I need a disability lawyer, I need ssdi
I have had myler disability as my ssdi lawyers since my car accident 3/6/23. I have multiple injuries and have followed up with them fir every doctors appointment I finally had to be examined by the social security doctors and there doctor said she approves my disability and I would see checks in 4 to 6 weeks that never happened I was told that social security denied my disability so they filed an appeal and got me a court hearing 4/28/23 and had me sign new agreement and changed the price to maximum they coukd charge is 6k to 7500. Well the day of my hearing they never called it was scheduled for 9 am I called them day before abd day of abd only spoke to the girl answering the phone I waited on the 28th fir 3 hours for the judge to call no call I then called myler and they said they didn't have my correct number 15 minutes before hearing and myler decided to drop me the day I was scheduled to speak to the judge abd guaranteed approval by myler. vi have waited 2cyears with no income and several life altering injuries that have changed my life and my children's life. I am sick thinking of the time that's been wasted and how I still have no income from anywhere for my children
Services , my disability case
I hired myler disabilty because they called me and that was it. They sounded really good. So since then, they demanded me to go to doctors and g dr t my reports myself and keep on reporting to them. When I called them, very unprofessional and liar young people would pick the phone but not always and lied about laws and everything and I got frustrated for their ignorance and not helping then they would answer and made fun of me and insulted me. I complained but they nev6 changed. So lost my case and because they didn't do anything. They are scam and fake. I sent an email that dont want to sit back and appeal. The girl that was assigned to help me, instead, she made fun of me and lied and over. None of them have any name.
When I called to appeal, she said, I am not helping you. And another woman without name answered and said ho ahead and do it yourself. She have the wrong number for social security to apeal myself. And she said, you will not get any ssdi. It has been 11/2 years, they have done nothing but being invisible. Obviously myler disabilty is scam. I want them to not touch a penny of me or I will sue them. They are unknown. I read reviews from other clients, they have scammed many people.
Desired outcome: I want them not to touch my money and stay away.
Representation to assist in my getting approved for disability
- I will admit that their office did assist in sending in my application. And that's it!
- At some point after application I was contacted by and worked with Jane at The State of Washington Disability, At one point I asked Jane if she could get my exact application date from your office as I was unclear as to the exact date. Unfortunately Jane told me that she tried contacting their office several times to no avail but eventually she heard back from them well after the problem had been solved.
- During the months of October-December I was hospitalized several times and I mention this because it kept delaying my Zoom SSDI doctors appointment and again I called and emailed their office asking if they could possibly help me in dealing with this since I had needed to reschedule the appointment numerous times due to my being in the hospital. I never received an answer from their office so the doctor, Jane and myself worked it out.
- After being told on February 10, 2021 by the Tacoma, WA SSDI office that my case was medically approved and as soon as I mailed in the paperwork my caseworker needed, I would be fully approved and I would also then get paid. However, on March 12, 2021 my caseworker denied my case (I saw the denial online) with no explanation whatsoever. Needless to say I became extremely upset by this. I could not get my caseworker to call me back therefore I was unable to find out what went wrong. I then called and emailed their office numerous times to include trying to contact the attorney that was assigned to me (I have never spoken to this individual!) several times having said it was urgent that I get a call or email back but that did not happen! Nobody from their office called or emailed me!
- I then called my local office again and thankfully got somebody who was willing and able to help me. He told me what my caseworker based her denial on and he then helped me figure out what I could submit to their office to prove that she had incorrect information. I submitted this information and got my approval. By this time due to the complete lack of communication from their office I assumed that they did not in fact represent me which is what I told SSDI.
