I recently made a purchase on ojcommerce.com for a Bissell Deep and Clean product that I found on Walmart's website. I was excited to receive my purchase, but unfortunately, my experience with OJCommerce was less than satisfactory.
I made my purchase on May 1, 2020, for over $32.00. However, the very next day, I noticed that the price had dropped to $17.00. I was disappointed that I had missed out on the lower price, but I was even more frustrated when I realized that my order had not processed. It took a whopping 13 days for my order to finally process and ship, and during that entire time, the price for the same product remained at $17.00.
I was never contacted by OJCommerce about the price difference, nor was I refunded the difference. I found this lack of communication and customer service to be unacceptable.
When I attempted to return the product at my local Walmart, I was told that I would have to contact OJCommerce to make arrangements for returns since they were a third-party seller. I immediately contacted OJCommerce and received an email stating that I had 10 days to return the product, but I was responsible for the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, if the product was deemed damaged, I would have to pay at least a 50% restocking fee.
Feeling frustrated and confused, I checked Walmart's website for the product's return policy, which stated that I could return the product to the store. I decided to take it back to my local Walmart, but this time, they refused to take it due to the coronavirus. I asked to speak to the manager, who thankfully took my return and assured me that I would not have to pay any restocking fees.
Throughout this entire ordeal, I attempted to contact OJCommerce's customer service, but I received no response to my emails. When I tried to call them, I found out that their business offices are not open on weekends, and their hours during the week are only from 9-5, which was very inconvenient for me.
Overall, my experience with OJCommerce was frustrating and disappointing. I will never buy from them again, and I plan to escalate this issue to Walmart's president. I hope that OJCommerce can improve their communication and customer service in the future to avoid similar situations.
Terrible Experience with OJ Commerce: Unusable Desk, Refusal to Refund, and Scam Artist Tactics on Amazon
I recently purchased a desk from OJ Commerce through Amazon and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. When the desk arrived, it was in a beat-up box with large white labels covering up previous shipping destinations. As a result, the desk was crushed on one corner and was unusable as furniture in my home. To make matters worse, a packing receipt inside the box showed that it had been sent to a lady in Chicago previously who had returned it (likely paying a restocking fee).
When I submitted my complaints to OJ Commerce via Amazon's website, they refused to refund my money. They even ignored the customer service agents from Amazon and demanded pictures of the product, even though they knew it was not new. Amazon started an A to Z claim and also demanded pictures, which I sent to them. However, Amazon dropped my claim, claiming they did not receive the pictures. After proving that I had sent the pictures, I received an email from OJ Commerce stating that they were sending a replacement, even though I had repeatedly told them and Amazon that I wanted my money back.
When the second shipment arrived, I met the UPS driver and took pictures of the box, which also had holes in it. After several months, I finally received a partial refund from OJ Commerce, but they deducted a restocking fee because I denied the second shipment, which I never agreed to. Amazon eventually covered the balance of my initial purchase from this scam artist.
Overall, this was the worst shopping experience I have ever had, and Amazon is partly to blame for allowing these scam artists to sell on their website. As others have noted, many of the positive reviews for OJ Commerce on Amazon's website are fake. I would not recommend purchasing from this vendor.

After being put on hold three times for a total of 20 minutes, they finally agreed to send a truck to pick up the table on Wednesday of the same week. It is now Monday of the third week, and I had to email them again for a status update on my rocking chair. They told me that they received the table back in their warehouse and would let me know within 48 hours the status of my rocking chair. It's frustrating that it's been almost two weeks since I didn't receive my chair, and they are telling me it's going to be another two days until they give me any details.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with OJCommerce. If I see their name as the fulfillment agency in the future, I will purchase a different item. I advise others to do the same.
