I am very disappointed and having a terrible experience for after sales service of your sales rep Kong Swee Thin.
I appointed the sales rep. help me to tender a car plate JVV 7399 registered under my company and succeed by end of last year. However, recently my company going to buy a vehicle and try to register the jpj ebid to tender a car plate, but failed. Only i realise previously they are using my company registered number to register jpj ebid and tender the car plate for me previously without my permission and authorisation, and never provide me any email address & password.
Fine, i just request the sales rep. assist to provide me the email and password that he use to register jpj ebid after i found this issue. But your sales rep is irresponsible and just send me a contact and ask me deal with the runner directly! Its make me really really disappointed and angry. And he also saying i am threatening him on his irresponsible behaviour. He is no showing aggressive to solve this problem which lead by him.
I just want to settle the problem by most simple way and not going to make any complain and blame any person. But i am REALLY REALLY disappointed, angry, unsatisfied, and feel regret to bought my vehicle with NZ wheels after i got this kind of respond and services.
We are not the first time to purchase your vehicle. I like mercedes. But really hate this kind of service. Make me feel like mercedes user is like an idiot.
