First this company is owed by Arron Rosenberg he works there and is the biggest punk he push people around, Dan Rosenberg the brother in charge of making the sales rep not leave homes without a sale and a check. Steve Rosenberg is the father. Look this up america.

I don't know how these mills are giving him credit or selling them anything he has taking from them Millions of dollars these is when it was under Giant Carpet then Flooring super store now these company.
I know all too well about these people. They will brought to justice.
Could you provide information on the installation manger;
we know from an insider that he goes under different names, Carl, Tony, Nick, Steve, Dan.
If is is Dan Esposito, we got our man. In the meantime, go to the police and file as many complaints as possible. As God is my witness, the Rosenbergs will be brought to justice, one at a time. DON'T TAKE MATTERS INTO YOUR OWN HANDS, they are pure evil.
Did you find them all? Can you reply with addresses tel numbers etc for everyone ?
i worked with Sam Rosenberg for 13 years...He was one of the best Bosses i ever had...we were all one big happy family...of course there are a few haters as u can see from the above comment...but if u were to survey the whole company they would feel the same way i do...The Rosenbergs were there for their employee's anf if aby of them say different it is because they didn't derserve to be treated like family...as for the customers...they way it looked and they way he was trying to handle are two different things...i can't explain it but he meant know harm...
former employee of Sam Rosenberg @ Giant Carpet
National Floors Direct are scammers! I ordered carpet for my home and twice they had the wrong carpet! They then informed me that they would not be back a third time and that they were not giving me back my deposit! I cannot believe that they get away with this! They screw up and I suffer, this is amazing! I tried to reason with their disrespectful customer service staff, that was a joke in itself! They are scammers and should be shut down!
Liars, horrible, horrible. No return calls. 2 house visits from the sales rep Tom. Who supposedly contacted Mr Rosenberg advising we had no call backs. He said Mr Rosenberg was embarrassed. He wants to do right by us. I can pick whatever carpet I want at our budget. Thought that was nice and went beyond his customer relation. So I thought...wrongo! Back to square 1 no call backs never heard from anyone. Mine was a blessing, didn't get to the point of any order. Thank God for th no call backs a blessing in disguise. The person who finally called us back was a [censor] and unprofessional told us she can't get the color we want to go elsewhere. Lmao! What a joke. Hahahaha. Thank God I didn't get farther with this. Never in my life have I dealt with such a horrible company. Number 1. Red flags. Salesperson Tom tells me he doesn't have a business card. What? He said they don't work off commission but by profit sharing. This explains the no phone calls lol. If he was working off comm I guaranteed there would be many phones calls and job completion. STAY AWAY!
Truth about Sam Rosenberg:
Selling carpet is a tough business, you need to pay big rent for big space, the installers in many NY/NJ geographic areas all Professional Crime underlings. As an owner, you are forced to deal with the manufactures that mostly sent good materals, but sometimes they would send defective rolls, which of course was never open until it hit the job site and it was too late. I worked with Sam for years back in the day. He is a very nice guy, he just felt he needed to have a very Hard Line on No Refunds, to which I was never a fan. His father who ran Kaufman Carpets shipping was a hard guy to call with problems also. He was ok when you knew your [censor], but if you forgot to say have an account number, color code or something, he would get a kick out of tearing you a A-hole. Otherwise he really was very nice guy after you learned how to deal with him.
His son Sam Rosenberg is sorta the same way. All I can say is, being an owner in the sales, and installation business is super tough. I think the Rosenbergs have a good tough mindset. I just wish they took a less hard line with customers at times.
