taking money each month without letting me know
My time rewards been taking £10 of each month since 2016 November from my bank acc and I never notice that. When I trying to login from companies website, to cancelled it I can't because I have never registered there.
Maybe same one can tell me or its possible to get refund from this company, because I have not registered and I not using them service never.
rewards?
I have recieved my bank account today, which shows £15.00 has been
paid to this company for whatever their product is - I have recieved no information about this product- company without my consent. I shall be in touch with my bank
tomorrow to issue instructions to deny any further transactions. Just how do these
people get our personal details allowing them to help themselves to our cash?
non authorized payments
I have subscribed for receiving cash back vouchers on next travel after booking travel on national express website, therefore seemed trustful.
I have then been charged monthly membership fee without being clearly made aware of and have not even used the vouchers
This is clearly a trap, which is pretty well prepared since I am usually quite careful
Had 2 X £15 taken from bank account for both complete savings and My time rewards which I knew nothing about. This has gone on for 15 months before we realised ., TOTAL OF £465 It was whilst booking a train ticket on train line when a link came up offering discount on next journey this was looked at...never signed a standing order to come out each month-how many more people have been ripped off will be reporting these companies to trading standards.
unauthorized payment
I booked a train ticket from east midland trains online back in November, I then had an email confirmation and another advising me that they were delighted to enroll me into the reward scheme, there was no mention of any cost just that if I wanted it, I would be charged £15 per month . I declined as I rarely use a train. I now find I have been charged, have called the company and demanded a refund . The person I spoke to un- surprised and asked me no questions about why.
I have been told that my account will be refunded with five working days. not very acceptable, they are quick enough to take the money and yet I have to wait five days to see if they keep their word.
its a scam . steer clear of it
unauthorised withdrawal of funds
i noticed an entry on my bank statement for my credit card and had no idea what it was, so looked it up on the internet! Surprise, its something to do with discount for leisure and days out. only issue here is i have severe autism and having a day out would be the last thing on my mind, Needless to say i did not request this or sign up for it and it turns out it is a recurring payment that started a year ago.. i called my bank and reported this as unauthorised and the have their own fraud dept, who are looking into this. please shut this company down, they are based in the UK and could not be a registered company if they are stealing peoples money.
I have been paying £15 for a member fee I didn’t sing up
My Time Rewards claims to give cash back and allow customers to save money. I am somehow a member of my time rewards without knowing about it and when I checked the date of my subscription I found out it was the day I took the coach to London 7 months ago. And seeing my bank statements I have been getting charged £15 every month. My Time Rewards is fake and needs to be taken down. I'm paying a monthly fee for something I have never used and even know about
I have the same problem, but I don't know how can I get it! I'm looking for something about it, but I cannot understand the way they can take money from my bank. How can you solve that problem? I want to talk with my bank directly...
please let me know! Thanks...
my reward saving - unauthorized charges and unethical behaviour
I bought arain ticket through trainline website on 8/10/2018 and a reward popped out for the next purchase for first time buyer. I got interested as I was buying another ticket. It turned out to be Mytimerewards who offered it. I set up an account with them, but did not get any reward. I cancelled the account. Next month a charge of £15 appeared on my card. I called mytimereward and it appeared they set up two accounts for me, one I cancelled, the other one was kept charging me! Obviously, no cash back or reward whatsoever!
Tranline (https://www.thetrainline.com/) should be more careful what companies they allow to use their customer database and what for purposes.
unauthorized debits from my account
I have just noticed from my account that I have been paying 2 x £15.00 to you from 19/2/18 to 22/2/18 for my time rewards.

I haven't signed up for any thing and i've check my direct debits and there is nothing in there to say these payments going out.

money being taken from my credit card.
This must have started when I bought a suitcase from Debenhams and was offered £10 cash back. This month this company has deducted three lots of money from my card totalling£36.05. To my knowledge, I have never received any cash back from them. This is a total scam and I think that trusted companies like John Lewis and Debenhams have a lot to answer for as they send you to the link that sets you up with these people. Is there any way to recover the money? If not, I think they need to be thoroughly investigated as they seem to be taking a lot of money from a lot of people without providing goods or services. They also send no invoices or emails when they take your money. Surely this is illegal.
Unauthorised payments
I checked an old bank account today and was surprised to see transactions to "My Time Rewards" that I did not recognise totalling £35/month ( £10, £10, £15) when I found a number online and called them it turns out it was from "The Trainline" in June 2016 offering rewards on future train journeys as long as I ticked boxes and was then asked to click on the next screen to claim your £10 discount. I tried this several times but the screen always froze with a message "this page is temporarily unavailable, please try later" At no time had I heard of My Time Rewards and certainly never agreed in any way to them taking money from my account. This is a complete con and needs to be stopped
Had £15 taken from my account this morning. I do not recall agreeing to this and want it stopped.
Unethical behaviour
I was shopping online with Simply Be clothing shop, as a first time buyer. I paid and everything was fine, a box appeared saying to get £15 off your next purchase, click here. I did so, and it said that we need your credit card details, which is the point I should have suspected something. However, I am not gullible and i suspect many other people would do the same. It was only after they had my card details did they say who they were - My time rewards. I knew nothing about them and certainly did not want to pay them £10 a month for whatever they offer. As soon as i realised, i phoned Barclaycard to stop this company taking my money, and they told me it would be better to cancel my card, which is what i did. I wrote to Simply Be, who host this company, but all they said was clear and i should have contact ed My time rewards to cancel. I did not trust them, so i did not want to do that. It is not direct fraud, but it is very close to it.

"ideal for those who shop online regularly" you would have to buy a lot, and I mean a lot to make this worth your while, if ever that was even possible.

Money taken from my bank account
In May 2016 I purchased a Kaspersky internet protection product and there was apparently some sort of advert involving leisure activities that I expressed and inteest in.
I thought no more about it until recently I checked my bank statements and discovered monthly payments of £10 had been taken from my current account by My Time Rewards.
I used immediately their automated phone line to cancel my 'membership' after a quick online search revealed that I was not alone in unknowingly 'signing up' to give My Time Rewards my money for some unspecified or unclear purpose.
I have to say that I received an email confirmation of my cancellation straight away and I contacted my bank to ensure that no further payments to My Time Rewards can ever be made by me via my debit card.
I used the telephone number shown by My Time Rewards to speak to an employee called 'Lisa' who confirmed my cancellation, agreed that I had not actively agreed to participate in this scheme and who has promised to return all monies paid by me within the next ten days.
Both My Time Rewards and I have recorded my telephone call, I informed them that I was recording our conversation.
I will now wait to ensure that my money is refunded before taking any further action but the lesson has to be, be very careful what you clich on with your computer mouse, an unthinking click can cost you money!
Taking money from account
I recently purchased items from John Lewis and debenhams and on both occasions the so called money services complete savings and my time rewards have taken money complete savings £30 in one month 2 separate transactions and the my time rewards another £10.00 . £30.00 in one month without my authority. I have contacted my bank regarding the complete savings and they have put a block on this scam company but again I have to call the bank again and block this other company my time rewards which I am guessing is one of the same company. I will now have to call the above to try and get my money back when they were not given the authority to take it in the first place SCAM THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED
