I am a company driver my truck #67710 this truck had a exhaust manifold leaking in to the cab and turbo and jake brake problems this truck has even more problems then that. I got sick in this truck and could not think what was wrong with me. I could have killed someone and myself with this truck. I don't feel this is right in any way I am not happy with this truck and the people how gave it to me this is the only thing I can do tall this story. I can only hope this do's not happen to someone els.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The owner of Slime has already been to prison for fraud. That is a fact. Did he learn his lesson ? He obviously did because the scams he runs now are rip offs but legal. I cannot for the life of me understand how drivers still fall victim to this company. The information and proof is out there. All you have to do is look.
I've been at New Prime, Inc for 6 years now. LOVE IT! Good equipment, great miles, awesome fleet manager. Those of you complaining, need to get your business in order before complaining on this board, and not telling all the details. (1) You lack the ability to manage money, when running a business. (2.) I went to prime as a company driver in early 2011. I did two complete trips and quit half way tru the third. I turned the truck into one of their terminals. I left everything with the truck, load locks, lock kits, everything! And I had witnesses. It cost me, according to them, $765.00 for the equipment I left on the truck. They gave me back, they say, $340.88. They claim they did not have to do that. They also charge $1.00 a week for the fuel card. There is a charge for a cash advance I know nothing about. All in all they claim I made $1650.99. With all the deductions they show I cleared a whole $57. 72! Best two weeks of my life!
Really...AVOID THIS COMPANY
PRIME LIKE TO PLAY THE BIG SHOT COMPANY BUT THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM THIEVING COMPANY. THEY PLAY UP THE BIG DOT RULES ANND ALL BUT MISS OUT IN THE MORALE ISSUE OF TREATING A PERSON DECENT. I REMEMBER THEM WHEN THEY WERE ### AND EVERYONE KNEW IT AND NOW THEY TRY TO PLAY THE UPSCALE TRUKING COMPANY HAHAHA WHAT A JOKE.
i worked for this company and i totally understand how u feel. In 6 months i leased 2 different trucks and took me for a ride financially the payments are way to much and they charge for everything. down to 15.00 a week for sending me a statement every week that i seen online. this is one company u want to stay away from if ur thinking about leasing. company driver u might be happy but DO NOT LEASE!