Buyer Beware: OJCommerce Uses Walmart to Lure Customers In, But Returns Are a Nightmare
So, I was browsing Walmart.com and stumbled upon OJCommerce. At first, I thought I was ordering through Walmart, but it turns out they just use Walmart to lure customers in. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size barstools, but I thought it wouldn't be a problem to return them and get the right size. The next day, I received an email from OJCommerce giving me an RA number and telling me that the return shipping was up to me and to use my carrier. I didn't have a carrier, so I went online to buy a shipping label through UPS or FedEx. The cost? $62.00! That's more than half the cost of the item I spent $125.00 on. I called OJCommerce and asked if they could recommend a cheaper carrier or if I could use their carrier to get a label for a better price. But, they wouldn't do anything to help me. I was stuck with the product I didn't want because I wasn't going to spend that much money to send it back.
I was so upset and felt sick for wasting so much money. I couldn't believe that Walmart would let this company use their name and then treat their customers like this. I've never had an issue returning things at the store. So, I reached out to Walmart customer service and they didn't like what I was telling them. The representative said she would have been very upset as well if she bought something and it was a mistake or the wrong item. She made everything right by giving me a refund and said they were going to escalate this claim and look into the policies of OJCommerce.
The moral of the story is, if you order from OJCommerce, make sure it's exactly what you want and that you have made no mistakes on your measurements or colors. Because if you have to send it back on your own, it won't be worth it and you'll be stuck with it. They know that. Hayneedle sells the same kind of merchandise through Walmart and they allow you to return it to the store if you need to. This company, OJCommerce, is not a good company to deal with. I recently purchased a Sleeper Couch from them, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. Firstly, the item was on back order, but I was not informed about it. I had to call their customer service after a month of not receiving any communication from them. They told me that the item was on back order and that I would receive an email when it shipped. However, I never received that email. I received the two-piece sofa on two separate days, a week apart, with no notification.
When I finally put the sofa together, I realized that the instructions were worse than IKEA instructions. Luckily, I was able to figure it out without the instructions. However, the seating area and chase were too small for me. I am only 5'5'', and my feet were hanging over the edge uncomfortably. The back was also not high enough to sit comfortably. It was like the furniture was made for kids! I tried to contact their customer service again, but it took me three days, two messages, and two emails to finally get a representative. The representative was rude and unhelpful when discussing the return of my item and the fact that I never got any response previously or confirmation emails.
Their return policy is also terrible. Not only do they take a 20-50% restocking fee out of your refund, but the customer is responsible for the shipping. In my case, to ship two 100 lb. boxes back to them, it was going to cost me $280 a box. That is a total of $560 dollars to return a couch that cost me $465. Not to mention, they were going to take at least 20% off the refund. It was not worth it.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and their return policy is a joke. They are out to screw people over and keep their money even when they do allow you to return the item. It was a disappointing experience, and I would give them zero stars if I could.

This was not true, and I believe they did this to circumvent Walmart's Code of Conduct with respect to sales through their website.
Walmart clearly states that sales cannot be cancelled once placed, and if a customer wishes to do so, they must return the item after receiving it. I checked the status of the payments/credits to my credit card and noticed that the payments were sent to Walmart by the credit card company, but no credits had been issued. In the emails received from Walmart, it states that up to TWO billing cycles may pass before the credit shows up. So, who exactly is holding onto these funds that we are without?
I plan on following up on this issue with Walmart Customer Service, the FL Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General Offices of FL & MN (Consumer Affairs & Fraud Division), Interstate Commerce Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission (internet use to scam), SEC (if publicly traded company), FL Dept of State (business licensing). I hope that this issue can be resolved quickly and that OJCommerce takes responsibility for their actions.
Frustrating Experience with OJCommerce: Wrong Item Shipped Twice, Poor Customer Service, and Difficulty Obtaining Refund
So, I recently had an experience with OJCommerce that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a lamp from Walmart.com, but when it arrived, it was the wrong lamp. I reached out to OJCommerce to let them know about the mistake and requested that they send me the correct lamp and pick up the one they had sent me in error.
They asked me to take photos of the lamp they had sent me, along with pictures of the packing, barcodes, and box. I did as they asked and UPS picked up the lamp. A replacement was mailed to me, but to my surprise, it was the wrong lamp again! I was starting to get really annoyed at this point.
