I have been trying to get a refund since the day I talked to Mike Goldman on June 29, 2023 (date of transaction). I still have not received one for the $250 deposit. I changed my mind the same day he took my $250 deposit. Mike Goldman and his supervisor told me over the phone there was no problem to get a refund, but still would not give me one. The last time "Mike Goldman" told me he would refund my $250 deposit was last Thursday July 5, 2022. He said I would receive the refund in 24 hours and he would contact me half an hour before to make sure I was home. Needless to say, I have not heard from him since. Since then I have just been receiving messages from someone who says he is Alexander Markovski who will not answer any of my messages about where my refund is. I would like my $250 refunded as I was told I would receive back on the first day I was in contact with this company on June 29, 2023. Please refund my money.

Desired outcome: Refund and to warn others not to deal with this company as they are a scam. They keep trying to get you to deposit more money and then will not refund you if you ask. They steal your money.
