In early October we hired adams tree service to remove a tree for us
In early October we hired adams tree service to remove a tree for us. After working three days he dropped a log through our roof and we discovered it after he didn't bother telling us and hid it. I contacted next insurance to file a claim and it's been over three weeks and I'm getting the run around and now they are trying to say there is something in the policy that pertains to the size of the tree. I hired this company because he was insured and he caused damage so therefor insurance should cover the damage. And go after him for their money back. Will be seeking to sue both of them on small claims court if this isn't paid

A pipe leaked in my business and damage happened to my business and the business next to me
A pipe leaked in my business and damage happened to my business and the business next to me. They denied any compensation for my business, and I accepted it. Regarding my neighbor business damages, I filled a general liability claim but the adjustor told me we cannot cover your neighbor under the general liability claim and advised me to file a commercial property claim to cover my neighbor damages. I filled the commercial property claim and the adjustor told me to file a general liability claim!I tried to talk to a supervisor twice but it is impossible and after a very long waiting time I was told that a supervisor will call me back, but this never happened.

We purchased workers comp insurance through them and paid our premiums on time. Then one of our employees was hurt on the job. First, they tried to bury us in paperwork and bureaucracy to see if we'd just give us. We fought through that and got them all the paperwork they needed. They initially approved the claim, but came back a week later and said that upon further review, they decided to reject the claim.
The agency has fraudulently accessed my debit card and continues to charge me for service I never signed up for
The agency has fraudulently accessed my debit card and continues to charge me for service I never signed up for. I noticed four months ago that *** was being taken from my account. I contacted my bank for one of the charges . They investigated and returned one payment of *** I would need to dispute every month for the full return or, have my card cancelled. I have substaintal accounts on the card and did not want the inconvience. However, Next Insurance continues to access my card. I never signed up with the agency, I didn't know who they were until I investigated and I never gave anyone in the agency permission to withdraw funds from my account. I have contacted them with my concerns.

I filed a claim with next insurance in May as of July , I am still waiting on the claim to be processed. They claim that they sent a check to a unlisted addressed in May yet I have not received said payment. *** and Supervisor *** hung up on me (recorded calls) on July 26 while supervisor *** refused to take the call.

This Insurance refuses to pay the entire corrective cost to repair/fix the poor workmanship by their insurer
This Insurance refuses to pay the entire corrective cost to repair/fix the poor workmanship by their insurer. The policy given does not reflect the excuse given by Next representatives. We tried reaching out as a last attempt to the CEO, Mr. on June 1 via email and to date no response. We have reached out to three different staffers with them acting in a forcing manner to accepting a different amount than the invoice sent to them prior to corrective work being scheduled. We are wanting the full $*** and not the offered excuse of $*** difference of our paid deposit as they claim is the limit which is not reflective on policy as the policy reflects higher than what we are asking to be paid to us.

I was originally sold a policy for 29 dollars a month
I was originally sold a policy for 29 dollars a month. This premium increased periodically over a period of two years, just a few dollars at a time until it was up to 40 dollars a month. Then last month without any valid explanation they doubled my premiums and took twice what I'd authorized them to take out of the account. When I checked they had now raised my rates again this time more than double the advertised price and the price we originally agreed to. When I asked for an explanation they gave me a song and dance about better service etc. When I complained, they offered to cancel my policy. I have never filed a claim, and nothing has changed except I work less now than I did when I signed up with them yet they are doubling my costs for no apparent valid reason. I am simply asking for them to honor their prices and return me to my previous rate as there is no justification for this sudden increase and the entire practice seems like "bait and switch".

Claim #XXXXXXXXXXXXGD01 They provided liability insurance for a General Contractor that I hired in 2019 to fully remodel a bathroom with a tile shower, replace other flooring, and outdoor steps. The contractor advertised himself as being fully insured, and provided me with a Certificate of Insurance with Next Insurance. No exclusions were listed. I purchased all materials. Outdoor steps were never started. Flooring was improperly laid. Bathroom had multiple, serious problems. Personal property was damaged. An adjuster for Next Ins came out in 2/20. He required I provide estimates for all repairs & damages. Since it was extensive, this took several months. The damages totaled $***. They offered me a settlement of only $***. They will not cover the cost of any of the materials that were damaged, even though this is also consequential damage to my property. They will not cover unfinished work, and they capped improper work. They will not negotiate these problems.

