They took me for $1300 and did nothing for me
They took me for $1300 and did nothing for me. They would never respond to me on what they did for me.
I fell behind on my taxes and was stupid enough to ignore the letters IRS was sending me. I was on my way to work to work one day and stopped for coffee. I used my debit card as always and was surprised when it was declined for $5 considering I had just been paid a few days before. I checked my bank and saw it showed a zero balance. IRS has gone in there and taken every penny. I panicked as my rent was due and I needed that money as I have 2 kids I raise on my own. Not knowing what to do I searched online for help and found national Tax Advisors. They called the IRS that day and were able to get $2300 sent back to my bank account the following day. The guy I was working with there was great and really knew how to help me. National Tax filed 3 back returns for me and was able to lower my debt from $$14k down to $2800. They set me up on a payment plan on that $2800 for $100 a month with the IRS. National Tax's fees were reasonable and was probably the best money I have spent in the last 5 years. I would recommend anyone that been hiding from the IRS to give them a call and deal with it as in the end these things always catch up with you.
So far all is good good good good! Thanks, David.
First I was called by Guidance Tax Relief (Michael Francis). Fee was $1500. Michael did poor job of negotiating on my behalf. Then National Tax Advisory got involved claiming to be tax lawyer (Mr. J. Wallace). $750 was paid to each company. I got suspicious when Mr. Wallace claimed the State of GA would not take less than half the amount of money owed. He suggested this without submitting an offer in compromise, Turns out the $3250 was to line their pockets. I called State of GA myself and did a better job than these guys.. Do not trust either company. I was refunded the $3250. And settled with the State of GA on my own. They would have cost me a lot more money if I had trusted them to resolve it for me. They didn't deserve the $1500 fee. *** L.
The National Tax Advisory Service in Encino, CA engaged with us and secured a total of over $11,000 from us and has not delivered a thing. When we initially engaged with them, we were receiving several calls from 4 different employees. Now we cannot get even one of them on the phone. When I get through to their main line, I'm put on a long hold or once another stranger looked at our account and referred me to another person or said another person will get back to me. In there first instance I was transferred to a voicemail but no one ever returned my call. In the second instance, I never hear from the person who was to get back to me. I've called the IRS to determine if NTAS has been in touch with them regarding our outstanding balance and a lower payment option, but the IRS has not heard from them since the initial 3-way call on 1/8 and that call was disconnected. We were already on an installment plan and was hoping for an offer in compromise or a return to our lower monthly payments. Mr. Larsen with NTAS said on 1/12 to expect a hardship letter from the IRS in 45 days. Nothing was ever received nor did I hear from NTAS. After requiring us to secure retainer financing with American First Financial before they could proceed with our case, within a few weeks they then pressured us into an ACH transfer of over $8,000 to proceed with work that they have not delivered. I believe this may be a scam operation that now has our personal information.
The only reason I gave them a star is because it is no zero
The only reason I gave them a star is because it is no zero. I called this place they told me 2500 for my irs problem. they raise it to 8500 after they already have my 2500 I couldnÂ't afford 8500 so I try to get my money back no nobodyÂ's answering the phone I canÂ't get in contact with the people I talk to.
I typically don't even leave negative commentary, but this is an exception that I'm MORE THAN WILLING to make... These people call ME and then get an attitude because I don't sound "enthused" EVEN THOUGH I'm not 100% sure whether they're a legitimate business or not REGARDLESS of what websites they've sent me AND THEN had the audacity to hang up in my face! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Stop calling people with an expectation that they are going to greet you like a knight in shining armor during this time of unprecedented scams and/or remember that your call was unsolicited!

5 out of 5 Star rating, I called this company when I had my back against the way and owed close to 30,000 dollars to the IRS.. I did not know what else to do so I contacted NTA. They were able to lower my debt to 4,000 dollars. I made an initial payment of 2,800 dollars and with a few weeks the IRS payments ceased to come out of my bank account and I am now almost debt free and back on my feet. Thank you !
I had accumulated over several years a total debt of around 25,000 dollars to the IRS because of a business which we ended up closing on top of credit card debt and personal debts. For months i just had a feeling of impending doom from everything especially from IRS. Luckily, i found NTAS who were able to offer me help close this account! Sam Ross and his team helped me and I honestly canÂ't thank them enough for what they did for me! They literally helped me start fresh! Way beyond my expectations! ?%

