Had wisely for about 6 years all has been well.

Until I get a new card that is when in two months I get a fraudulent charge of 2.80 I'm at work there's a text reply no and lock card for your safety I do this however what they didn't tell me was that I would now have to call them to get a replacement card. Nowhere was that mentioned to me that my entire account would be locked until I get a new card again, Not in the app, Not through a call, Not a text Nothing. Finally call as I had a transaction fall twice even though I had unlocked the card from my end. Was told my account was locked until I get a new card "7-10 days" in the mail over a holiday on a pay week. Cherry on top I called back to ask if my check would even be payed out since the account is locked get this you can call us for a temporary unlock so you can get your money out of the bank I get paid on Wednesday at 5am. But I have to wait to call it on Thursday and go to the bank in which I will be charged 3 dollars by the bank and another 4 from wisely because they locked me out of my account for a charge I didn't make no other bank would leave you high and dry like this. Almost forgot to mention because I got a replacement for a card set to expire this year the replacement cost me 6 bucks out of my account 6 bucks half the cost of a book of stamps [censored] this company I will be bank with chase in the foreseeable future.

Recommendation: Do Not Use The company provided Wisely card just have them route it to a real bank or else you will get fucked over like everyone else here.

Don't let them get away with this nonsense. Call myWisely immediately and demand an expedited replacement card. Make it clear that their failure to inform you of the account lock is their mistake, and you shouldn't suffer for it. Insist on a temporary unlock to access your funds without any extra charges.

Make sure they understand you won’t tolerate this kind of treatment. If they don't resolve the issue quickly, move your money to a more reliable bank like Chase. Let them know you’ll be taking your business elsewhere if they can’t fix this mess immediately. Don't back down until you get what you need.
