacking integrity, stating I was a recorded line, demanding payment, then hanging up. I called back, they stated I was harassing them in fact they were harassing me. Stated they would report me to diversified collection.
I was initially contacted by this company on Wednesday, 1/6. I was at work so I was not able to answer the phone call and the employee that called had left me a voicemail. Contained within this email, the employee stated this message was for me and he said my full name. He then stated the reason for my call was that he needed to confirm my social security number and that where I am currently living was the primary place of occupancy entirely in order to confirm assets. Also stated within this voicemail was that the person that they were looking for and wanting to know if she was living with me, that they were looking for her to sign for and respond to a required demand notice per federal guidelines. And that this issuing process may commence within 24-48 hours. I looked up the phone number that I was contacted from. It was a local number and oddly enough, it was connected to a business called Exceptional Homes & Remodeling. Thinking that this was a joke or a scam once I looked up the number, I just simply blocked the local number that called me and I thought that would be the end of it. Well, I ended up receiving another voicemail from the same phone number. Since I blocked the number, I'm guessing it went to voicemail right away. Well now, the same employee also needs to confirm my full name, my place of employment and my address. So, I'm starting to believe this is either a scam or this is a company seeking my personal information in which I will not be giving it to them.

This bill collector contacted me and My brother about a debt that my husband may or may not owe. If you Google my husbands name you can get our current address and if you click on that it gives you a cell phone number. Instead they called me and they called my brother. My brother is a senior citizen over the road long-haul trucker working in another country because of Covid I have not seen him in at least 12 years and my husband never met him but this company thought they should call him to discuss my husbands possible debt. You can google my husbands phone number. They called me and my brother to intimidate or embarrass my husband. They had no intention of making contact and only called us as a form of harassment.
Had both my in laws report that a Mr. Dorian Showed up to their homes asking for verification of my name. Received a voice-mail on my wife's phone stating 24-48hrs some sort of action will be taken and I have been notified... I spoke with an attorney who has informed me that I do have legal grounds to pursue a lawsuit should I whish after documentation from my in laws of what time, and date the person showed up to their separate door steps. Absolutely unexcusable.

MNS Associates has called my work on a daily basis after I had spoke to Ms
MNS Associates has called my work on a daily basis after I had spoke to Ms. Miranda. Calling my job and asking MY personal information to whoever answers the phone. Has constantly called my families phone numbers and threatened to take each individual to court. Constantly calling my husband at work threatening him. MNS Associated is using my social security to verify my identity. Please make them stop giving out personal information and asking for personal information without consent. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!
This company is making many harassing calls to me and known associates. The man I spoke to recently could not tell me what this was in regards to, but assured me they will be filing suit if I don't pay them over $1,000. He mis-quoted the fdcpa. I was told I will be arrested or they will sue me if I do not pay. It is my understanding this company does not have a license to be a collection agency. I have not received any notices in the mail nor is there an outstanding debt from this company on my credit report.
MNS keeps calling me stating they have important papers for me to sigh. They request my Birthday and the last 4# of my social security. When I informed them that don't give that information out on the phone they get aggressive. Today a lady named Miranda called my brother in-law and my sister on their cells. Stated that I lived at their address. She argued with my sister that her legel name was Kathleen. It is not it is Kathy. I never contacted this company and I want these calls to stop. When I spoke with Miranda today she accused me of harassing her when she was the one that was getting aggressive on the phone all I said was that I cannot provide my information over the telephone if she has my address then send me the papers I was never mean to her or aggressive I am a former customer service representative and know how to treat people on the phone.
Received robo-call on 23 Oct 20 from a company "local" [protected]) phone number. Did not answer, so it went to my voicemail. Female voice left a message instructing me to call another number [protected]) with a file number she provided [protected]) regarding "asset verification" for a family member, and stating that my family member "had 24-hours to respond or collection procedures will begin". I called the "855" number directly and spoke with someone named Corey at extension 101. I refused to provide "any info" regarding a family member to a complete stranger over the telephone, and instructed him to send her "written correspondence" since he supposedly had her case file in front of him. He hung up! Received another call today (26 Oct 20) from the same "321" number. Since I had already BLOCKED the number, it went directly to voicemail). Again, same female voice on the local message...exact same info and instructions as the 23 Oct 20 call. I called the "855" number this time, and reached someone named "Corey". After providing him with the "file number" he asked personal questions, and I informed him that I had no intentions of providing ANY info on me OR a "possible" family member to a total stranger. When I pressed him on the company name, he informed me that it was MNS Associates. So, I informed him that I would consider passing his call on to the family member. Before doing that, I did an internet search of MNS Associates, read the bad reviews, and decided against it. So, I called "back" the local, [protected], number...and the same "Corey" who'd answered the "855" number now answered the local number. Instructed him not to ever call my phone number again...at which time he became extremely rude and belligerent. His "we're just trying to help you...well if you want her to get in trouble..and so on" comments were TOTALLY out of line and obviously intended to intimidate me (which could never happen "Corey). However, my DON'T EVER CALL MY NUMBER AGAIN instructions, which he consistently tried talking over me and arguing with me, should have registered! Literally 3 or 4 times I had to repeat the "do not call my home again" to him...until he again hung up on me AGAIN.

I have never before today heard anything from this company. And still do not know why they are contacting, but I still when I'm fine with this. In less than 45 mins. they called and left me a m.j message, called my son and spoke and left message with him and called my brother in fla. and left a voicemail. My brother then called them back. The person on the line stated that I had used his address for my residents. Which I never have. Again i don't know who these people are but, they are calling and making false statements and harassing my family.
Several phones calls to my place of employment and harassing the employees and calling all relatives and being mean and not respecting the Elder. CALLS have to STOP NOW!
This company, who I have no affiliation with, has been calling and harassing me, my friends, and family members. The calls are threatening, and aggressive. He told ***, my ex-husband, that "you should find her or she could be in danger." The constant harassment of me, my friends, and family is stressful. I have no affiliation with this company and think thy are scamming to steal personal information. The latest voicemail says if I do not return their call that they will come to my residence where I live, ALONE, with my two minor children. I have also filed a report with the Hudson Police Department as I do not know who this company is and why they are aggressively harassing me.

A person who identified themselves as "Josh" has called my cell phone numerous times asking for my social security number, and my place of employment. He has also called my elderly parents house trying to intimidate them in giving out my personal information, like SSN, and place of employment. The have also tried calling my young niece on her cell phone also trying to intimidate her, trying to get my personal information. When I contacted them, I asked for "Josh" I was informed by the male on the other end of the phone there was not a Josh that worked there. I informed them that I felt this was harassment, and the man on the other end of the phone called me a "deadbeat"