I sent them a very detailed email with a picture of the lamp I had ordered, along with pictures of the second lamp, packing, labels, and box. They responded by asking me to send pictures of the replacement lamp with packing barcodes and box, etc. I thought our emails had been crossed, so I sent the pictures again. This time, no one replied and no one picked up the box.
I emailed them again, asking them to send me the lamp I had ordered. They replied that they were investigating the situation and would let me know what they discovered. A week or so later, they asked me to send them the measurements of the lamp I had received. I explained that the lamp I had received was the same as the first one that had been returned and that it did not come assembled, so I could not give them an accurate measurement without reopening the box and assembling the item, measuring it, then disassembling it and repacking it.
A few days later, I received an email saying that they were unable to view the second set of pictures I had sent them (which was actually the third) and requested that I resend them again. I was starting to lose my patience at this point. I had to reopen the box, take pictures again of the item packing, labels, and box of a lamp that I did not order. I did as they asked, taking new pictures and saving them under alternate photo files to ensure their ability to open and view them. They again responded that they were investigating.
Days later, I received an email from OJCommerce requesting the measurements of the second duplicate item they had sent me in error! I was so frustrated at this point that I responded with "I'm done! Refund my money!" They responded by saying that I must provide additional information in order for them to process my refund. I clicked on the button to view this additional information they required, but it opened a page of overlapping, scrambled letters that was not legible. I copied the link that they directed me to use if the button didn't work, but when I plugged in that link, it brought me back to the same page that said "click here for additional information."
I've submitted a request for a resolution on their Customer Service Form page, but I'm not holding my breath. My husband is an attorney and said that based on the emails, it sounds like I've been scammed. If I don't receive a satisfactory resolution from this company soon, my husband will utilize proper legal channels and file a formal complaint against OJCommerce on my behalf. I hope that no one else has to go through what I did with this company.

Me and my hubby recently moved to a new place and we were in dire need of furniture. We had nothing but two camper chairs, a small stool, and our bed in our bedroom. So, we decided to start with a couch as it was our top priority. We were looking for an affordable couch that would be perfect for our small space and could easily be turned into a bed with a storage chaise. We found the sleeper couch we wanted at Ashley's Furniture store, but the chaise was on the wrong side of what we needed.
We tried to go for it, but the total cost was going to be $936, which was too much for us as we couldn't finance it. So, we left empty-handed and planned to go back for it in a few weeks. However, I started searching online for the couch we wanted, and that's when I stumbled upon Oj Commerce. To my surprise, they had the same couch we saw at Ashley's but in different colors and materials. The best part was that they had the sectional storage chaise part reversible. I chose the gray one to match our apartment and picked the one that looked like it had the material I would want for a couch.
The price was a lot lower than Ashley's, which left me in shock! I got my couch for less than half the price compared to Ashley's and other stores.
However, I was hesitant to make the purchase as I saw a lot of bad reviews. So, I called their customer service to ask questions and ease my doubts. They were very friendly and patient and let me know when the couch would be back in stock and when I could expect it. The couch was very easy to put together, and I did it all by myself. I spend more time on this couch doing my homework, relaxing, and resting than in my own bed. When you first sit on it, it feels hard, weird, and not very comfy. But, just break it in! I mainly sit on the sectional side, so when my husband came home, I got up for him to sit on my side to show him what I meant, and he felt the difference right away! Once broken in, it's very comfy! We have even slept on it rather than on our bed on movie nights! My husband is 6'0, and I'm 5'4. His legs hang off a bit on the sectional part, but the fact that we can turn it into a bed easily, it's not a problem, and he gets so comfy laying down on it in any way. My brother-in-law saw it for the first time yesterday, and he can't wait to sleepover on it!
The only complaint I have is the space between the sectional and the part that comes up as a bed. But, it's not a big deal as there are so many easy hacks to close that space.
