I received my debit card in the mail and all was good until about 2 weeks into having it. Attempted to make a purchase at 7-Eleven my card was declined for a $10 purchase, I immediately checked my balance, system said I had close to $700 in the account. I went back to try and use my card again and declined. When I called customer care Not only was I not assisted but I was in aggressively dealt with and was forcefully told my account will be closed for reasons that they couldn't explain to me because they didn't believe that I was me yet they could tell me that they were closing the account ;a person that's not verified to be discussing the account to there poorly investigated opinion conclusion. does that make sense. Representative Paula was very rude and smug and nonchalant about the .potential ruining of my life. Upon hearing the panic in my voice she decided to place a hold on the account versus closing it but assured me that I would have to take he way which is closing it and getting a check maild me at some point because there was no other options outside of what she had in store for me. She needs to be fired because written up is too lenient in light of how I was handled. This was to be my saving Grace and I'm concerned because I have struggled hard to get where I am and survived this far to have something outside of my control potentially ruin me. Hopefully someone reads this they can do something.
Desired outcome: For the whole to be removed from my account coming to be allowed to get back to the Reconstruction of my life.