- I finally did hear from their office which I now know was ironically right when they received $1, 682.00 in fees from my settlement! Though whoever I finally spoke to had no clue as to all of that had gone on with my case! But while I had them on the phone I went ahead and asked the 2 questions I have which are why am I receiving my retroactive pay in payments every 6 months until it's paid as opposed to 1 lump sum and also, why did my estimated SSDI amount state all through the application stage that if I was to get my approval I would receive $1, 784.00 per month however now that it's all approved, I will be getting $794.00 per month! Big difference with zero explanation. It has now been several business days since I was assured by their office that I would get answers to these questions ASAP but I was told today that my request has been "escalated to a higher up" and that someone will "schedule a call back" for me but unfortunately the person I spoke with today said she had no idea when I might get these answers but if I wanted to, I could call SSDI and get the answers! Really? If they are supposed to be representing me, why am I doing the work AGAIN?. None of this makes any sense to me at all. I have demanded a full refund of the $1, 682.00 that SSDI sent directly to Myler out of my settlement!
Desired outcome: a full reund

Not a reputable firm. Borderlines scam.
Indeed a horrible company! My son is schizoaffective, bipolar, panic and anxiety disorder, and ADHD. Due to shoddy records and lack of contact we are now awaiting a trial. They turned him down twice.
His conditions are covered via the 'Blue Book' on disability. Worse yet, his condition has spiraled downward due to this very long wait.
I hold Medical, Mental and Durable POA's on him and wish Myler had never convinced him to give them his case. They even had a wrong primary phone number that has persisted until I became unglued on them.
Today they were supposed to phone to go over his file before trial. Now ask me if they did — NO.
They never go over the case. Many times files are missing. I could go on and on and on, but it's late.
Unethical behaviour
Hello, my name is Sharron Michelle Burke, and I'm currently and client for Myler Disability, for a second go around. Myler disability has been giving me mixed messages. They told me that I will be getting my disability payments, then turned around and said I'm not getting any payments, and that we would have to go to a hearing. Also, they did not give all my medical information to SSA. They had me sign an agreement for fees adding up to 6, 000 dollars, but they haven't done 6, 000 dollars worth of work. They also did the same thing with my first claim. I can't change disability Attorneys until I get an unfavoral decision at the ALJ hearing level. I'm very upset with this firm, because they've been lagging with my case in submitting all my medical evidence. In my first claim that the audacity to have me gather as much of my medical reports, and waited to the last minute of the hearing to try and gather my medical evidence which resulted in an unfavorable decision.
did not & thereafter have not submit documents to ssdi as per my repeated request. egregiously misrepresented me.
They did not & thereafter have not submitted support in documents to SSDI as per my repeated requests. Myler q Egregiously misrepresented me, my needs and their process of conduct and procedures in doing so. Their thieves. How do I fire them? Due to their lack of attention to detail, support in completing documents as needed information correctly on top of blatantly ignoring emails and phone calls. They neither contacted doctors for information that would support my claim. They requested contact information which I provided but doctors were not contacted. I could continue. Right now I'd like to remove them as a source and refute any bills they request be paid. Thank you!
Scam!
brad myler disability
I have been dealing with myler disability 4 years with denial after denial . The attorney they set me up with for my hearing never called me so I started calling him 2 days before my hearing finally after many hours of trying to contact him he asked me a few questions and then let me go stating he will go back over everything before the hearing. Well I showed up and hour before my hearing like they told me too and I'm not sure why cause I waited 58 minutes with two minutes to spare he finally called me out into a small room he asked his first question before I got to answer we were called back for the hearing and the whole 2 hours I was in my hearing my lawyer said very little nothing to defend my case or reasoning why this or that and while I was sitting there I noticed why he never spoke up is because he was on Facebook the whole time the hearing was going on now I have multiple issues one being sever uncontrolled asthma and fibromyalgia and multiple other things doctors haven't quit figured out yet but I was on disability back when I was 15 up till I turned 18 so I dropped the disability to work and now at 37 I'm no longer able to work and myler just dropped my case with no reasoning there where things on my case that wasn't even true about me and the problems I'm having being Stated on all paperwork from my doctors being ignored and these doctors see me everyday my asthma speacilist was not on any paperwork some other doctors that say I'm disabled are not on any of my medical documents either but now they drop my case with an appeal hanging in the air that I'm not sure how to do I have waisted 4 years of my life thinking myler disability was here to help me I found out the hard way please don't let this happen to you DO NOT USE BRAD MYLER DISABILITY it's almost like they want you to fake it when your in front of a judge it's a SCAM PEOPLE
please don't use myler disability they are a scam 6.1/2 years of my life I have suffered and no quality of life
myler disability. L5 thru S1 disk in back PTSD .torn rotor cuff both of my knees are shot and hip I have all documents and MRI ..I don't use any kind of pain meds or narcotics .I am dealing with some very painful days nighs and hours .
