Disappointing Service from NeoSmart: Windows 10 Recovery Disc Review
I bought the Windows 10 Recovery Disc from NeoSmart and was disappointed with the service. First of all, I couldn't try the software before I bought it. That's lousy! Only by buying it, can I experience it, so I took that risk. I followed the instructions for the software application setup, but it wouldn't run. I reached out to the support team for help. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any help. The only response was "Good Luck," which was a bummer.
I knew the software wasn't right for me at that moment, and I requested a refund within two hours of buying the product. It's frustrating that I didn't get a response. I thought that maybe they were slow to respond, but I never received a reply. None!
I gave up on them and decided to use another software that I found. Incredibly, the alternative software ran seamlessly and fixed my issue. I never thought that I would say this, but thank goodness for another option.
It would've been great if the NeoSmart team responded to my calls for help and offered me some assistance. I'm frustrated that they ignore my calls for a refund and other communications. It's not a good sign for any business to put such poor support systems in place.
In summary, the software didn't run as expected, and the support team didn't offer any help. I'm still waiting for a refund, which doesn't seem like I'll ever get it. My advice to anyone considering using their software would be to stay away and look for a better alternative.
Neosmart's Boot Repair Will Leave You High and Dry: A Review
I was checking out Neosmart's website and wanted to fix a Windows 10 boot file failure on my laptop. I decided to pay for their software hoping it would do the trick. They claim that, with their software, you're almost guaranteed to fix the problem. I was impressed with their claim of "providing 1-on-1 email support", too. To cap it all off, they also offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed or its free policy!
However, nothing worked for me. Their software simply didn't fix my problem. I tried to ask for support via email, but they never responded. I even requested a refund, but I still didn't receive any response from them. Upon checking Google, it says their office is permanently closed. Boy, I wish I had checked their website before giving them any of my hard-earned money.
My advice to all potential customers out there, do not pay for their software or give them any cash. They provided nothing, and they delivered nothing in return.
Beware of NeoSmart: Fraudulent Product and Nonexistent Customer Support
I was looking for a solution to fix my Windows PC and came across NeoSmart at neosmart.net. However, after reading some reviews on their site, I was a bit hesitant about making a purchase. But I thought, hey, I'll give it a try and see how it goes. Unfortunately, I regret that decision.
I agree with those who warn others to stay away from NeoSmart. My experience with them has been a disaster! First of all, their customer support is non-existent. I reached out to them several times but never got a response. I even followed their support steps, but they were useless and did not provide any help.
Concerns about their product are valid. Unless you have an old version of Windows, their products are useless. WinRE is one such product that does not work as advertised. You can check their website and see years-old complaints about this product. Even following their support steps is pointless, as the product does not function regardless. From my observation, it appears that it is built with the incorrect components for Windows RE. At the end of the day, I paid for a product that does not work and received no help from their customer support.
In conclusion, unless you want to waste your time and money, I strongly advise staying away from NeoSmart. Their product is fraudulent, and their customer service is unresponsive - terrible experience from start to finish. ***YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Neosmart Recovery Tool Review: A Shady Business That Failed to Deliver
I cound't get my ASUS computer to behave when it came to booting up. I was at my wit's end until I stumbled across a tool from Neosmart that promised to solve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I was already having trouble with the tool, but then I saw all the glowing reviews on Neosmart's site claiming that the tool had worked wonders for others. It seemed too good to be true. In desperation, I forked over the 20 dollars to get the Windows 8 recovery tool, thinking I had to try something.
I followed the instructions on the site and tried to burn the iso image onto a USB stick. But no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to work. The site claimed that using a tool called ImgBurn would make it possible, but when I downloaded it, it made a mess on my computer. And even after all that, the tool still didn't work. It felt like Neosmart had cheated me.
It's not just the trouble with the tool that makes me suspicious - there are other signs that this is a shady business. Their support email domains are different from Neosmart's official site, and they're difficult to get in touch with. And all the extreme positive reviews? Those really do seem too good to be true. At this point, I just want to get my money back and call it a day.
Disappointing Experience with NeoSmart: Review of Easy RE for Windows 8 and Easy USB Creator
I had a bit of a bad experience with NeoSmart (neosmart.net) that I'd like to share with you. So, I bought a product called Easy RE for Windows 8 from them, with the intention of fixing an error code that kept cropping up on my computer. The company also offers a product called Easy USB Creator that helps you make a bootable USB stick. I downloaded it and tried to run it, but unfortunately, I encountered a problem straight away.
I followed the instructions and clicked on the button labeled "ISOs", hoping to see a list of ISOs that I could select from. However, nothing came up. I couldn't proceed and I was pretty unhappy about it. So, I emailed the company's customer service with my issue. According to their website, the product that I bought was only active for 48 hours. So, I was in a hurry to get some help.
