Burnt food
I ordered lunch, only have a short time to eat, but spent 26.80, got a burnt chicken sandwich, burnt French fries, burnt onion rings, and a hamburger, that wasn't as good as other times I've eaten there. Told the server, food was burnt, showed her, she acted like she did'nt understand me, but I stood my ground, she said they would re do the order, I don't have the time to wait. Asked for my money, said no, just gave me a coupon for a hamburger, that's not worth 26. 80..
Desired outcome: Want my money back 26.80, like I said thats a lot of money, to just be thrown into the garbage can. food so burnt chicken, and the rest burnt.
waste of money, eat some where else, get your moneys worth
Charburger
MerchID: [protected] CK#243, Dec 29, 2021 at 2:50PM. 11C E Hillcrest Dr, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. I bought a Charburger and the hamburger was old, dry and tasted horrible. It was close to 1/2 the size of the bun. I would have had a picture, but we gave it to our dog. The staff was not the problem. All were pleasant, but since this was a carry out, I didn't check the burger to see what it looked like. I will make sure I do from now on. French fries were good and a Patti Melt was also good. You may have lost a customer for good because this is not the first time this has happened. My email is Linda.[protected]@roadrunner.com
Desired outcome: Money back or credit for the $5.09 spent on this travesty.
Ridiculous
I used to often use them and always had only positive things to say.
But something had changed and I want to know why. I took a break from online shopping, but when I returned and ordered from Myhabit, I was surprised. Everything was perfect, even shipping/delivery. Now it's terrible.
They rescheduled the delivery of my items three times! Sometimes it seems that they are kidding me and watching my reaction. It's not funny.
UPD. Several minutes ago they called me again and rescheduled again It's the 4th time...
Is Myhabit Legit?
Myhabit earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
The age of Myhabit's domain suggests that they have had sufficient time to establish a reputation as a reliable source of information and services. This can provide reassurance to potential customers seeking quality products or services.
Several positive reviews for Myhabit have been found on various review sites. While this may be a good sign, it is important to approach these reviews with caution and consider the possibility of fake or biased reviews.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While Myhabit has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 11% of 17 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- There was some difficulty in evaluating or examining the information or data present on the myhabit.com. This could be due to technical issues, limited access, or website may be temporarily down for maintenance or experiencing technical difficulties.
They sold me used shoes
Ordered a pair of nice shoes for my girlfriend and when I received them I was very disappointed. Shoes were supposed to be a birthday present and I expected them to be packaged in a designer box, but it was just an old ugly box. Shoes did not look new and they were obviously used, there were mud stains. I contacted Myhabit and provided some pictures, but they did not reply. I'm not even sure that they even opened my messages. Very poor service and terrible products, don't waste your money here.
Order item not ship. Refuse to refund
three bags were ordered with the Order Date: Dec 10, 2015 and the Order #: [protected]. two of the bags were shipped while one was not ship .( London fog bag embossed). Please refund my money of $65 which is the cost of the order tk. I had received the two bags since on 21/12/2015.but the third bags was not ship. the difficult part is that no communication link with you or your associates, mails sent cannot go thro the links you are providing. pl pl refund my money urqently
never buying there again.
I ordered a watch about two weeks ago. I received a confirmation email and was told the item will be shipped out soon. Since it supposed to arrive tomorrow, I sent them a message wondering if everything is fine with the order. They emailed me back right away and said that many people ordered the same thing so the seller is out of stock. Really? I ordered it two weeks ago and only now they are telling me that? Anyway, my item is out of stock, and I wont be getting anything. I decided to cancel the order, but I couldn't cancel it online, so I contacted them again. They also had trouble canceling this for me. I asked a refund, but they refused. I was told my item will arrive someday, so I need to be patient. Horrible, never buying there again.
Wrong item all the time
My recent three orders are messed up by their fulfillment service, in a row. This website simply has very poor customer service and even poorer fulfillment service. They sent me wrong items for three different orders and it made me wonder how they manage their orders all the time. When contacting their customer service, I was told "sorry, accidents happen" and I need to return the wrong product for refund. I surely will return it but I will never be able to buy the correct item since myhabit is a flash website. Products that I like are no longer available when I realized my order is screwed up by their warehouse.
If you are looking for something important and need it in a timely manner, myhabit is a website you can never trust. Who knows how many times you need to go back and forth to get the right product. I mean, really, right product.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Amazons MY HABIT sends an email daily. They prevent me from preventing this annoyance.
Received item similar but different than pictured
Item I received is different than in picture. It was a nonreturnable item. As others mention, the packing was terrible, although my item was not damaged as a result. The packing was sides/pieces of other corrugated boxes! No instructions for putting together item. Appeared to me to be something returned or surplus that was thrown in a box that happened to be around. In trying to contact someone at the website to determine if i could return it, the "contact" choices were diabled. ? This is an Amazon.com company and it is disappointing. Won't order again. I'm out $137.00.