Good Day Next Insurance Team, This is with regard to work a contractor performed in my home, specifically work related to installation of a master bathroom shower/pan which was finished with marble tile. The shower failed and has resulted in water damage to my home. The contractor had a Next insurance policy. However, I am fairly confused by Next Insurance's response to date as Next Insurance has indicated that the policy will only pay for water damage and does not cover the cost of repairs to the shower. Frankly, this application of the policy leaves me with more questions then answers. My goal is for Next insurance to cover the cost of repairs to the shower and the water damage. I am not looking to haggle over damages and will settle this claim for whatever amount an independent adjuster determines is fair for the cost of repairs to the shower and water damage. I have previously been given contractor bids in the range of 10k to 15k for this repair work. Cheers

Summarizing an incident involving a business owner mowing a lawn and causing damage.
To summarize the incident, the owner of this business was mowing the lawn at the house across the street from mine. On April 7, at approximately 10:00 AM, the lawnmower kicked up an object, likely a rock, which hit the side of my house near the front door frame. I saw this occur and had I been closer, it could have hit me. I alerted the owner, who initially filed an insurance claim. However, his insurer denied the claim and he is now refusing to take responsibility for the damage.

We hired a general contractor on 2/4 for a kitchen renovation set to begin on 3/8
We hired a general contractor on 2/4 for a kitchen renovation set to begin on 3/8. Payments were made on 2/4 and 2/25 for materials, which he claimed to have purchased from Superior Marble on 2/5. However, Superior Marble confirmed no such purchase was made. After demolishing our kitchen, he left it unusable. Following a dispute over workmanship and safety on 3/10, he left the site and only returned on 3/11 to retrieve his tools. His insurer, NEXT Insurance, refuses to cover the incomplete work, citing a policy that only covers completed work. This is in contrast to reports of NEXT covering unlicensed contractors. The contractor was unable to finish the project as he was not qualified to obtain the necessary plumbing permits.

Next Insurance's client contracted with me for a kitchen remodel
Next Insurance's client contracted with me for a complete kitchen remodel. The remodel included what was supposed to be custom wood cabinetry. However, when a cabinet door broke in my hand, it was clear that the cabinetry was standard, not custom, and several cabinet fronts were uneven. Additionally, there was an issue with a hole left in the newly installed HVAC system. My claim with Next Insurance has been filed, but their compensation for the cabinet door repair and leveling seems insufficient, as it's unclear if the fronts can be realigned due to their standard nature. Next has not acknowledged the inferior quality provided by their client. As the home is being prepared for retirement living and is not currently occupied full-time, I am worried about the craftsmanship's durability for everyday use. The condominium association mandates liability insurance certificates, which should cover a certain products limit. I am seeking advice on how to proceed.

I had commercial insurance with Next Insurance my car was down so I rented a car for business while driving the rental I had a car hit me and run. This lead to Next Insurance informing me that I wasn't covered by the insurance that I've had with them for a few years. This wasn't the first claim I had with the next insurance I had a previous claim for my vehicle that I rented and I have emails to prove that they were paying for my previous rental. They were paying for the flat tire but when I have a more serious occurrence they want to say they don't pay for rentals. This should have been told to me prior to the first occurrence but no email from the claims adjuster stated this from the tire on that rental car. The accident was the denial and that's not right I was informed once when I went out of town in my rental that my vehicle was covered by my insurance this is why I never purchased the car rentals insurance this has caused me to have a business relationship to no longer be present with sixth car rental where I had my business account. I've reached out to several people in regards to this matter I haven't but will seek legal advice because the end result is my license is suspended and I have a career that requires me to have a license.

We hired a tree-feller to remove a couple of trees in our yard of approximately 80 feet in height
We hired a tree-feller to remove a couple of trees in our yard of approximately 80 feet in height. He told us he was insured with this company. The job went terribly wrong and the top of the tree landed on top of our house, severely damaging our roof and some of the inside of our home. When we made the claim against the insured to Next Insurance, we were denied on the fact that there was an exemption in the policy that he was not to cut something higher than 30 feet. This is the issue. We live in a forested area where most of the trees are at least 70+ feet tall. The insured was not aware of this exemption. It is our feeling that the insurance company was negligent in selling him a policy which was did not apply to his line of work. In the intake interview, they should have learned more about the nature of his work to provide him with proper coverage. They should have made him aware of this exemption, which basically rendered his coverage useless in this area. They collected premiums from the insured, but had no intention of paying out on this claim, claiming it was not covered. Why would they sell him a 2 million dollar policy which is basically useless in this line of work? So far we have incurred over $*** in costs and have not finished paying for all repairs yet. This has been a severe financial hardship for my husband and me. We hold the Next Insurance Company responsible for denying this claim.