However, as of 24 hours later, I still hadn't heard from them. They didn't respond at all. Needless to say, I was not impressed. The lack of response from their customer service team was quite disappointing. I had been struggling and trying to sort it out for over an hour myself.
To be honest, I recommend not purchasing anything from this company. If they can't help you when you need it, what's the point in buying from them? I had a bad experience and I don't think it's worth risking it. If you're looking for a reliable product, this might not be the one for you.
Disappointing Experience with NeoSmart's Windows 10 Repair Software and Customer Service
I was hoping I could finally fix my laptop’s issue with starting Windows 10 when I bought NeoSmart’s software. But things didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped for. When I tried starting the software from my USB pen, it did not work. So, I decided to reach out to their customer service department to see if they could help. However, the solution they provided me with was generic and did not address my issue. I tried explaining it in more detail and sent them multiple pictures of the error and the steps I took to reproduce it. But for a month, I didn’t receive any replies.
Trying again, I contacted them once more only to receive a reply that did not make any sense. They provided me with a link to download the software for Windows 8 64 bit, even though I had already mentioned that my laptop was running Windows 10. It was frustrating to go through such unhelpful responses when I needed help the most. After complaining again, they asked for my Windows Product key sticker so that they could provide me with the original Windows CD. But that did not make any sense either since that wasn’t related to my current issue.
In the end, I was disappointed that I had spent my money on a product that didn’t come through for me. After three long months of frustrating email exchanges, I ended up fixing the issue myself. It was a waste of both my time and money and I don't think I will be using NeoSmart again in the future.
Neosmart Review: A Scam Alert - Don't Waste Your Money!
Let me tell you about my experience with Neosmart. I wanted to fix some issues I was having with my computer, and I came across their website. I read through their support files and advertisements, and they promised to fix my issues with their software. So, I gave it a try.
Unfortunately, their software did nothing to fix my computer. So, I decided to contact their technical support for help. But, to my surprise, they did not offer any help at all. They refused to help me, claiming that they had no record of my purchase. I was shocked, as I had provided them with all of the details of my purchase, including my credit card statement. But, still, they refused.
What's even more suspicious about Neosmart is that there is no office or address listed on their website. The only thing they have is a helpline phone number, which directs you to the same web address as the technical support. I tried to talk to someone about my issue, but it was impossible. I suspect that the sales support and the tech support are the same employees.
In my opinion, this is a scam. They know that your credit card company will void the payment if you report it as fraudulent. And, because the amount is small, they are not concerned about anyone coming after them.
In conclusion, be careful when dealing with Neosmart. I would advise against using their software or services, as they do not stand behind their promises and do not offer any support to their customers. It's better to find a reputable company that you can trust.
Review: Easy Recovery Essentials from Neosmart - Not Worth Your Time or Money
So, I had this thing going on with my computer where I wanted to have a dual boot system with two hard drives. I had been using EasyBCD for a while, but one day my computer just wouldn't boot up. I was feeling pretty desperate, so I headed over to Neosmart's website and found out about Easy Recovery Essentials.
Their ad said that their product was guaranteed to repair my computer, which was just the kind of reassurance I needed. I ended up purchasing the program and they emailed me a download so I could burn an Easy RE disc. The instructions were super clear, but unfortunately the disc just wouldn't boot up my computer.
I reached out to Neosmart's customer service team and they were really friendly and helpful at first. They sent me the exact same instructions for burning the disc, but for some reason, it just never worked. I must have burned over 5 discs by the end of it all, and every time I emailed them with an update, it seemed like they were less and less responsive.
I kept emailing them for help because I had been promised a "guaranteed" fix, but after about 10 emails with no real solutions, I gave up and asked for a refund. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't heard back from them about my refund. It's honestly a shame because I had to erase my hard drive and reinstall windows, which was not an ideal situation at all.
I don't know what to make of it all, but I honestly believe that Neosmart is not trustworthy. I don't think they're a reliable company, so I wouldn't recommend their products to anyone else. It was a waste of time and money, and I was really disappointed with the experience overall.
NeoSmart Review: Saved My Windows 7 Machine from Infinite Loop!
It's already 2021, and I'm glad to share my experience using NeoSmart (neosmart.net). It was a tough decision to make, but I took the chance and purchased and downloaded it for my Windows 7 machine.
One sad day, my power supply died while my computer was in the middle of doing something. When we replaced the power supply and booted everything up again, I encountered Windows' infinite loop. It was frustrating and tiring to try every solution on Google and in different forums, but no luck.