Wow, they went way beyond what I expected. My $$ was returned, I don't have to go thru return process. As a measure of good faith, I am donating the item and refund to local charity. Am passing on a good deed.
Whenever I log into the acount, there always have lots of stull already sold, even I am the prime member, and we are the first group to see those sales. There must be have some dirty way for some of their employes to log in to the sale before customers, and buy all great deals, left all crap for us!
Warning! Stay away. My story is simply: They canceled my order and refuse to compensate my loss caused.
Yes, they do have great offers, but more than once I was lucky enough to get the deal just to encounter their system errors. Compared with their competition, they may have better offers but the numerous system errors make it a real pain to shop here.
To contact them, you have to select something on the page. It will then let you click on one of the contact buttons (phone, email, etc.) They are usually really good when you get something wrong, just finish the contact process and they will help you.
Bad business in my opinion
My boss told me about this site. I was reluctant as I have been burned with online shopping in the past. I went ahead and visited to see what they have to offer. Of course upon my first purchase, I was extremely careful to check out the return policy as this is where I have been burned in the past. Everything seemed fine at first. Then at some point a return went to a store credit. On my next purchase they used the store credit with the remainer on my credit card. Now on this return it all again went to a store credit. I was told that if you use credit to purchase it has to go back to credit. But why couldn't the amount used to cover the purchase price that did go on my card go back to my card and not store credit. They didn't have a good answer for that one. When I called to complain, all I got was a run around about the having to use store credit policy. No one willing to make an exception or work with me in any way. All for $178.00! Can you believe? I am sure it isn't much to them but me... Bad business in my opinion. I guess I will have to use my credit and then NEVER shop on this site again.
Avoid this one at all costs
I have purchased three luxury items from MyHabit: a Sigerson Morrison handbag for $420, Stéphane Kelian shoe boots for $432, and an Ann Demeulemeester keychain for $97. I was not fully satisfied with any of the puchases, and downright unhappy with the first two.
The Sigerson Morrison handbag was of poor quality with zippers that broke within one week of use and mismatched leather panels. There is a difference between "distressed" leather and unmatched leather; even for a discounted price, the quality is unacceptable for a luxury good.
The platform on the Stéphane Kelian shoe boots actually cracked at the sole within three months of wear. I have worn the same brand's boots in the past literally for years with excellent results and so I suspect the model offered on MyHabit may well have been a defective pair that the brand rejected for sale through their retail outlets.
The Ann Demeulemeester keychain was OK, just a bit disappointing in appearance.
I wrote to MyHabit customer service regarding the problems with the handbag and the shoes but because it was past the date by which I could return the merchandise, they did nothing--they didn't even offer a coupon towards future purchase. When I asked for them to contact their supplier about these problems, they replied: "Since we do not have a way to contact the vendors directly, you may want to contact the manufactures to inquire if they have any options for you" and then sent me links to the retail websites. This is NOT customer service. WARNING: MyHabit offers discounts but no service and does not stand by their merchandise; you would do better at department store sales. They claim "Our savvy Member Service team is available for those times when you need live help, " but in fact they are not interested in customer retention and simply cut and paste their mission statement into their reply to customer inquiries. I will no longer shop MyHabit and encourage others who have had a bad experience to make it known until MyHabit changes their business model and offers service for the luxury products they sell.

What a ###-fest this site is. MyHabit has been fantastic. I've spent thousands of dollars there and the service has been really easy to use and effective. My one gripe was that I didn't realize that I could get credited back to my credit card (rather than an Amazon.com credit) until recently. But so what. I spend tons on Amazon.com as well. I loved that Amazon.com knew of my MyHabit credit. What convenience!
They were horrid and it was the worst experience
Let me tell you the horror I went through. I am a HUGE fan of L.A.M.B. and they had a nice sale at the beginning of this month so I ordered a L.A.M.B. bag. I was told on the website that it shipped on the 3rd and I would have it on the 7th but nothing came. Finally on the 14th I called because all the website was telling me was that it shipped on the 3rd and when I tried tracking it UPS couldn't find it. So I called and the guy told me it was in between ohio and MI and that if I didn't get it within 2 days to call again. 2 days pass still no bag so I called and the lady proceeds to tell me that the package was returned and that it was undeliverable. I asked why and she didn't know why. This made me more mad. They gave me a refund but I will never order from them. They were horrid and it was the worst experience!
I just had a HORRIBLE experience with some framed photos I bought
I've had no problem with the kitchen gadgets or children's clothing I've purchased at MyHabit.com; however, I just had a HORRIBLE experience with some framed photos I bought. They were advertised as photos of famous people or giclees from films, each a numbered original from James Dashwood and professionally matted and framed, yadda yadda yadda. The list price was something arouond $400, but MyHabit offered them at $139. I ordered two as a Father's Day gift for my husband.
