Mr. Cooper review: Our personal information was one of the many customers that got information out

We were just purchased by Rushmore Servicing Co (Part of Mr. Cooper and Nationstar Mortgage LLC) We have tried several times to download the free identity protection services by logging onto the website they provided us with but every time we tried logging in it keeps saying you are blocked, and you are unable to access mytrueidenity.com. We already have the Credit Bureau information downloaded onto our devices and we check them often. Now, we have been getting emails from different companies telling us that we have opened different accounts with them, and we haven't opened anything new. They have our name, email addresses, all our personal information and we are getting these daily. Also, they have opened several accounts in mine and Micheal's names, and I am on the phone daily letting these companies know that it wasn't us and that someone else is using our personal information and email address to do so. They have gone as far as opening up accounts on porn sites, Norton, Geek Squad, Bitcoin, Coinbase, PayPal, and we have texted, emails, calling and trying in every way to get these matters cleared up asap because we have worked very hard to get our credit up and in good standing. I do have some of the letters (emails) we received! Obviously as you can tell, we are not happy about our personal information being out there. We would love to know what to do because we cannot log into the website that you requested. I will be contacting Rushmore Servicing as well.