Thankfully, I discovered NeoSmart. I burned the iso to a cd and started it up. I patiently waited for it to boot up and scanned and tested the memory. To my surprise, Windows came back to life! It was a massive relief and saved me from all the trouble of reinstalling Windows and figuring out which code was where and more.
I was happy that I paid $20 for the service because it worked flawlessly. I know some people have bad experiences, but I'm happy to say that it helped me a lot. I could have spent so much more if I went through the process of reinstalling Windows.
Anyway, I'm glad that everything worked out in the end. I'm excited to use NeoSmart's features and make another backup disk. Cheers to everyone!

Beware: EasyRE Pro for Windows 7 is just a rental, not a purchase!
So, I purchased the Pro version of EasyRE for Windows 7 twice already- or should I say, I thought I bought them twice. Turns out I only rented them instead. You see, the website doesn't mention anything about it, but the software stops working after some time. This means that you have to repurchase it again and again. Now, if the software just had a warning message saying it might not be up-to-date, it's okay. But it doesn't just warn you- it just doesn't work at all! I think that's holding the customer to ransom, don't you think? However, I have to admit that if you're in a situation where your PC is on the brink, and the software hasn't expired yet, it works pretty well and can save you from destruction. The only problem is, it costs nearly $40 each time, and it's not like it has changed significantly from 2019 to 2020. I mean, sure, Windows 7 is no longer supported, but that's not the issue. The real problem is the built-in expiry date. I bought my second copy in March 2019, and it stopped working for me in August 2019! Neosmart should be honest and upfront about this, don't you agree?
Anyway, a few days ago, I had some problems with my old computer and contacted Neosmart for a download link. Unfortunately, they wouldn't give me one, saying that it had been too long since my original purchase. Apparently, the newer versions of EasyRE have already been released, and my original purchase doesn't include upgrades after one year! They did offer me a 10% discount for the Home version, but that's not what I want at all. So, I sent them a message requesting an unlock code, but unfortunately, they have stopped replying to me.
It's very frustrating that I can't use the software I bought just because time has elapsed. It's like buying Microsoft Office only to have Word stop working because a new version of Office has been released. I don't think it's fair to build an expiry date into the tool. I bought the EasyRE Pro for Windows 7 in 2017 and then had to buy it again in 2019 (again for Windows 7). It kind of feels like I'm not really buying the software at all- they're just renting it out for a limited time. The worst part is, this isn't even mentioned on the website sales copy. If you buy a "Professional" version, it's very misleading because you expect it to work for a long time.
It's such a shame that this is Neosmart's business model because the tool itself is pretty good. However, I'm not surprised that there are a lot of negative reviews on SiteJabber.com. Thank you, Neosmart, for making my experience a frustrating one.

NeoSmart Review: Disappointing Performance and Lack of Support
I got NeoSmart recently but I can't say that it worked for me. Maybe it was my fault for not using it right or maybe it was just a lemon. I tried contacting them when I ran into some issues, and they did get back to me once. They offered a suggestion to fix it but unfortunately, it didn't work. I was left on my own after that and feeling a bit abandoned.
I think that if you're thinking of getting NeoSmart you should be careful with your expectations. It's not going to be the end-all solution to your problems. I don't think it's worth the money if it's not going to perform as advertised.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience. It was a waste of money and time. Maybe it's worked for other people and that's great, but for me, it just didn't measure up. I wish I could have gotten a bit more support or assistance when I was struggling with it. Instead, I was left in the dark and feeling like I had wasted my hard earned cash.
Terrible Experience with Ineffective Software and No Customer Support
I am so confused why this company still sellin' software. I brought Easyre for win7 from 'em but it ain't never work, and there been no response when I asked fer support. Even when I asked fer a refund, there been crickets - absolutely no response at all. It's frustrating as all get out. I done give up on 'em, and I sure hope they ain't gon' be sellin' no mo' software to other folks because they ain't worth it.
Disappointing Performance and Additional Payments: A Review of NeoSmart Software
The NeoSmart software is a bit of a disappointment, to be honest. It doesn't quite work the way it's supposed to, and that's a real bummer. I mean, I paid good money for this thing, you know? You'd think that a license would be included. But no, apparently I have to shell out even more dough to use certain functions. That's just not right. And even worse, some of those functions just flat-out don't run. Like, what's up with that? I tried to get a hold of the support team a couple times, but I haven't heard anything back yet. That's just crappy customer service, if you ask me. I was hoping for better, but I guess you can't always get what you want.

Avoid NeoSmart and their products: Horrible Customer Support, Faulty Products, and Lengthy Refund Process
So, if you're thinking of purchasing from NeoSmart, you better think again. I made the mistake of purchasing one of their products and had an absolute nightmare with their customer support. It was like pulling teeth just to get a simple response from them.