They arrived in a box that was about twice the size of the frames and with NO packing material to protect them. Each frame merely had one layer of bubble wrap around it, along with some styrofoam around the corners. The box was damaged beyond belief and the glass from one of the prints was completely shattered. The other sustained several dings to the frame. I contacted MyHabit to get replacements; however, the girl I spoke with (who did not speak English as a first language and was obviously reading from a cue card) said that MyHabit cannot replace damaged items because the sale had ended and they had no more stock. I could return them for a refund; however, I needed to completely remove all the shards of glass AND I had to get new packaging materials and ensure that no further damage was incurred. WHAT? She said she was "so sorry" that there was damage to the frames and that to make it up to me, they'd give me a 30% credit on that print. Figuring I'd be better off to go have it re-framed than to try to spend $$ shipping it back, I took the partial refund.
I took the prints to a local framer, whom we've known for years, and upon removing the frame he showed me that it was a cheap print on cheap paper run from somebody's computer...the frame was SO cheap, the glass was just regular glass, the print, which was cut crookedly/ripped along one side, and showed a laser tag bearing the date, time and computer from which it was printed was GLUED to a cheap piece of cardboard and MASKING TAPE was used to hold everything (frame, mat) in place. I could have achieved the same effect in my home by printing a picture and slapping on a Wal Mart frame for about $20.
Everything I tried to purchase was already sold out
I received the notification from amazon at 10:47, PST. I entered the site at 10:53, PST (6 minutes later) and everything I tried to purchase was already sold out. (3) pair shoes, (2) pair sandals, and (4) different styles of jeans. Why bother if everything is already gone? Not just my size either, most everything was completely gone or 1-2 left in the smallest sizes...
Avoid this website at all costs
I have gotten a couple of nice items on my habit.com, I will admit. But it has become obvious lately that they are allowing some people to access the sales earlier than the supposed start at 9am. When I log on exactly at 9, in many cases already half of the items say 'sold out'. It takes longer than a few seconds to complete the purchase process, so people must be getting on there earlier. When I ask customer service about this, I only get a form letter in response, saying they are sorry I couldn't buy what I want. How condescending and annoying.
I thought the site was great until my last two orders last week
I thought the site was great until my last two orders last week. One order came without tags and the label inside one of the pieces was worn out. They went back. Then this latest order, the tag looked like the ones you find in a vintage store. Supervisors swore up and down they only buy new from the designer and nowhere else. Well, I tracked down the proper people at the design house itself and was emphatically told that they do not sell to MyHabit, and according to the tag that was attached to the piece, it's from 2009. When I tried to get to the bottom of it, all I got was a run around between corporate in NY and corporate in Seattle. Disgraceful.
MyHabit has been ruined by all the greedy people out there
I joined MyHabit months ago, but have only been able to pick up one item; everyday, I start checking the site by 8:55am (Pacific Time), and by 9:01 everything is sold out. I haven't been able to put something in my cart, and the "Waitlist" option is a joke. While I've only spent a few minutes everyday on the site, the level of frustration is incredible, especially after going onto forums only to see that people have used multiple accounts and gotten a ton of stuff. In my opinion, MyHabit has been ruined by all the greedy people out there, and I will not be shopping there anymore.
At times, the website appears to work oddly. It seems that everything is sold because of a banner message that appears when clicking on a category/event. I am guessing that the site isn't making any events available during a time prior to that when new events were to open? It didn't make sense that all were sold. Something is amiss with the website, not greedy people.
I have not been able to purchase anything
Since i have been invited by Amazon 2 weeks ago, i have not been able to purchase anything. Everthing is always sold or on wait-list. I have noticed this for the children's items. It's frustrating when it's a great deal and you missed it. Also, i try to get on when the sale comes out so it's not like it's been days that the sale has been out on web. Done trying.
Worst site ever - Everything is always sold out, the wait list concept has not worked once.
Same here - one item sent was the wrong one and they offered an Amazon credit until I complained and insisted on a refund. The second item I ordered was acknowledged, and then a few days later I received an email saying that it wasn't available after all. The website is a waste of time and a disgrace for a company as experienced as Amazon.
Count your blessings that you have not been able to purchase anything. I bought a very expensive pair of shoes since website said I could return them within 21 days. What they do not tell you is that the "refund" is as a merchandise credit to be used for Myhabit, Amazon or Endless. I am now either stuck with a pair of shoes that are too tight or with a credit that I will never use.
Same here, i'm on the site before noon and yesterday right when it came up I clicked on the stuff and half of it was already sold. Now come, you cant click that fast for everything to be sold
