I was so excited to see my order come in. It was the missing piece to my Halloween outfit. But I was quickly disappointed once I open the wrapper. It had green stains all over the back shoulder/neck area. Now I don't know if I want to wear it out. This has truly been an emotional roller-coaster
What can we do to resolve this? I need answers. 🤦🏾♂️

I was sent the wrong size from what I ordered. I was told that when they went to fill the order they didn't have what I ordered in stock and sent me the wrong size. Now to get a refund I have to send back the jumper at my own expense. Company has been rude and extremely unhelpful in trying to resolve my complaint when they were the ones at fault.
Desired outcome: Refund to my account straight away - this was not my mistake
Thanks - you do not answer all my questions in all my emails. I have never had an issue with refunding the item and I have never said that I would keep it. You have advised that you would refund in 3-5 days but I never received the refund. You admitted fault sending out the wrong size.
Can you please advise why the jumper was sent out in the first place? This whole situation could have been avoided if you were honest from the very beginning. Please see my attached emails

What a terrible customer service they have. I always order ahead of time, especially if a big holiday is coming. I ordered several shirts with a beautiful print for bridesmaids and they never arrived. Please, pay your attention, I have an idea that online shops like to use the slowest delivery, so I ordered 2 months before the event. So how this could happen? They refused to offer something instead (for example to resend same shirts with an express delivery). They refused to refund stating that the items were on their way. Great. Are they walking by feet? You gave them shoes and they decided to reach us this way?

I returned small t-shirts and still no news from the seller
Don’t waste your money on the website www.mypartyshirt.com. I placed the order and received two t-shirts, but I have bought 5 from them. The size was small for me. I contacted the seller and asked what I needed to do then. He told that I needed to wait for the order, but after all small t-shirts must be send back. I did as told me, but still no news from the seller. When will I get my money back?

This website has the absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered 10 shirts for halloween a couple of years back, and chose express shipping (the shipping said 5-7 business days). I ordered these shirts 2 weeks prior to halloween. Throughout those 2 weeks, I emailed them since that is the only way to contact them, and they told me they had no tracking number on my items (I later called the U.S. post office and they said a package like that requires a tracking number). Well, I didn't receive these shirts by halloween, and could not get an answer from them where they were. I called my credit card company after a month of not receiving them and had them refund me my money. I asked my credit card company what I should do if the shirts happened to show up and they said to refuse the delivery. Well, nearly 2 months later, the shirts showed up, so I refused them. Next thing I know, I look at my credit card statement and they are re-charged to my account, and I don't have the shirts. I finally talked to someone who worked for Mypartyshirt and told them about this, and they said since I didn't send them back to the company the correct way, they would keep the shirts AND still charge me for them! They gave me this example when I talked to them..."Say you bought a loaf of bread from a grocery store, then walked out of the store, then turned around and came back in and put the loaf of bread back on the shelf and left and then came back and asked for the loaf back since you paid for it, the grocery store wouldn't give you the loaf of bread back." That is the most ridiculous example I have heard from a "Professional" business ever...I had the receipt and proof that they received the items back...So all in all, I recommend you choose to do your shopping elsewhere because they will just screw you in the long run..I found out the hard way...$178 poorer!

Anyway, I purchased an item from mypartyshirt.com and was guaranteed that I would receive my items by the 31st. This was a Halloween costume and I even used a special code that I entered at checkout to make sure that my shipment would arrive on time. I also double checked the shipping times and purchased first class shipping which should arrive in 2-5 days. Finally, with the tracking number with which they just now provided me with, I can see that they didn't ship the items until the 28th, whereas they just stated as well as their website states, that they ship next day.
These items were not backordered and were in stock according to their website. I never received an email telling me that they were out of stock and that I would need to wait a week (7 days) for these items to be shipped. If I had know that was the case, I never would have ordered from them in the first place and if I was told I would have canceled my order right away, since these were needed for a deadline.
I never received the items and it has been 13 days later and it is obviously past the deadline in which I needed these items. Now this seller is trying to tell me that these items have been delivered and provided me with a tracking number. I have not received them and considering my record with your company, you can see that I am not the type to lie about this sort of thing. Anyway, this is an issue that this company should be handling with the post office, to see if they can do something about retrieving their lost package.
I see this company as a scam and I refuse to pay for items that I have not received.

This company is amazing. I've been a repeat customer for years with noting but wonderful experiences.
DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a single $21.00 t-shirt on October 21st as part of my Halloween costume. By the 30th, the t-shirt STILL had not arrived. Online USPS tracking dictated that the package was delivered to my apartment on October 31st. However, the package was NEVER delivered to my apartment or building. I order from online retailers frequently (3-4 times per month) and have never had this problem at my current address before.
The company is thoroughly lacking customer service. In early November, I contacted the company to tell them about my dilemma and asked for help. I initially contacted them via email, but my query went unanswered. Frustrated, I called the phone number listed on their website and was told that someone in my apartment building's office probably accepted the package and did not pass it on to me. I know everyone in my building's office by name; there's virtually no way that this happened. The customer service representative even had the gall to try to tell me that maybe my room mate (I live with my older sister) accepted the package without telling me, as if that's an acceptable explanation. I was then told to contact all of my local post offices to see if maybe someone was holding the package there.
After contacting these post offices and having no luck with finding the package, I contacted the company via email once more asking for either their help in locating the package or a refund, and was told that they cannot offer me a refund unless the t-shirt is returned. Dismayed, I told them that I would gladly return the t-shirt IF IT EVER ARRIVED. I then asked for the contact information of a manager or supervisor to further discuss the matter. I was NEVER answered.
Earlier today I called the company and was greeted by a male who told me that he is the owner/manager of the company. He once again stated that the company cannot help me or offer me a refund. Basically, it's my problem that they did not adequately deliver the product that I paid for. I now have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.
This company is horribly run with ZERO sense of customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Toward the end of my final conversation with the company's "owner/manager, " I was told that while they cannot refund my purchase, they CAN offer me a discount on future purchases...as if I would EVER order anything else from them again.
This website sells illegally printed rip-offs of officially licensed tees. If you purchase from this site you are hurting legitimate retailers, manufactures, license holders and a lot more people!