Other major issues I do apologise about my grammar. seen a commercial about myler disability and called them..they was my SSI lawer for 6.5 years never called or told. Me anything about my case after I called them several times ..went to see judge and there lawer went over my case in waiting room at court house . There lawer never said a word about me or my case .this went on for 6.5 years ..I was denied every time .and still no calls no update .only info I had was the day of ...after 6.1/2 years they sent me a letter saying that they can no longer represent me because they are located in Utah and I am located in Cincinnati Ohio .I have hired a law service .and they call me just to see how I feel .I can count on a call from my new lawers weekly .
I just had my hearing 9-27-18 and also been strugling almost 3 years with 5 diseases added after initial claim. My attorny must have just skimmed through my file. I was only contacted 1 time by phone on 9-24-18 given a 12 min crash coarse what to expect. I nust typed for almost 2 hours before creating an account and hit submit and it disappeared. I hope it still posts because i cant type it all again. If not maybe next we i will feel well enough after I come up with my options on howxto proceed with my case I feel was butchered by Myler Disability.
legal services
Waiting over 2 years based on my husbands cardiac history, now with terminal cancer. This company is nothing but a call center. Not allowed to speak with attorney, lost paperwork time and time again, no return calls, case worker change about every 4 weeks. Have a new attorney and we will let the judge decide if mylar gets any fees. If you are in dire need do not use mylar, no compassion, no help.
I am going to put this company on social blast. I thought this company had my best interests at heart with Team two and this team has refused to do what I hired them to do. I fired them May 8th at 4 p.m. eastern time. I refuse to be threatened, harassed, and fine for services that I did all of the work. I have made several complaints concerning Team 2 and nothing got resolved. Hints the reason why I have seeked services elsewhere. Do not waste your time nor your efforts with any case concerning this company. Another unsatisfied client and now I will receive my release papers as soon as possible after the human errors and lack of poor work ethics.
disability representative
Myler disability originally filed my claim with ssa. I was disappointed from the beginning. They wouldnt return phone calls, wouldn't update me... The only correspondence I had with their firm was when they would send me the exact same paperwork ssa sent to me, 2 weeks after ssa sent it and had me fill out everything twice! I got denied twice for ssi/ssdi and I tried to get advice on what to do next so once again, they wouldn't return my calls, so I left a voicemail and let them know I was dropping them. They then called me back and tried to convince me to stick with them and told me my chances of winning my case without them this late in the game we're very poor. I still dropped them.
Fast forward, a year and a half later, I finally have me hearing after 2 denials. The judge at the hearing said that the reason I was denied so many times was because they didn't have any medical records for me. Just my one doctor's appointment for my polyneuropathy diagnosis, other than that, it looked like I haddnt set foot in a doctor's office in over 3 years! I explained to the judge that myler disability had been handling my claim for the first 2 denials. The judge said he understands why I dropped them, and told me they have a bad reputation. He allowed me to sign new medical releases with ssa for them to get my medical records and he delayed my case another 3 months. After they received my actual medical records, I was approved immediately! After approval, I wasn't receiving payments from my ssdi. I called ssa and they said they already paid me 2 monthly bennifits and it showed they had posted. I told them I have never received a penny. Ssa investigated this further and discovered that my payments were going to an online bank account for myler disability! When myler disability submitted my claim, where they ask for bank account information... Myler disability entered their bank account information. This would have never been caught if ssa didn't send me a letter stating that they had paid me bennifits.