I am very disappointed with Next insurance
I am very disappointed with Next insurance. We both have a mutual party involved with the claim by the name of *** in which it has been processed going on 3 months. Next insurance was provided with documentations such two contracts signed by the contractor, text messages, anything that showed that *** did not do the job correctly. Once the adjuster reached out to me back in December, I was told that they were waiting for the Insured to contact them back in order for them to try to follow suit with the claim. The adjuster also stated that the insured party had 30 days to respond and if they did not, they will follow through with my claim. Due to the lack of the insured (***) not responding back, The adjuster called me stating that they would have to close the claim. I need answers! because when I did my claim, I was originally told that they would go head and investigate the claim regardless if the insured did not return their calls within 30 days. Once I got the last call from the adjuster stated he would have to close it out because they could not get ahold of the insured. I am out of *** due to their insured. The fact that I have proof on what happen, Next insurance should still follow through with my claim and stop going back on their word. Needless to say, when my claim was made I was giving one adjuster who was helping me and providing answer then all of a sudden I was given another adjuster. Something is not adding up and I need answers. Claim # *** Insured: *** Claim Number: *** Claimant(s): *** Date of Loss: October 15

On Feb. 5th 2022 we hired a contractor to do some work on our land
On Feb. 5th 2022 we hired a contractor to do some work on our land. We have two lots. Our main lot for our mobile home is the middle one (lot number 2). The left side is an extra lot we intended to sell (lot number 1), and the right side is our neighbor's. We contracted the worker to clear trees on the border of the first lot to prevent any from falling on our house, and he was to clear the entire first lot. We also wanted him to outline a plot for our house, septic, and driveway on the first lot and to burn the brush. The total cost was agreed upon, and we paid a portion upfront. On Monday, Feb. 14th 2022, our state septic inspector discovered damage. The contractor had excavated a 12 ft trench and piled dirt about 4ft high on our property. He extended this trench into the first lot, which we had planned to sell. The contractor later retrieved his equipment at night and ceased communication. He left unremoved trees, roots, and the burn pile, and disrupted the soil to the extent that we must now merge both lots for our house to be compliant. We've lost the lot we intended to sell. Our insurance won't cover the loss, citing the contract specified clearing trees on the second lot, not the first. The contract clearly stated the address for the work, which differs from the extra lot's address. While our neighbor's damage was covered by insurance, ours on the first lot was not.

My original claims adjuster was unresponsive and gave inaccurate information
My original claims adjuster was unresponsive and gave inaccurate information. After several weeks of trying to get *** to return my calls or emails, I had to threaten to file a complaint. She finally called. At that time I was told that the roof is not covered even if it was from the storm, I later learned that my roof was covered if it was due to storms. I provided an inspection report, to show my roof did not have any issues. I was told she would look into it and she never got back to me about the roof or the other estimates for the supplemental damage. I sent two estimates for the roof. I did not hear from *** in over a month. Then I was assigned to *** 2-5-22. I outlined in detail what happened with *** and I was told she would handle it. After a month I was assigned to *** (3rd claims adjuster) *** advised that my roof was a separate claim. I filed the NEW claim with ***. During this process, I was told that *** was assigned both of my claims., offered a settlement of $***, which would include the two estimates given, and I would not sue for loss of income, so we could close this case. I got a letter confirming the settlement amount. *** then advised I had to fill out a waiver, I then asked *** was the settlement for the additional damage that I submitted and I was told yes. I got the waiver, it also stated a settlement of $***. Once I signed the contract, *** issued the payment but the payment was only for appro. $***. When I asked, he stated he deducted my previous payments. I advised I would never agree to that which would include my lost wages. He then asked me to send the lost wages. I filled a complaint with management as I was tricked and lied to sign that contract. I was told that I would not be able to even get my lost wages because they closed my case. The manager overseeing the complaint is *** the first claims adjuster and the complaint included her, which is a conflict.

Next Insurance will not renew my insurance due to 3 claims on my file from 2020
Next Insurance will not renew my insurance due to 3 claims on my file from 2020. In August I contacted next insurance to see if I had coverage on my policy for 3 project. I did not know if I had coverage so I simply called. They acted like I could have coverage so they started the claims process leading me to think I had coverage. After about a 5 min call the adjuster assigned to the 3 claims said I had no coverage. The problem is they choose to lead their customer on and end up filing claims that hurt the business. These claims were closed and no time or money was invested in the claims on Next Insurance as a company. I spent more time speaking to them on the phone trying to get my policy renewed for the next year. They have chosen to not renew my company due to an internal policy of 3 claims. Keep in mind these guys are a tech company and not a single person in this company can override the program that has been designed. I guess if you have hundreds of millions of dollars you can buy your way into the insurance biz in every state. After multiple phone calls and complaints they continued to pass *** buck to person to person and even the adjuster's manager did not even want to speak with me. I asked to speak to customer service supervisors and they were conveniently not available, I asked to speak with department heads and managers and they don't even speak with customers that pay their salaries. So after many phone calls they want to shut the door on their customers and deny insurance coverage. I asked for names, ID's and last names so I could properly file a complaint with my state commissioner and the service managers has a name but would not give me last name or customer id. I was not invited to the "team leadership camping" trip so I have no idea of policies and procedures only the people that work for this company does and they should advise properly before a claim is set up. In the end I am left empty handed having to insure my company in 30 days and sometimes that's not an easy task especially when a company like Next files useless claims agains my company. This company and its service is worthless and the people that work for them may have their insurance license but no nothing about interaction with human beings in the end. They let the computer do all the work and hide behind a screen all day and choose not to interact with the customer.
