fee for processing paycheck
I have worked for a company for 8 months, and their only option to get paid is through ADP Money Network. I have a checking account and have been able to call and get my balance and submit a direct deposit to my checking account. Until this morning, where I was told (after asking the representative to repeat because I couldn't understand his English) that there is now a $3 fee to do a direct deposit. Now I have to call for my balance, spend more time on the phone to get numbers to write a "check, " order more checks to be even able to get my paycheck, drive to Walmart (the only place in town to cash ADP checks), and then drive to my bank to put the money in my account. This is a hassle and a waste of my time. I am working to pay for school, and having my paycheck held for 5-7 days and with a $3 fee is unreasonable and unethical withholding of my paycheck. I will write letters to my own corporate offices as well.

Anytime I call this company I get someone from overseas and if I question them they start screaming cursing and hang up on me. This has happened the past 5 times I have tried calling them. Its horrible that these types of people have my hard earned money at the tip of their fingertips. I cant wait until I get my prepaid Walmart card so I dont have this company dealing with my money. I refuse to help keep this business open who allow animals like this to work for them. Never seen this horrible of customer service be allowed anywhere!
lost card
Hello my name is Destiny Highbaugh. I attend Hostos Community College and received a scholarship card from your company. I recently lost it. I have been trying for weeks to get in contact with you about my lost card. I have been calling and all I get is a technical difficulties and try again later statement. Please, if there is anything you can do by sending me a new card I would very much appreciate it.

I have called money network 3 times today and spoke to 3 different people and they gave me all 3 different...I lost my card and called to ask if I could be issued a new one, that my boss keep on file..one person told me that she would cancel my old card and that I could get a new one from my boss and activate it and have my money the next day...So we hung and called to activate it and it told me that I was not enrolled to call back.. So I called customer service again and a guy answwrestling this time and I told him what the lady before had said and all he kept wanting to say was the card was not enrolled..and I ask him bout 10 times how we go bout that and he could not provide me with any info. All he kept telling me was that I need to enroll it and it would only take 24 hours...I let him know that in order for me to do that I have to fill out and submit a form and scan to payroll and being that we get paid this Thursday it would be next pay period before it get switched over..and kept telling me that it's only 24 hours...long story short these people need to know their jobs how to help them, and not for everyone to have different stories to tell...
fraudulent charges
From Nov 7-Dec 7, had 12 fraudulent charges. I reported them . They sent me a dispute form, filled it out & faxed it back immediately. They gave me a provisional credit of $636. After investigation, they denied my claim due to conflicting stories. Now they want the $636 back. I was told there was only 1 person that can give me any information about my claim. Over the last 9 days, I've called & left 13 messages. So far, no call back. Beginning to think her not answering the phone is their way of avoiding an appeal.

payroll card/walmart
This company is a complete JOKE. I was the victim of three fraud charges from company Paylogic USA Inc. out of New York which I have no contacts in New York and had no knowledge of this company. $254 was taken out of my account as pending charges Contacted their customer service number immediately which is outsourced call center to India. The rep told me to contact the merchant; well that did little good as they are located in Europe. Sent merchant email then told that they would work with bank to investigate but confirmed we have no business with them. Rep also said would send fraud affidavit; never received; imagine that. Sent fax dispute letter, mailed certified letter to their office in GA second day mail; NO RESPONSE imagine that. I have contacted the CFPB(COnsumer Financial Protection Bureau) and filed complaint as this company needs to be addressed for WHAT THEY ARE NOT DOING. I plan on contacting Walmart corporate to let them know what their supposed payroll service to doing to their employees. I doubt that this company will address my issues but don't want others to go through what I have been. Putting my direct deposit in with a real bank as i am out $254 because of a fraud charge that my pay card company did not care to investigate
pending hold
My name is Roniesha foster and I tried to order a phone from boost mobile. Well it didn't go through but it was a pending hold on my card. I called for three days straight and they said after the third day. Well today is the third day and they still telling me they can't release my money. They won't give me a corporate office number and they won't let me speak to a supervisor. I have other bills to pay and I need my money on my card ASAP. They keep giving me the run around and hanging up in my face. The first person name was Steve and his badge number is 883959. Than the next one was Jason badge number 3403387 and the last one name was John and badge number 8033150. All I want is my money back on my card
canceling my card/checks
I had a fraudulent charge on my account, which ended in me of course having to cancel my card. I have since gotten paid twice... I haven't received my replacement card. I don't have any of the checks, so basically I'm out of luck. Their 7 -10 days seems to be infinite. They suggested I ask one of my co workers for a check so I can access my funds?! WTH. I am in such a bind, I have the money, and no way to access it. Which is the same as being broke.
pay card
I have been trying to log on to my money network account for the past 4 days and it keeps saying that I have to try again later. The money that is in my piggy bank can't be used until I switch it over to my regular spending account. Now I can't do anything as far as pay bills until I'm able to log on to this stupid app. And The organization won't do anything. I hate calling them and talking to them. Their all clueless, can't hear, or I can't understand the words their saying.
my account
My job deposited money in to my account. i know exactly how they deposited. I saw that the bank took out $2.02 from my account. I called customer service what happened to the $2.02 im missing. The lady told me before the deposit was made my bank account was at -$2.02. When i go online it doesnt show a -$2.02 it shows a postive $2.02. If its negative then why dont i see the negative. I just feel like this bank is just making money off of me.
Omg. In the banking world, we do not use the "-" for negative. If it is in brackets, it's owing. If there are no brackets, it's positive.
fraud denial
on december 2th there was a fraud activity on my account with a withdraw from a mexico atm of 500$USD
i called right away disputed it canceled the card, they investigated it twoweeks passed, they denied my claim for lack of evidence ? what kind of evidence they need i mean common?
not only that, they gave me a call back number for a agent assigned to my case she never answeres i leave avoice message and she never calls back. This company is a joke.
lack of help with stolen card
I reported that my card was stolen on 12/18/2016. I was told that I had to call back after the transaction went through because they were all pending. I called back on the 19th. I was told that those transactions were being desputed. On the 29th I was told you guys lost the info on the 19th. So than I had to fax money network a hand written despute. It's been 3 business days and every time I call money network they tell me there is no update of the fax. They also say they have no way of contacting the despute department. This is awful. My card is my payroll card. I am the victim of fraud and I get no help from the bank that holds my payroll check.