I definitely recommend this company! They are friendly, efficient, and sell their items at an affordable price compared to others! I will be buying from them again!

This is unacceptable, especially considering the poor quality of their furniture that easily gets crushed during shipping transit.
To make matters worse, OJ Commerce expected me to pay $500 in shipping costs to return $581 worth of damaged items. This is outrageous and shows how little they care about their customers. I took to social media to share my experience and found that many other customers had similar issues with OJ Commerce. They do not honor their commitments and are not accountable for their mistakes.
I am grateful to Wal-Mart for taking good care of me and making sure I received a full refund. However, OJ Commerce should not be allowed to have a presence on the Wal-Mart platform. Their return policy is misleading and unfair, and they do not deserve to be in business. I hope that Wal-Mart will permanently revoke their seller privileges and remove them from their platform.

I must say, I had a terrible experience with OJCommerce. I ordered the Naomi Home Brisbane Glider for my baby on the way, which cost me $140. When I put it together, my husband who is 6'0 and 185lbs, couldn't fit in the chair. It was too narrow for him to sit in and his head was about 5 inches too tall. We found it amusing and decided to return it. But, little did we know that this would be the start of a NIGHTMARE.
We contacted the company, and after a week, we received a response that we could return the product. However, we were informed that we would have to pay for the return shipping, which ultimately cost us $117.00. On top of that, we were charged a 20% restocking fee, and we wouldn't be reimbursed for the previous shipping or taxes. In other words, to return the product, we had to pay an ADDITIONAL $117.00, and we wouldn't be reimbursed the full amount.
I did some research and found out that this company is NOT Naomi Home Products, but a 3rd party called OJ Commerce. It's a company that scams people out of their money. After many emails and a day on the phone, Amazon came to the rescue and helped reimburse us for the return shipping costs. I order a lot from Amazon Prime, and I have to say this is the WORST experience I have ever had with a 3rd party company. PLEASE, save yourself time and money and DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!

But instead of trying to make things right, they accused me of changing my mind too much and said they weren't going to do anything about it. It was a frustrating experience, and it left me feeling like OJ Commerce doesn't really care about its customers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

I asked for clarification on this fee, as well as any other charges that might apply. I also requested that if any damage was found or claimed by OJ Commerce, I would receive a full refund (minus the restocking fee) since I didn't want to be blamed for any preexisting damage. However, OJ Commerce simply stopped responding to my messages at this point.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with OJ Commerce. They were unresponsive to my questions before I made my purchase, and they were unwilling to offer a refund when the product arrived damaged. Their insistence on a restocking fee and their lack of communication only added to my frustration. I would not recommend OJ Commerce to anyone, and I will not be doing business with them again in the future.
Disappointing Purchase: OJCommerce Futon Review
I recently bought a futon from OJCommerce and I was pretty disappointed with my purchase. First of all, the color was completely wrong - I ordered grey and got brown instead. But that wasn't even the worst part. The futon was also defective and wouldn't lay flat like it was supposed to. The arms wouldn't even fold down properly!
When I tried to return the futon, they asked me to send a picture of it. I don't really understand how a picture would prove that it was defective, but I sent one anyway. Then they hit me with a bunch of conditions for the return. Apparently, I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee, even though the item was clearly defective. And if I had assembled it at all, I wouldn't be able to return it.
I mean, how else was I supposed to know it was broken if I didn't assemble it? It's not like I could tell just by looking at the box. It's pretty frustrating that they're trying to make it seem like it's my fault that the futon was defective.
To make matters worse, the materials used to make the futon were really cheap and the couch was stiff and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price I paid for it. I feel like I got scammed, to be honest.
Overall, I would not recommend buying from OJCommerce. The return policy is ridiculous and the quality of the products is subpar. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
Unreasonable Return Policy and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with OJCommerce
I recently had an experience with OJCommerce that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a platform bed frame from them through another website, but when the box arrived, it was damaged from shipping. Despite the damage, my partner and I attempted to put the bed together, but we quickly ran into a number of issues.
