Edd made the deposit to my card. I went into the app to transfer funds to my personal bank account and AFTER completing the ACH transfer which should be immediate I was notified that it would take 2-4 days to complete. I then called and spoke with a customer service representative to ask if it was possible to cancel the transfer so the money would go back to my account immediately. Without even a discussion she put me on hold then came back and said the ACH has been canceled. So I looked at my balance and the $ wasn’t there. I asked her if it was canceled why the money wasn’t there and she said you will see it in 2-4 days. I said you you have Got to be kidding me! Why would you do that if the money wasn’t going to be there immediately and why would you do that without my permission? I was just asking a question not authorizing anything. Now it’s been over 3 days and my money is still no where to be found and the only one who can help me is a supervisor who I have now been on hold for in a que gor over 2 hours and still no live person! How can a bank stop pymt on something that had not been paid out yet and not return the. Money to the original account! That’s not even LEGAL!
