I'm writing to you due to not being able to have any direct answers regarding the check that's owed to me. My case finalized months ago, my case manager Marilang Montiel sent me documents to sign so I can get paid, I signed and she received it on August 25th and told me it'll be a couple of days for me to pick up the check. September came I called her and Mrs. Montiel told me that the check expired and that she needs a new one, I called her several times with no answer until mid September and then she told me that for sure I'll receive it by the end of the month of September. Today is October 9th, and I spoke to a supervisor that goes by the name of Shania and she said that the accounting adjuster is out on vacation and they have no idea when she'll be back! How is this possible? I also called you and left messages to your direct line with no luck as well. Hopefully you as my attorney can help me since every way is a dead end right now. Is there a way that I can get an advance atleast since this money is greatly needed right now and can't wait any longer. I'm waiting for your call. Thank you,
