Norma Kamali I sent back a thing to Norma Kamali Inc

I sent back a thing to Norma Kamali Inc. on September 15 using their return label. They said they'd give me my money back in *** business days after getting it, but I still haven't got it. I emailed them three times, but they only answered the first one. Some guy named *** said I'd get my refund in 10 business days from the 15th. But they haven't answered my other emails and it's been 25 days since they got the thing. Give me my money back, please.