invalid username or password
At the beginning of the month (December 2017) I tried to access my Piggy Bank account when I got the invalid user name or password notice. Thinking that I might have used the wrong password I reset it thinking that would solve the problem.
Multiple customer service reps and temporary passwords later I am still to date (December 22) unable to access my money network account.
I was told on three separate occasions that they were putting in a form to Tech Support and today Erica, a customer service rep, told me that the only other complaint to Tech Service was on Tuesday the 20th, she assured me that she was putting in another request and transferred me to her supervisor who in turn informed me that there was no way to get to my Piggy Bank account with out signing in to my money network account via the phone app.
So my understanding is that I have money that I may never be able to get to and that nobody can do anything to help me...please tell me that I am wrong. I have used Money Network for five years and have had no problems until I started using Piggy Bank.

don't trust this company
So I work at Walmart and with in the first week of getting my money network card I got my pay on it. I decided to go into the subway in Walmart and buy a sandwich. It coast me $4.52. After letting the transaction go through I seen they charged me twice. Once $4.52 and another $4.84. I go back to subway for me to explain my situation and they tell me to call my bank. So I call money network and they tell me I have to wait 4 days before I can make a dispute of the transaction... so I call them 5 days later all for them to tell me they have to cancel my card that I just got and wait 10 days for a new one... I said "well would I be able to use this card until it comes in the mail" she tells me no. So I said what about the money in my account and when I get paid in 4 days? She tells me I have to wait. Worst company that I have ever had to deal with by far! Don't use this s**t service, save yourself the time and headach and don't use them.

pay card
I see my problem is not new. Money has been on hold for over a year. I explained this was setup through my employer and they should have all the necessary data. Still no help. I am closing my account to finally get my money and I have a petition at my company to stop using money network services and begin with another card service like rush cards. I've reached out to some and explained my problem and have them sending information to our parent company so we can get a better deal and some satisfaction. I would not voluntarily use money network again nor would I recommend it to anyone. It's not fair to place people's money on hold for this long. I'm not sure that it's even legal. Staff is friendly but not helpful. Seems almost like a scam. If anyone else took my money and held it refusing to return it I think it would be a police matter.

* Okay so I have been a loyal customer with Money Network now for almost about a year now and NEVER once had a issue with them until just recently.
I stopped working at Walmart and started working for another company that pays more and easy for me to.
I've been getting direct deposit from my new job for going on 3 maybe 4 months now.
And just randomly while I'm at the store checking out I've noticed that my card wasn't working I completely confused being the fact that I knew how much money was in my account since I get alerts to my cell phone everyday at 9 am. I call them and they tell me I have a hold on my account being that I'm not longer a Walmart employee that they were switching my account to a premium account. I want to make everyone aware I was not notified my account would have been suspended for not sending in a copy of my ID, Social, and a proof of address.
The company would not release my card from being on a hold after I sent them a copy of my updated ID and my social along with my credit card information I have with them.
This COMPANY has been so unhelpful when I called them probably the 100th time I told them I was done with them and wanted to be removed from them as my company and I wanted them to send me a check in the mail of my remainder balance.
I was then told I needed to email or fax them why I wanted to close my account and where they are sending my check.
Why would I have to do such a thing being that I have been a loyal card holder with them for almost a year now.
You would think they would just release it.
So now I am waiting for my check to be sent out to me,
I would NOT recommend this COMPANY as a card holder for your money.
I will go out my way to make sure NOONE uses this company after everything I have been dealing with for the past TWO days.
refusal to lift hold on debit card
For months Money Network has had this "hold" on my debit card, I was asked to send in my social security card and an I.D, I have done this and still can't access my money. This is sloppy business on their part and their "customer service" staff doesn't know what they're talking about or how to answer any questions. I am tired of going without on their behalf, this is ridiculous and I would like to access my funds again, after that I will never do business with them again.

Yes I am from Troy, Al and I am in a frantic right now. This company been had a hold on my card because of an address change. I am not upset about the address its just the time frame they ask for information to be sent and I did so now I wait 2 to 3 business days. Ok fax was sent Oct 5 so I started calling Oct 7 got noowhere. I was back and forth with these workers how sorry they are and I am toooo hot just going off. They continue to tell me no service rep was free to talk. Ok I call back now everyone gone after 30 minutes have to call back on Monday. Ok call on Monday still no justice they got my information looking at it but still no money gotta call back on Tuesday or Wednesday this is really not call for. I got 2 weeks check on that card and I told them by the time I get that hold off it will be 3 weeks.
Can they get away with this! All I did was activate my visa money network card with the same information with my work card from money network... Now my acct is on hold... The worst company ever!
we have the same problem my son worked for walmart and didnt use his card then when he went to
use his card a couple months later it wont work called and they have a hold on his account and wont release his income until we fax them his ID and card number ? they wont email us anything or mail us a letter because they claim they already did ? what do we do just fax info to some number not knowing who is on the other end ? should be illiegal to hold his income that he worked for. please help

The company is not releasing funds earned through employment at Dave and Busters. They required copies of drivers license, SS card, birth certificate, and a signature. Once provided, they still did not release the funds claiming the address on the license was not the same as what they have on file.
