I want to donate at the walzem location in San Antonio Texas
I donate usually twice a week
And when I went on Saturday a heavy set Hispanic lady boasted to me that she had been doing this for 40 years I let her know there's only one arm that they can use and usually there's only two people that usually stick me
She then proceeded to shove fast and hard the needle in my arm and then when she didn't get it she proceeded to go deeper
Therefore infiltrating my vein and then I was towed to come back on Sunday
Now I am being told that I cannot come back until Wednesday
And the lady that's initially stuck me did not come over to even finish helping when there was blood everywhere
There were several donors in that location that day that said we saw who stuck you and she does the same thing all the time
There's obviously a problem with this particular phlebotomist if donors are speaking of her methods in the clinic
And now I'm being held accountable because of her mistake
I will be going to donate at another plasma location I will no longer be going back to octapharma plasma
This was the most unprofessional thing that I haven't seen in a very long time
And then to be told that I was given the wrong information on when to come back
Claimed loss: I loss a lot of blood and the fee that I usually receive
Desired outcome: Some feedback on if there was any action taken
