Seller goes by National Organics Pvt.ltd and Discover Nepal Pvt.ltd. I provided a copy of our payments as well as the invoice. He has been communicating but tells me different things for why there's delays. He's done this on every shipment for years but this time it's way too late. It is destroying my business. He has given me several different excuses as to why he hasn't shipped the order yet, the latest being that he owes the airport money from someone else's shipment and can't afford to pay to ship mine out now. I have been way more patient than I thought I was even capable of. I have numerous angry customers and clients. This situation is setting me back by years and thousands of dollars and has damaged my reputation to a point that will be difficult to recover from. I included all of our text messages that were done through the WhatsApp mobile application. The conversation begins with me asking him about when he will be replacing the printed cotton bags from the previous shipment as he made a printing error on every single one. He also neglected to include part of each unit (the referenced seeds on the drawstrings of the printed cotton bags) I have received 1 of 3 sizes for replacements for the printing error but none of the bags that were missing seeds were replaced. He also has neglected to give me the proper paperwork for customs clearance in the U.S. As you can see, I asked for the organic certification from him months ago. The only one I have is several years old and held up my last shipment while in customs. At that point he wasn't willing to help me whatsoever. he said his only responsibility was to get the products to the U.S. and the rest is up to me. My biggest concern is this current shipment which I begin inquiring about shortly after that. As you can see, he said it would take 3 weeks maximum on 5/12/17 AND 5/14/17. There isn't a single time that he actually called me like he said he would. Never! Not once. It's always way later demonstrating a lack of professionalism and sense of urgency. I have requested a refund over and over and over and he refuses to give a refund or to send the products as he has internal issues that have been affecting my business for months now with this most current shipment issue. I am completely dissapointed. Our original conversation came from Alibaba. He should not be doing any business with anyone under any circumstances considering the situation at hand.

the person who posted the complaint he is destroying his business himself not National organics. He must have to remove such artificial negative information as soon as quickly if he wish to protect his business.

Cause of his complaint the shipment has been hold more then 2 weeks in Kathmandu even he is not agree to remove such artificial complaint but we are sending the goods to him and don't care such bad complaint because we are committed on our words. We are sending the goods by;

Hello Mr. Krahn, National organics is the vendor of your products last 4-5 years and you are very happy with the quality and quantity of the products but cause of our supplementary audit as well as some delay on production cause of the heavy rain fall we unable to catch the exact shipping date as we promised but unfortunately you had been posted such story on the complaint board which is not authenticated. We promised you to provide best quality products which we did, we promised to supply the goods as per agreement which we did, we promised to ship by specific airways which we did, we promised you to provide some financial help which we did, we promised you to provide some replacement of inferior of cotton bags which we did, We promised you to provide credit option (We waited more then 3 months for 50% payment of supplied goods last couple of times but we never did any complaint against of you or/your company) which we did even we are happy to provide you USDA transaction certificates of latest supply so you must has to contact with the vendor. Such complaint will ruins your business not our because every one know that we are one of the leading supplier of USDA organic soapberries which are certified by ECOCERT SA, France.

I left this alone because I did finally get my shipment after months and months of waiting, being harassed, blackmailed, and lied to. Three other people have contacted me about his business. The only reason I even updated it was because he said he disappear and keep my shipment if I didn't say it was a "misunderstanding". I will happily supply the entire text conversation to anyone that wishes to see it. He is doing to many others and I can prove it. Almost none of what he is stating is accurate or factual. I'm not sure if he believes himself and is doing it intentionally. I can't tell which it is. The certification process is a joke and he will lie until you stop asking about it. Buyer beware. For real. My business is still suffering because of him. He shouldn't be doing business with anyone at anytime. I even contacted the U.S. Embassy in Nepal for assistance to get my shipment which did happen but took many many months and unimaginable nonsense to accomplish. We did pay him late one time because he screwed up the printing on an ENTIRE order and we were waiting for the replacements which didn't happen until months later either. It was a cluster of nonsense and intellectual dishonesty having worked with him. It is, to this day, my biggest regret. He is petty, extremely dishonest, and a generally bad person to do business with. I can provide demonstrable evidence for all of the claims I have made.

If you were to speak to me, you'd see I don't speak sloppy English and that statement was only written due to coercion. I have pages and pages of his threats and lies if anyone is interested in seeing them. I was going to pursue it legally but I'd prefer to have this serve as a warning for others.
