When I threatened to write a bad review, they finally replied and insisted that the boots were the right color. But they're not. I started the return process and asked if I could send the boots back for free since they charge $20.00 for returns. I asked over and over again, and even sent more photos, but they kept saying no. They claimed that the boots fell within the acceptable range of color variation. In the end, I gave in and paid the return fee. I sent the boots back and got a refund for what I originally paid.

When I called anonymously, a lady answered and said I dialed the wrong number, then she hung up on me.

The package had multiple tapes and paper patches on the box, and the handwriting looked unprofessional, which made me suspicious. Inside the box, there were two more boxes. When I opened them, I noticed that the "ugg" paper on the boots was crumpled and used. The boots themselves looked fake. I had ordered size 8 in both pairs, but they were much bigger than my size 8 Ugg slippers. It was obvious right away that they were fake. The "ugg" box had labels that had been peeled off and replaced with smaller labels, showing where the old stickers used to be. It's unbelievable! I spent $269.60 on these boots and now I can't give them as gifts. I will keep fighting until I get my money back for this fake product, and I'll also warn others not to use their site!

I have pictures of the labels inside the boots I ordered and the ones they sent me. The labels on the back of the boots don't even have the registered trademark next to the UGG name. The boots arrived on May 11. On May 11, I emailed the company again at "[protected]@mcozyboots" to request a return for the boots, but they didn't reply to my email. It's really frustrating because they only accept returns within 14 days, and they're not helping me return the boots I ordered on May 9. I can't access the refund page because it keeps saying I entered the wrong order number or email, even though I entered the correct ones. I wanted to do the swap without involving my brother, so I checked with them to see if they could handle the exchange even though I wasn't the original buyer and didn't have the original order numbers and stuff. MyCozyBoots emailed me back, saying they could handle my request and told me to include the details of the desired exchange in the box with the too-small size 8 boots. I did that and paid for the shipping of the boots to be exchanged. I have the receipt that says my boots were delivered on 1/7. Since then (now 2/26), I haven't heard anything from them. No boots. No email. During this time, I've written 3 follow-up emails - always including the whole email thread so they know the history of our deal - and I haven't gotten any response. I'd be happy with either getting the boots I asked for or getting a store credit.

I asked Afterpay to cancel the loan and give me a refund right away because I don't want to give any more money to these shady people. I also bought package protection for 98 cents, and they refunded it on the same day of delivery without me asking. But before the delivery, they said I couldn't purchase package protection after buying the boots. Nothing said I couldn't, so they should have let me. Now Afterpay says to contact the merchant, but they won't respond. Buyers, be careful! Don't buy anything from this company, it's all counterfeit.

I am getting the run around about being refunded for the expedited shipping and cannot get any assistance with getting the matter resolved. They should not be allowed to keep the funds if the company they use to rush items is not able to adhere to what they request be done. I could have understood if it was just a delay in processing, but the items were here I wasn’t allowed to pick them up sooner and now I am suppose to deal with paying an additional cost for something I did not get. If all it takes is for them to contact UPS’s billing department on my behalf to get reimbursed why they wouldn’t do that doesn’t make sense. I wasn’t asking for a full refund but for them to reimburse the shipping cost that I should receive due to no fault of my own. I was told that a confirmation email was going to be sent and credit card will not be charged until order is shipped. 4 days later, I still have not gotten any confirmation email but my credit card was billed minutes after the transaction. I called the number provided on the credit card transaction. The lady who answered did not identify the business and when I asked for My Cozy Boots (the name of the company), she hung up. I tried calling multiple times after but no one answers. The address provided on the credit card transaction is a private house. I cannot help but think this is a scam and that my credit card is now compromised

I purchased a boots with Mycozyboots.com on April 21st I did not receive the item until April 28th. During this time i got ill and didnt open my package until about almost 2weeks later. When i tried the boots on it did not fit and there was no receipt in the package. I went on there website on May 12th and thats where i saw they had a 14 day return policy (from receipt). The 12th was my 14th day but when i tried to process the return it said i couldn't because i had missed the window. This is incorrect they started counting 14 days from before i even received the package. I emailed the merchant 4 times and to date no response.I have my receipt which shows that i had 30days to return. The merchant changed it to 14days and never notified. The merchant didn't honor there policy and have not attempted to resolve this matter.