Firstly, the legs didn't fit flush to the frame, leaving a 1/4 inch gap on all of them. This meant that we couldn't secure the legs tightly, which caused the bed to "bow" out once we put the mattress on it. Secondly, the middle support bar couldn't be secured because the screws weren't long enough, and the legs were 2 inches shorter than the rest of the bed. This caused the bed to cave in the middle once the mattress was on it, which only added to the legs bowing out.
After realizing that the bed couldn't hold a person, we took it apart and packed it up using excessive packing tape and duct tape because the box was so damaged. We then contacted OJCommerce to initiate a return, but we were shocked to learn that we would have to pay to ship it back (even though it was shipped to us for free) and we would be charged a 50% restocking fee because we attempted to assemble it. This was frustrating, especially considering that the box weighed 65lbs and return shipping was going to cost as much as the bed itself.
To make matters worse, OJCommerce then told us that we needed to reopen the box and assemble the bed again, and send them pictures of the issues. This was simply not possible, as we had already packed it up and it was sitting in my SUV because it was too heavy to carry upstairs to my 3rd floor apartment again.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from OJCommerce. They were unhelpful and unwilling to work with us to resolve the issue, and their return policy was unreasonable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase furniture online.
Terrible Experience with Company - Incorrect Delivery and Refusal to Help
This company is not good at all! I had a terrible experience with them and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing. I bought a $700 "PRINCESS DOLL HOUSE BUNK BED" bedroom set for my daughter, but they sent me the wrong tracking number and delivered it to California instead of Texas. When I finally got my bedroom set, it was completely different from what I ordered. It was a boys "RANCH" standard wood bunk bed. I tried to call them immediately, but they were closed until Monday and it was Friday. When I finally got through to someone, they wouldn't give me straight answers and refused to provide me with a direct number or voicemail to speak to a manager. I've sent emails and left messages, but a manager refuses to contact me back. I've asked for return labels, but they keep saying that it's a 24 to 48 hour process to submit those kinds of requests. Now they're saying that the listing I bought my little girl's bed from was "LISTED IN ERROR" and if I still want that bedroom set, I have to pay an extra $435.00 dollars! This company is terrible! Don't waste your time with them because no matter how bad you want to speak to someone in charge, it won't happen!
OJcommerce Review: Kodiak Futon and Frame - A Painful Disappointment
I gotta say, OJcommerce is a real disappointment. I was on the hunt for a futon and stumbled upon the Kodiak futon and frame on Amazon. It had over 90 five-star reviews, so I thought it was a safe bet. Boy, was I wrong. I shelled out $557 for the futon and another $150 for a professional carpenter to put it together because some folks said it took them four hours to assemble.
The first night I slept on it, I woke up in tears from the pain. I couldn't believe it. I'm a young woman with no history of back pain, but this futon was killing me. I thought maybe it was a fluke, so I gave it another shot. Nope, same excruciating pain. I even tried adding a $200 mattress topper, but that didn't help either. The coils in the mattress dug into my body, and the frame only had support in the middle, causing the sides of the mattress to sag. The design was all wrong.
After five days of agony, I decided to return it. But when I reached out to Amazon, I got an email from OJCOMMERCE saying they don't accept returns for assembled pieces. How am I supposed to know if the futon is any good without assembling it? And now I'm out $350 on top of the initial cost of the futon.

Later that day, I called to confirm my order and was told that it would ship by no later than Thursday. Thursday came and went, and I didn't receive a shipping notification, so I called again on Friday. This time, I was told that my order needed approval from the manager because they couldn't find a shipping service. They asked for my phone number and said they would call me back. I never received a callback, so I kept calling them. It was really frustrating because it seemed like a small company and they didn't always answer the phone.
Since I couldn't get a hold of them, I decided to try emailing them. Unfortunately, no one ever replied back. Hours later, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I tried calling them again, but this time from my husband's phone, and they answered right away! It was clear that they had blocked my number.