Let me start by saying, I am horrible with getting papers in and staying on top of myself. I admit that but National Tax Advisory Services stayed right with me through the whole process, even when I didn't get them all the documents they needed right away. They would email regularly to let me know how things stood. They get your tax problems resolved for you as quickly and easily as possible. They also got the IRS to drop their demands for more money. They even got us sizable refunds for overpayment. I was pretty pleased with that phone call!
I had not filed my tax returns since 2015 and because of being a 1099 Truck Driver I wasn't really sure how to go about my taxes. Come to find out when I got a IRS notice to garnish my wages, I knew I had to get help. I saw a Tax Relief TV commercial and called and spoke with Bill Davis. Bill was very professional and explained to me that the IRS assessed balances of $34,621 of what he called substitute returns for 2015 and 2016. National Tax Advisory Services was able to STOP the wage garnishment, get caught up on the tax returns that were needed and also refilled my 2015 and 2016 correctly and reduced the debt to $6,832... 2017,2018,2019 were also prepared and because I didn't pay any taxes these years Bill and his team were able to prepare my taxes effectively with my deductions I owe another $11,438. I'm happy to make a payment I can afford now and the Attorneys at NTAS have given me guidance to now make deposits throughout the year and not accumulate additional debt or back taxes that could put me in this stressful situation again. Thanks Again, you helped me and my Family. Jason Edwards,... Provo Utah

I agree with one of the fellow people on complaints
I agree with one of the fellow people on complaints. Phone calls are not returned. Phone numbers keep changing. Emails not allowed. Price has gone up and expecting to be paid more money than that of the tax due. They would put me on the 10 year plan. I will be dead before then. When they began to play with my account by increasing the monthly payment by $50, that was it. I have done everything, to get back on track...this is not helping any. Today, I am sending a letter to no longer pursue with this service due to lack there of.

Huge scam!
Huge scam! These people have taken our money and done absolutely nothing! My veteran- hard working husband and I have lost 5k dollars to this company. It has damaged us beyond repair! Do NOT give them any money they took all our savings plus had him apply for a credit card from their company and got all the money from that maxed out card (which we are still paying on. We talked to them and believed in them, we were fooled. Called us 5 times a day until they got our money now no one returns our calls. Sent them everything as requested multiple times ...emailed, faxes and snai mail and no response no follow-up. This company should be ashamed it's been over a year with them abusing our good faith. Shame on this company and these people are HORRIBLE. Asked for a refund and they laughed at me on the phone. We are so hurt that we allowed ourselves to be tricked into paying them and stoll paying them and NOTHING has been done on our case at all. No return phone calls.
@ C. Gibson, I read somewhere that some people are planning to. File a class action lawsuit against this outfit. You might want to look into this. Save your check stubs, receipts and all documents and payments you made.

I paid for their services to negotiate a settlement with the IRS
I paid for their services to negotiate a settlement with the IRS. Fee of $4200 for their services. After a few questions, they said IRS would settle for $10,205. I paid the both fee and estimated settlement on credit cards. I was told it could take 3-6 months. I had to reach out to them and they never freely contacted me with updates I sent emails asking for status updates as time
passed *** the only response ever given was "well, have you gotten a letter". After 7 months of no correspondence from the IRS and no evidence of them completing services hired for, I asked for proof of work, I asked what they had actually done to reach the IRS and negotiate a settlement. They wouldn't answer me. I disputed the charges on my cards and they are fighting it. Only forms I ever signed was authorizing charges and for them to access account details with IRS. I called and spoke with David, the rep I had been taking to since day 1. When I asked what work has been done, he replied with I can't answer that. When I asked exactly what the fees were that I've paid, he laughed at me and he said I can't answer that. He kept circling and refusing to make direct statements. I asked if I could speak to someone in legal dept. he said no. I asked if I could speak to someone in financial depart., he said no. He said that since I fired the firm and working with new firm that this was no longer his problem and he didn't need to speak to me anymore and hung up. No work was ever completed on my behalf. No evidence of any communication to the IRS was submitted on my behalf. These people took my money and ran. This is a scam and others should not trust them! I have since hired another law firm and within 2 weeks got resolution and a plan in place to settle my case. These people lied to me about the process and reality of how the IRS would view my case! I will continue to fight for my money as no services hired for were ever rendered and they can not produce evidence of work product! DO NOT TRUST
