False Advertisement! I bought a service for my husband on 6/16/23 for fathers day At time of booking, I scheduled him for Saturday, 6/24/23 arrival between 8am - 11am. I received a confirmation, but when the person wasn't here by 10:50am on Sat. I requested an ETA. The tech texted my husband back and said the company messed up the booking and double booked him and he could not come on Saturday anymore. You'd think they would have known they were double booked sooner with a week's notice vs 5 mins before the scheduled arrival time. They confirmed via text they would come early Sunday 6/25/23 instead. Then they texted they couldn't come until later in the afternoon on Sunday (which did not work for us). So they tried to move us to another day, Monday 6/26/23 which will be difficult for us to trust they will show up on time before we need the car. This has been a horrible experience. NEVER again! I've requested a refund since they cannot honor our agreed upon time and it keeps getting pushed out. No response on the refund request yet. This is not an honest way to do business.
Recommendation: Do not use this place!

I had a really bad experience with National Detail Pros. They were supposed to arrive at my house at a certain time, but they showed up almost an hour late. This caused me a lot of stress because I had to find another way to pick up my grandchildren from school. When they finally arrived, they didn't do a very good job cleaning the inside of my car. They even charged me extra for something that should have been included in the original price.
To make matters worse, they took my car to a car wash to finish the work. It's been almost 7 hours since they started working on my car, and it's still not done. I tried to complain on their website, but my complaint wouldn't post. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
I will never use National Detail Pros again, and I strongly advise anyone thinking about using them to look elsewhere. This was a complete waste of my time and money.

To make matters worse, the older boy asked me to sign on his cell phone to "prove he was there." I made an X, but I was not impressed with their professionalism.
After the disappointing experience, I gave National Detail Pros the lowest rating possible. To my surprise, a lady named Vanessa emailed me back and said that they would correct their mistakes. However, I knew better. Vanessa claimed to be a manager, but she was not helpful at all. She insisted that the two boys were experienced, but it was obvious that they were not. Instead of taking responsibility for their poor work, Vanessa blamed and insulted me. I was not able to get my money back, and I felt like I had been scammed.
To make matters worse, the boys not only botched the job, but they also ruined the finish on my painted bumpers. It was a disaster, and I had to spend the better part of the weekend detailing the car myself. As someone who used to own a restoration shop, I know how to detail a car, and I was extremely disappointed with National Detail Pros' work.
In the end, Vanessa essentially stole $384 from me, and I would not recommend National Detail Pros to anyone. They are a franchise, and I doubt that Vanessa has ever met most of her franchisees. If you want to avoid a similar experience, I suggest that you only hire local, privately owned detail experts so that you can actually see their work. Don't waste your time and money on National Detail Pros.

OMG, I had the WORST experience with National Detail Pros! Their customer service is TERRIBLE! They don't even have real employees, just contractors. I mean, I guess that's fine, but they totally screwed me over. I paid for the most expensive package, but they told the contractor I only paid for the cheapest one. Like, seriously? They're just trying to save money at my expense.
When I tried to contact them about the issue, their customer service was a JOKE. And don't even get me started on the management. They were no better. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. We work hard for our money, and we shouldn't be taken advantage of like this.
And to top it all off, they did a TERRIBLE job on my car. They kept talking about my seats, but they left brake dust all over my tires and dirt in between the seats and cup holders. It was a DISASTER. I should have just gone to Quick Quack. They would have done a better job for only $20!
If you don't believe me, just look up their reviews online. They have a 1 out of 5 rating on almost every site. The only good reviews are the fake ones on their own website. You won't find any real ones anywhere else. It's a total scam.
I even have videos of me cleaning up the dirt and dust they left behind, but they're too big to upload. If you're in the same boat as me, please reach out to me. I'm trying to start a class action lawsuit against them since they won't give me a refund. There are so many other people out there just like me who have been ripped off by National Detail Pros. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from them!

When I contacted them about the issue and sent pictures, videos and audio to prove my point, they took the detailer's word over mine and insisted I pay more to remove the dirt, which they claimed was oxidation.
Despite my efforts to negotiate and avoid being charged for their mistake, Chris, the Manager, refused to budge and instead charged me the full amount. He even went as far as accusing me of bashing him for trying to resolve the situation.
To make matters worse, they didn't even attempt to acknowledge the service they failed to complete and charged the full amount, including it. After much back and forth, including my suggestion for them to redo the work, Chris finally offered a guarantee of "doing a good job." However, I remained unsatisfied with their lack of detail and requested a refund or discount, to which he responded with a mere $50 credit, far from the hundreds I had paid.
Aside from this disappointing experience, the damage incurred on my camper added insult to injury. Despite my efforts to get information from them, they refused, prompting me to file a claim with my insurance company against them.

Furthermore, he took a 2-hour lunch break, leaving us waiting when we had already informed the company that we were on a tight schedule.
When he finally returned, he spent most of his time on his phone despite agreeing to finish the job that day. He even caused significant damage by using rubbing compound on the Diamond Shield protectant, which the company claims their technicians know how to work with. Diamond Shield's product documentation explicitly stated that their product should not come into contact with this type of product or use a buffing wheel on it. As a result, I ended up with a $2500 bill to have the damaged Diamond Shield completely removed from the coach.
The next day, the technician didn't arrive until 10am after we had been waiting and calling endlessly. We had to argue with him for an hour, and he tried to remove the product from the Diamond Shield without success. National Detail Pros insisted that we pay the full amount, even though we had not signed off on the work, and it was not completed to our satisfaction.
We have video evidence of the technician's lack of experience and family and neighbor witnesses who can testify to the events that occurred. We also have a full text message conversation with National Detail Pros that proves they knew they were in the wrong.
National Detail Pros' customer service was nonexistent, and they refused to take responsibility for their technician's mishandling of the job. I would strongly advise against using their services.
