I have an electronic wheelchair through New Motion and today July 22nd a technician was supposed to come see me to do some repairs on my chair when it comes to the armrest and I got to call this morning from someone saying that the technician called in it won't be here and a new appointment was made for me on Friday but the issue is that I made this appointment a month ago and it is really a shame that they don't have anybody else that could have come to see me today to get the job done. I've had other problems with this company when first getting the chair and since I've already put a complaint in about it I won't get into the details of that but I am very disappointed with this company and it's just really sad what I had to go through as far as the whole entire process dealing with this wheelchair and not one CEO or owner of this company has contacted me about my initial complaint I sent in a while back when I did the new motion review.

You’re dealing with a lot of frustration here. You made your appointment, waited patiently for a month, and now they cancel on you last minute. That's unacceptable. You’re depending on that wheelchair for your mobility and your independence, and they’re treating it like it’s no big deal. That’s disrespectful, plain and simple.
The lack of response from the higher-ups? That’s even worse. Shows you how out of touch they are with their own business. They need to understand that their customers aren’t just numbers – they’re people with real needs. You need to make your voice heard. Call them out, publicly if you have to. Make them understand that you won’t be brushed aside.
Keep pushing until you get the attention you deserve. They owe you proper service and respect, and you’re not asking for anything unreasonable. Keep fighting for your rights, and don’t back down until they make it right. Stay strong and don’t let them walk all over you.