The customer service was really rude and unprofessional. They claim to offer "free shipping," but I'm starting to think that if they can't get a good deal on shipping, they will cancel the order, which is what they did to me! Nightstands and chest of drawers
On 7/24/2020 I ordered 2 nitestands under order #88281765 also chest of drawers under #88281763. Delivery was scheduled for 7/30/2020. Only 1 nitestand was delivered. The chest of drawers was delivered with damage to box and chest itself. On7/31/2020 I called listed customer service number 954-519-2555. Automated phone service placed me on hold for over 1 hour. I tried 4 different departments with no better results. I also e mailed company to report problems without a reply.

angel line 5 piece dining set
The circular band fastened to the underneath side of the table top is broken in two ways. I am worried that it may make the table structurally unsound. I am attaching photos. The piece placed on the outside of the band where two pieces meet is cracked from top to bottom and all the way through. The wedge piece connecting table top and the circular band under the table top has the side broken off exposing the screws. The piece that was broken off is in the third picture. The whole table top/w underneath band probably needs to be replaced.
item price misprint
Bought a twin bed w/trundlefor $80. Seen another on Ebay for $128 so I knew the price seemed cheap so I e-mailed company and asked if there was a mis-print. The guy from OJCommerce said price was right and order if I wanted to. 5 days later get a message from Ebay saying order was cancelled and their putting money back on my credit card. Price was a misprint and OJCOmmerce could care less. Very unprofessional company. Called and spoke to a rep from the company who was like too bad for you attitude. Don't waste your time with this joke of a company.

I ordered lamps from this company through Amazon. They were delivered on 8/15/18. On 9/3/2018 I notified them I needed to return them. I was given a return authorization # on 9/5/2018. followed all the return instructions exactly, and the lamps were confirmed returned by UPS on 9/11/2018m well withing the 30 day window. I still have not received a refund, and no one is returning my e-mails. Also, it is impossible to get someone on the phone at this company. Every number and extension goes straight to voice mail. Amazon can't help because the 30 day window for them to help has now passed. Still waiting to hear from OJ Commerce. ...
cancellation policy
I placed an order on 8/11/2018 through Amazon for a crib mattress and approximately 2hrs later I requested to cancel the order. I got a notice on Amazon that they were attempting to submit the cancellation and that an email would be sent when completed.
Today (8/13/2018), I got an alert from Amazon that the order for the crib mattress was shipped out and they gave a FedEx tracking number. I immediately called Amazon's customer service who informed me that they received my cancellation request but the note from the seller OJ Commerce indicated that it could not be cancelled. Really? After 2hrs of placing my order which was still in a "pending" state? The rep from Amazon was very friendly and helpful and asked me to hold on the line while she connected with the merchant. When she came back on the phone, she informed me that she had a rep from OJ Commerce on the line to assist me. The rep then proceeded to advise me that as per their policy, she could not cancel the order and that they never received my request to cancel the order so the mattress was shipped out and would arrive on 8/16/2018. I asked her how come they could receive my order so quickly but give me such a hassle to cancel after 2hrs of placing the order. She answered with "I understand that you are frustrated but that is only because I am telling you things you do not want to hear." Was I hearing her correct?
I requested to speak to someone above her - a Manager or Supervisor - to which she quickly agreed and placed me on hold for 2-3 minutes. She came back on the line and told me that she was transferring me and I was connected to a woman who did not introduce herself at all. She was blunt and said "OJ Commerce, can I help you?" I asked her if she was a Manager/Supervisor and she replied in a rough tone with "May I help you?" I repeated my question, explaining that I requested a Manager/Supervisor since the rep who transferred me was rude to me. She negated to acknowledge that the rep was rude but instead said that she answered me the first time and what was it exactly I needed.
