On 6/29 I gotten gas at 7035 W. Wheatland Rd Dallas, TX. After pumping fuel my car would not start after 3-4 tries my car started. I took my car home next day my check engine light came on. I contact Murphy to let them know. Which I received an email from customer service to contact TDLR which I did a few days later. After contacting TDLR they denied going out to test gasoline. My vehicle couldn't get into a repair shop for a few weeks later. My vehicle begins to make loud noise like my car was going to blow up. I had my car towed to dealership to have it repairs. I contact Murphy to let them know my gasoline was bad fuel. Agent at Murphy denied my claim because TDLR did not test gasoline.
I explain to them per TDLR they stated they could not test gasoline because it's been over a few days. Dealership place gasoline in a container and I took this gasoline to get tested because gasoline had some little rocks at the bottom of gasoline which I know came from the fuel I received from Murphy's. I need someone to take ownership of this bad gas. I had to spend over 3K to get my car towed to dealership, pay for a rental car and paid for repairs that was cause by Murphy fuel. I was also laid off because I couldn't get to work for 2 weeks. This is not acceptable. Signs on gasoline pumps too small to read. I wonder how many other people Murphy have gotten over on? Help me understand - If TDLR do not test gasoline all claims denied. I do not understand. Gasoline results show some type of crystalline substance. Murphy has been the only gas I used to put in my vehicle. I need answers on how to get this resolved. I need my money back Murphy fuel messed up my car.
Desired outcome: I need my funds back due to bad gasoline from Murphy's. All documents been submitted to claim department.
