National Debt Relief A Balanced Perspective on National Debt Relief, LLC

As someone who has explored the services of National Debt Relief, I must say that my experience has been a mix of positives and challenges. The team at NDR is empathetic and supportive, making the process as painless as possible. However, there were instances where the communication about fees and debt resolution fell short of expectations. It's essential to have a clear understanding of the terms and potential outcomes before committing. While NDR has helped many in becoming debt-free, it's crucial to stay informed and proactive throughout the journey.

National Debt Relief National Debt Relief: A Cautionary Tale of Broken Promises and High Fees

I had a pretty good experience with National Debt Relief at first. They seemed to know what they were doing and were able to help me get my debt under control. However, things started to go downhill when we had a little over a year left on our plan.

They convinced us to turn our debt over to a loan, promising that it would pay off all of our creditors and help our credit score. They said that if we didn't do it, our creditors would start suing us and we would be in even worse shape. We were hesitant at first, but they were so convincing that we eventually agreed.

Unfortunately, things didn't turn out as promised. We ended up with a loan that had a whopping 29% interest rate and was extended for another year. On top of that, National Debt Relief tacked on a debt fee of $10,000. Needless to say, we were not happy.

I'm not sure if National Debt Relief knew what they were doing or if they were just trying to make a quick buck off of us. Either way, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're struggling with debt, it's best to do your research and find a reputable company that won't take advantage of you.

National Debt Relief Unprofessional and Frustrating: My Experience with National Debt Relief

I recently had an experience with National Debt Relief and I have to say, it wasn't the best. I decided to give them a call to inquire about their services and was put on hold for what felt like an eternity. At first, I didn't mind too much because I understand that inquiries like this can take some time on an initial call. However, I was eventually told that I would be receiving a callback.

What I found out is that National Debt Relief has a tendency to correspond with their clients and put them on hold for unbelievably long durations. When I requested that they stop calling and texting me after I discovered that they couldn't help me because my debt wasn't "unmanageable", they continued to call me every 30 minutes trying to put me on hold. It was very unprofessional and quite frustrating.

In the end, I had to take matters into my own hands and contact the Better Business Bureau as well as make several reports to my call blocker app to get it under control. Overall, my experience with National Debt Relief was not a positive one and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

National Debt Relief National Debt Relief: A Promise Broken

This whole thing is a mess, let me tell you. I was promised that if I paid a certain amount each month for four years, I would be debt-free. And for four years, I made every payment on time, thinking I was on the right track. But when I finally reached the end of the road, I was in for a rude awakening. Turns out, I still owed a whopping $8,207. Can you believe it?

The figures they gave me at the start were completely meaningless. Instead of taking the estimated 45 months, the process dragged on for 60 months. That's a whole year longer than I was told it would take. And to top it off, my total savings were less than a quarter of what they had promised me.

What's worse is that no one bothered to tell me that we were way off track. Not once in all those years did anyone communicate to me that we were veering wildly off target. It's like they just took my money and ran.

Now, I'm back to square one, putting things back on credit cards just to try to get out of this debt. It's a never-ending cycle. I thought National Debt Relief was supposed to help me, but instead, they just made things worse.

National Debt Relief National Debt Relief: A Scam That Takes Advantage of Struggling Debtors

I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real bad experience with National Debt Relief. I signed up with them over a year ago, thinking they could help me out with my debt problems. But boy, was I wrong. They only resolved one of my debts, and it was the one with the biggest balance. And get this, they charged me over $2400 in fees for that one debt! Meanwhile, I personally resolved the other debts without any fees.

I tried to cancel my program with them, but they wouldn't even return the money they had sitting in my account. They said it was scheduled to go towards more fees! Can you believe that? They're taking advantage of people who are already struggling with debt.

And to make matters worse, they keep asking me for more money to settle another account, even though they haven't even settled it yet! They took money from me in January and applied it towards fees, even though they said I didn't owe any more fees on that account.

Let me tell you, folks, you don't need National Debt Relief to settle your debts. Just call up your creditors and explain your situation. Ask for a settlement or a payment plan. Offer to close your account if they'll lower your interest rate. It's that simple. National Debt Relief makes it sound like they're saving you thousands of dollars, but they're really just lining their own pockets.

Save your money, people. Sit down for a day and do the work yourself. Don't let companies like National Debt Relief take advantage of you.

National Debt Relief National Debt Relief. UTTERLY USELESS consumption of time!

Notice:
Do NOT call OR inquire to National Debt Relief.

I made a basic call about their "services" & was put on hold for a very long time... no biggie at first... inquiries about something like this can take some time on an initial call.
I was told that I would be getting a "callback".

This is what they do:
They "correspond" & put a caller "on hold" for unbelievably long durations...& when you request they STOP calling/texting AFTER you discover they can't "help you" if your debt isn't "unmanageable", they call every 30 minutes trying to put that caller on-hold

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had to contact the BBB & make several reports to my call blocker app to get it under "control".

National Debt Relief A Complete Nightmare

This has become a nightmare.

I was told that all I had to do was pay a certain amount each month for four years. For four years, I made every payment on time. When I got to the end, believing I was now finally debt-free, I discovered to my horror that I still, apparently, owed $8,207. The figures they gave me at the start meant nothing. Instead of the process taking the estimated 45 months, it had blown out to 60.

My total savings worked out to less than a QUARTER of what they told me to expect.

And no one, at any point in all these years, ever communicated anything to me about how wildly off target those figures were veering.

So here I am at the end, putting things back on credit cards to try to get out of this debt. It never ends.