I went over my entire scenario with this self-identified person in authority only to be told that as per their policy, the order was already processed and they never received my cancellation request. Also, they do not work on Saturdays so if I requested to cancel the order, I need to discuss that with Amazon since I placed the order through them. She also said that any refunds to be granted would come from Amazon. Luckily, the Amazon rep was standing by and hearing all of the atrocities being meted out to me by the rep and now the person in authority. She intervened and advised the rep from OJ Commerce that Amazon would not be able to give a refund once the merchant receives and fulfills the order; only items fulfilled by Amazon can be refunded by Amazon.
The person of authority from OJ Commerce then started arguing with the Amazon rep saying that she explained the policy to me already and there is not going to be a different answer no matter whom I spoke to at OJ Commerce. She then addressed me, saying that I can refuse the item when it gets delivered but then I would be responsible for return shipping AND a 20% restocking fee.
The 2 reps at OJ Commerce were extremely rude and outright inconsiderate, hiding behind a disgusting policy that should be waived, given the circumstance.
My order was placed and cancelled within 2hrs on a Saturday. They were able to accept my order on the Saturday but not accept my cancellation on that very Saturday? That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of.
So now, this company expects me to pay for an item I did not want, refuse it and return it to their warehouse, pay for returning the item, pay for restocking the item and all the monies paid to end up without an item in the end.
This was not even Amazon's fault and the rep offered to contact FedEx on my behalf and intercept the package. OJ Commerce refused to contact their logistics team even though the item was not shipped out.

We purchased a Square Table Set With 4 Ladder Back Metal Chairs, item # HDBF1013-GG and were promised that the set would be shipped within one or two business days.
In fact, we waited for more than 3 weeks before they eventually shipped the order. Needless to say, there was no reason for this. Even customer service said it to us.
But the worst thing is that the delivery took forever.
So we got our table set 6 weeks later. I am extremely disappointed...
Oj commerce refused to honor sale, cancelled order and lied to walmart about the circumstances.
We had the same experience that Trina470, Bradley Smith, Eric and Ebony had with OJ Commerce on the Walmart website.
Just before leaving home to take advantage of a local retailer's (Best Buy) pricing on new televisions (we need 3), I decided to check Walmart's pricing when I found a great price on a similar set.
I ordered 2 and paid for them with a credit card. When I tried to order a 3rd, the order was cancelled due to "Out of Stock, This item no longer Available". Well I was disappointed, but, decided not to go to Best Buy since I already bought 2. I had to feed my child so I ended my online shopping at that time.
About an hour later, I again was online to find a 3rd TV to purchase when what should I find but the same TV on sale again! OMG I thought, it was not a typo, they are selling at this price so I ordered a 3rd and paid for it with a credit card again!
To make a long story short, sometime overnight, I received multiple emails from OJ Commerce:

What compounded this issue and added fuel to the fire was that they then lied to Walmart by informing Walmart the order was cancelled due to: "CustomerChangedMind".
A series of emails received from Walmart indicate the TVs were shipped and then that the orders were cancelled due to "CustomerChangedMind". I am guessing that OJ Commerce lied to Walmart in order to circumvent Walmart's Code of Conduct with respect to sales through their website.
Walmart clearly states that sales cannot be cancelled once placed, and, if a customer wishes to do so they must return the item after receiving it.
I checked the status of the payments/credits to my credit card and note that the payment were sent to Walmart by the credit card company and no credits have been issued. In the emails received from Walmart, it states that up to TWO billing cycles may pass before the credit shows up?
So, who exactly is holding on this these funds that we are without?
We intend to follow up on this issue with Walmart Customer Service, the Better Business Bureau, FL & MN State Attorney General Office (Consumer Affairs & Fraud Division), Interstate Commerce Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission (internet use in fraud).
Nightmare!
I've purchased a sofa from this company OJCommerce via Amazon. They took my money very fast and promised my order will get shipped within two days. But when I checked on my order two days later it was still not shipped! I contacted customer service to ask if everything was fine and they assured me it was.
Weeks passed and there was no sign of my order and even now I have no idea where it is and what happened to it. I never received my sofa and these scammers stopped replying to my messages!