I even tried emailing them, but the response time was atrocious. I'm talking days between each email. And don't even get me started on the actual product itself. It didn't work as advertised and caused numerous issues on my computer.
In the end, I had enough and decided to ask for a refund. Boy, was that a mistake. They made the process so difficult and time-consuming that I almost gave up. It took weeks of back and forth emails just to get a partial refund.
All in all, I would not recommend NeoSmart to anyone. Their customer support is terrible, their products don't work well and if you do decide to return something, you're in for a headache. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Disappointing Experience with Neosmart's Windows 7 Recovery Disc: No Refund or Customer Service Support
So I decided to check out Neosmart and their Windows 7 Recovery Disc seemed like the perfect solution for me. I bought it and had high hopes, but boy was I disappointed. I followed all the instructions for making a bootable USB and yet, it just wouldn't work. I tried and tried, but nothing. It was a complete waste of my money. Eventually, I had to bite the bullet and get an original Windows 7 recovery ISO.
To add insult to injury, when I emailed Neosmart about a refund, they completely ignored me. What kind of customer service is that? It's really frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on something that doesn't work and then the company refuses to give you a refund.
Honestly, I can't recommend Neosmart at all. They may have some good products, but in my experience, they're not reliable and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you're thinking about doing business with them, I would highly recommend you think twice.
NeoSmart Review: Poor Customer Service, No Refunds, Avoid at All Costs
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with NeoSmart. Trying to reach out to them was like screaming into the void - not a peep in response. I mean, how hard is it to answer a simple question or acknowledge someone reaching out to you? It's kind of a red flag when a company can't seem to be bothered to respond to their customers.
And refund? Forget it. Good luck getting anything out of them. Even if you manage to get a hold of someone, they'll probably just disappear on you like a ghost. It's not exactly inspiring confidence when you're thinking about handing over your hard-earned dough to these folks.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend NeoSmart to anyone. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually seem to care about their customers and their needs. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and steer clear of this one.
Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Experience with NeoSmart for Windows Vista Recovery
So, I've been trying to recover my Windows Vista operating system and stumbled upon NeoSmart. At first glance, their website looked legit and they provided downloads for the recovery I needed. But when I tried to download the file, it didn't complete properly and left me feeling frustrated. To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund, they refused! To add insult to injury, I found out that I wasn't the only one with this problem. Apparently, there were a lot of other people who also paid for the download but didn't receive the link to download it. Obviously, this made me wonder about their reliability as a company, and left me feeling cheated and unsatisfied. In my opinion, this is unacceptable and I would advise others to think twice before using their services.
Disappointing Experience with NeoSmart: Unreliable Product & Poor Customer Support
I tried out NeoSmart for the purpose of getting back the files on an old laptop that I left with my family at a nursing home. Unfortunately, I faced a ton of technical issues even after trying out all the steps suggested by their automated emails. Despite writing multiple messages with clear error messages, I did not receive any responses from their team. I was highly disappointed with the level of customer support that NeoSmart provided.
Based on my experience, I strongly believe that you should avoid spending your hard-earned money on this product. The level of frustration that I faced while using this product was just not worth it!
Disappointing Experience with NeoSmart's Windows 7 Recovery Disc
I had a problem with my Sony Vaios laptop so I decided to try out NeoSmart's "WINDOWS 7 RECOVERY DISC" which costs $19.75. Unfortunately, when I tried to download it, the link didn't work. I tried calling their phone number twice, but it was always busy, leading me to think that they might be a scam. The other number they provided is just a pre-recorded message that tells you to email them your personal information. So, I sent them an email with my personal information, but never received a response. It's been a while and I still haven't heard back from them. I ended up asking for a refund because I was so frustrated. Overall, my experience with NeoSmart was disappointing.
Stay Clear of Neosmart: Nightmare Experience with Easy Recovery Product and Poor Customer Service
I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from the Neosmart website, the experience I had was nothing short of a nightmare. The company is a complete sham and will not even honor their own refund policy. What they offer, is supposed to be a way to restore your operating system, but getting it to work is like trying to solve a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle.
I found myself struggle for hours with the product, as there are damn near 20 steps you have to follow before it even begins to work. To make things worse, the customer service was appalling. When I finally managed to get through to them, they were no help whatsoever, and completely uninterested in assisting me with my issue. All they did was point me to their website where I had already spent hours trying to make the product work.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone on the fence about purchasing Neosmart products, to steer well clear. The company is a joke, and their products are not only complicated and difficult to use, but their customer service is downright awful. Save yourself the hassle and stay far away from Neosmart and their Easy Recovery product - it's not worth it and you'll just end up feeling frustrated and ripped off.