I tried calling today to get my money back and every single person I spoke with today hung up on me. I am going to file a small claims case against myler disability to get my money back since even the judge said that he would be adding that myler disability would not be entitled to fees because they didn't do anything for me, they actually are the reason it took so long for me to get disability. The judge said without them, he is confident I would have been approved on my initial application. I will subpoena the judge for my small claims case if I have to!
Dont use myler disability! Stick with a local attorney. You can call and ask any ssa agent and they will tell you myler disability is no good and they take advantage of the vulnerable. Do your research on any representative before you sign any agreement forms with them. Lesson learned for me, but I will do everything any anything I can to get them shut down so this doesnt keep happening and so brad myler can quit lining his pockets with stolen bennifits!
ssi application
Myler was a HUGE disappointment to me for several reasons. I was never given an opportunity to meet with my lawyer until the DAY OF my hearing. He didn't really know what was in my file, as he had skimmed through it just that morning. Some of my records were missing, even though I had informed them of dr. appointments. Some of these records were crucial to my case, and the hearing had to be postponed (6 months!) The person who was working on my case (NOT an attorney) was continuously changed so no one ever got to know MY case. In October, at my original hearing it was determined that my application would also include an application for SSI. I don't believe that was ever done. I've been in the dark most of the process, and unable to get answers. My case was ultimately denied. My doctors information was disregarded as part of the case. At this point I am trying to find out if an SSI application was done, as they told me it would be, and now they won't even talk to me so I can find out what the history of this application is! So frustrating. They said they would do things that they didn't, but were continually requesting duplicate records from doctors at $30 dollars each. I now owe them over $300 for those records (that were disregarded at the trial), I'm on the phone with Social Security now. They report that the SSI application was not done as part of the disability claim, so all that time is water under the bridge. Myler will not talk with me, even though they have records that would indicate that an SSI application was supposed to be part of my disability hearing. It was even discussed at the hearing, so why no application? Who knows. I can only attribute it to them being so busy with other things that it wasn't attended to. My advice to you if you want to hire an attorney for your disability case? Run from Mylar as quickly as you can. Sincerely, Wendy
Disability claim
I have suffered with Degenerative Disc Disease, No Cartilage on my pelvic bone, Peripheral Nueoropathy and Scoliosis since I was born. I have also suffered from severe headaches and crippling stomach pains for over 20 years. I hire Myler Disability, after going through many different representatives during my claims process, they told me to call every time I had an appointment to get medical records.
On the date of my hearing, I was never asked to meet with the Lawyer and only had a few minutes to talk to her. I told her my biggest problem was my stomach issues and headaches I have yet to be diagnosed because Doctors are too lazy and don't care and just tell me to eat fiber.
The lawyer never brought up my stomach issues, because I have no diagnosis, not my fault. The Judge considered me a drug addict because I am prescribed Morphine 60mg a day, which is a very low dose. The lawyer never brought up my diagnosis that is considered Palliative Care M53.4 which is considered a disability, otherwise I would not be prescribed pain medicine because of my states strict opiate laws.
After being denied, they never asked if I wanted to appeal the decision, they just sent me a bill. I was charged for every time they requested medical records, every appointment for every doctor for over a year. On average I see one doctor a month.
I am very disappointed with this company that did not keep their word. You don't pay unless you win! Don't believe it! My 5 year old son could have done a better job as an Attorney! What kind of Lawyer doesn't meet with their client before an important hearing?
Scam
I am 26 and I suffer from BiPoler One disorder. When I was a child, I was on disability. I have been going to therapy since I was 13. When I reached the age of 17 I took myself off of disability to try and work, you know, like normal people. I never was able to keep a job for longer than 3 months.. Two years ago I started to try and get back on...
