I have sent emails to the above requesting a refund as after using the capsules made me feel unwell so was advised to stop using them. When ordering they state that there is a refund policy...I feel let down by the company for their no response method to answering my emails and upon reading other people's experiences it would appear this is how the company behaves i.e.; ignoring their customers...

Failed to give refund as promised.
I ordered 3 bottles of V-Swiss from Nathan's Naturals on Oct. 28, 2014. When I tried the product it did not work as advertised. The company advertised a money back guarantee if not satisfied. I called the company and got permission to return the 2 unopened bottles. I returned the 2 bottles to the mailing location and after a few weeks got an email from the company, Nathans Naturals, saying that they received the product and would be crediting my account. They did not credit my account and when I called the company, the lady that answered the phone, "Gail", said she would have someone contact me. No one ever contacted me and I repeated the process of calling and received the same answer. At this time I have never received a refund and when I try to call the number today, the call is disconnected right away and I am unable to make contact with anyone. The product name is "V-Swiss".

No Delivery and poor customer service
I ordered a package of 2 plus 1 with order number [protected]. The order was done on the
22/02/2012 and got an automated e-mail saying it has been shipped on the same day. I have been phoning and e-mailing Nuvoryn Cape Town from the 05/03/2012 and since then i haven't got any feedback/response. When i phone I've been told someone is going to contact me within 24 hours and no one has done that. When e-mailing i get an automated e-mail response with no explanation about my order. Today is the 14/03/2012 and still no one has contacted me. What kind of service are you providing? I paid R958.00 that was deposited into your account for this order and this quote is from you " Please Note: All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the order time." You also quote "Free Worldwide Delivery - within 5-12 days". It's going to be 30 days in a week's time.
Please note that the customer service number isn't actually customer service. It's an order line. That's like calling a pizza delivery service and getting mad when they won't dryclean your tuxcedo. So part of the problem is that you are focusing your efforts in the wrong area. Just keep sending emails requesting a refund or order status, the phone number won't help you unless you want to order more product.
The same happen to me you will never receive your products. I got this complaint from another person:On 25/ 09/11 I placed an order for Nuvoryn diet pills at [URL Removed] The item was R958 with free shipping and I received an email from Nathan's Natural immediately stating it had gone thru on my credit card. Two days later I noticed that the amount charged on my credit card was R1039, 37. When I queried this with the bank I was told it was an overseas purchase, so I tried to contact the customer service number in Cape Town to cancel the order. After a couple days I finally got through to a salesperson who did not have any answers and who strangely did not even ask me for my order number to trace it. He just said it would be received in two weeks and I needed to e-mail my details in order to cancel. When I emailed I received an advert as a response. After almost a month from the date I placed the order, I received a letter from the customs officials in SA stating that the shipment was not cleared by customs and will be destroyed. I guess it's banned in this country. After weeks of phoning and emailing the South African website, I sent through a complaint on the UK website two months later and was given a refund almost immediately. This is so pathetic, i can't believe people will jst decide to exploit people only for their. It happened to me to but then I received an email that it wasn't posted for some other reason and I will receive a full refund. That's been two weeks now and still nothing. Not happy not happy at all.

This is not a complaint as I had already placed one. Since my complaint though Nathans Natural has put the money back into my account and then I received the products. I could see where the problem came from. The product was sent out nearly 3 weeks after I placed my order. I will be making contact with them to now pay back the money I owe them.

I ordered Nuroryn and Purecleanse in January 2013 from which I thought was an Australian Website, which I had heard about on line from Womens Health Magazine. I had to order both product seperately and the first time I tried it refused by credit card, so stupid me I reordered both products again. They did not arrive within the stated time so I emailed them with no response. They finally arrived, not one lot but two. Credit card bill arrived and Yes you guessed it, I have been charged twice, in USD converted to NZD total of NZ$310. I have beeen using these products for nearly a month now and they have not done a dame thing. I am only wanting to lose a few kilos (weight 56KGS).
Return address for these products is the United Kingdom, yet package states if undelivered return to Sweden. I can't believe I have been done like a dogs dinner.

I ordered and it arrived on the 7th calendar day. Yet to receive pure cleanse yet though and unlike nurvoyn, I did nit receive the email update to inform that the status to shipped.

I brought two full containers of Viswiss (natural tablets) and was given and extra one free. After using the free container which did not work I returned two full unused sealed containers to their address asking for my refund of £75.98. Having written twice and phoned three times they will not refund my payment. All future people wishing to use this company should shy away from it as their product is useless and the company will not refund any monies even though the company video promise to refund any monies paid if the product does not meet expectations. I even wrote to the Head Quarters in America but they have not the courtesy back to me.

while looking online under antidepressant medications an ad for a natural homepathic supplement caught my attention. It said it was a free trial EXCEPT for shipping and handling. Paid it with my card received it quickly. Jut received my bank statement and was charged $89.89! In 3 weeks, a new one arrived again billing my card $89.89! CAN't get ahold of them-Phone seems to be in New York. Don't be tricked by their ads!
It;s going to be a hassle getting it removed from my bills, lots of letter writings, etc.

Nathans Natural, makers of ViLift and Viswiss, are out-and-out scam artists. The claims they make about their products are ludicrous. There are good dietary supplements available, but Nathans Natural doesn't make any. I would avoid this company and their products at all costs.
Unauthorized charges
I recently odered a trial offer only online. And have Since been charged additional multiple charges of 89.89 to my credit card. I have notified the credit card carrier that these charges were not authorized. And have also sent emails and called Nathans Naturals to explain to them that for medical reasons I cannot mix their prodcut with other medication I'm on.
I have asked them to stop all future charges and orders and have returned my most recent unauthorized order to them. I was also notified by my credit card carrier that they are taking action as well to help me with this matter.

Nathan' Naturals debited my account for some sort of membership charge ($89.89) which I did not authorize, or want. I had given them my debit card number to pay for (shipping only) on a sample product. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to reach them by phone and emails. They do not return calls left on answering machines or emails. And when I try to reach threm through their sights, nothing goes through. Their area code is WA, PO> Box is NY, and shlipping address is MI. I live on SS and cannot afford this debit and now my bank is charging overdraft fees for this problem.

I ordered a sample bottle of the Vilift product and they took out the $4.95 charge out of my account a couple of weeks ago. They sent me a whole bottle instead which I didn't open. They took out $89.99 out of my checking account and never sent me the sample bottle and charged me for the whole bottle instead and I didn't take any because I wasn't sure about it. You can't talk to anyone on the phone and they haven't called me back either. I'm going to the bank to dispute this charge.
This just happened to me too! I'm going to the bank today to dispute the payment! I just filed bankruptcy and certainly don't have the money to pay for this. I'm going to do what ever I can to bring them down. I might get my lawyer involved!
