MyPublisher.com Really awful customer service

Use another company for your photo book. I really like the quality of the MyPublisher photo books and the fact that they have an off-line application for developing a photo book. What I do not like is their customer support.

I have been trying for about 6 weeks now to get a photo book printed. I get an error = 0 generated by the software but no one at MyPublisher can explain what that means. I have spent hours on the phone with them and many many Emails. I sent in an Email with specifics about the problems I was having and received in response "Thank you for contacting the Customer Care Team. We're very sorry to hear you've had an unsatisfactory experience with us, and will forward your feedback to the appropriate departments. MyPublisher is constantly working on improving products, systems, and providing a pleasant customer experience. Again we're truly sorry you were unhappy with your experience with us and will review your experience to ensure we use it to improve.”

They have no means for a customer to change their Email address even if that Email address is no longer valid. It must be forwarded to “the management team” and “it takes 24 to 72 hours” and only becomes effective when one places a new order. Catch-22 if one can't place an order due to technical problems!

Be smart. Use another vendor for your photo books if you want the photo book in a timely manner. Despite the fact that I will have to duplicate my work, I am in the process of creating my photo book with another vendor. As I said I am really disappointed because I love the quality of the MyPublisher books, but if I can't get the books, quality is irrelevant.

I have had the exact same experience. Books for Christmas were lost. Or they were returned to MP. Many phone calls, many emails, promises to contact me within 1 to 3 days. Months have gone by. I am completely tired of trying. They have my money. They show tracking shipping was returned. And they can't print me new books and ship them to me? My kids have always looked forward to the books showing the year for them. It keeps the family close. Big disappointment this year. Please MP, make the changes to care about your customers.

MyPublisher.com They failed and haven't provided photos

I called to the company www.mypublisher.com and asked the rep if they could print out 2000 photos within 3 days. The rep told “yes” and promised to contact me soon. Also he asked to pay in advance. I got only 1000 and after that only diddle-daddle and blah-blah, but he hasn’t provided my photos. I needed them for my project, but this scammer ruined everything. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problems. How did you behaved in this situation.

Over charged shipping cost.
They said it will be shipped via Fedex and charged $22.69
but it was shipped via US Postal Service Parcel Select.
And I checked Fedex.com for shipping cost but its actual shipping cost was $9.68 and they refused correct the issue too.

MyPublisher.com Trust me, better don't use them

DO NOT USE DIGI-SCRAPBOOK ON MYPUBLISHER.COM. Trust me. The scrapbooks are adorable--yes. The functionality of the site is NOT good. I have spent 10s of hours on the phone with tech support, this after about 40 hours of working on the scrapbook because of the lack of user-friendliness. Bottom line, the site is not ready to be used, and though I've given them many suggestions for improvement, to date none have been made. After spending so many hours creating my scrapbook I have no choice but to stick it out until it's published...however, hope I can save others from wasting their time. (Also this site has SO MANY coupons for their photo albums, but NONE for their scrapbooks and you cannot use your "My Publisher" coupons for their scrapbooks.)
