I bought a vape thingy from this My Vapor Store place. It wasn't what I wanted, so I got a return number from them. It was all sealed up and stuff. They said they give top priority to returns. I sent it through some shipping thingy on October 18 and got a tracking number. I still got the receipt from the post office, but I can't read it. They were supposed to give me a refund on my credit card for $47.74 plus tax. I emailed them a bunch of times, but they never replied. They have no problem sending me ads to buy more stuff though. I couldn't find a phone number on their website to call them. I've used them for a long time and never had any problems before. They can't blame it on the shipping act 'cause I sent it in plenty of time. I haven't asked the post office if they can help with the unreadable tracking number. I just want my money back, man.

What's really surprising is that I'm a returning customer, but they don't seem to care about my satisfaction or doing business properly. They said they shipped it via *** First Class Mail on 4/12/22. The tracking number showed that it was delivered to my front door on 4/15/22, but it wasn't there. It wasn't in my mailbox either. I complained to *** to find out where my package is, but they say it was delivered. I have cameras at home, and the mailman didn't come to my door that day. The manufacturer's website says I paid an extra $7 for an adult signature verification service, which means the delivery person should have gotten a signature from whoever received the package. I emailed the company because there's no phone number on their site, but they haven't replied. I want a full refund or a replacement because they didn't ship it with the adult signature verification label as promised, and I still haven't received what I paid for. I also disputed the charge with my credit card company, but I'll cancel it if My Vapor Store fixes this. I've ordered from them before, and I chose them because I've never had any issues and their shipping is usually fast and easy. But this is really frustrating.

Usually, *** tracking shows the package as "Pre-Shipment" or "Arriving Late" and then suddenly changes to "Your order is currently out for delivery." *** has been facing challenges due to the impact of COVID-19, resulting in a shortage of staff and resources. The increase in online shopping has also contributed to major delays across the U.S. and internationally. Although the delays caused by *** are beyond our control, we want to assure you that we are in contact with *** for updates on the issue.
