I second the review left by Courtney *. I placed an order over six weeks ago, still haven't received all of the order, and no one has responded to my several emails asking for an update. The product I received so far is actually pretty good but I would never order again from them given this terrible customer service.

I ordered on April 17 for $90. I paid via AfterPay and had completed most of the payments for the order, all deducted from my account.
My order "shipped" on May 8. I am VERY skeptical that it was actually sent to be delivered at this time. I think the company printed out a label to ship to me at this time, but held onto my items. No status updates, I am checking DAILY.
Around May 12 (would check exact date) I look and it says that its "Pending" and that the shipping carrier has now changed to USPS. No additional information was given after this. I interpret this as Olive & June buying more time, because they STILL had not shipped my order.
On May 18 I emailed the company, explaining that it had been a full month, and that I really wanted my product. On May 21 the company responded and said "Lucky you! its out for delivery today!" and lo and behold, I checked my order status and it said "Out for delivery" arriving today!
Around 7pm, I still had not received anything, and the order update was still "arriving today!"
I emailed the company and said you know what, never mind. Refund me.
They IMMEDIATELY refunded me, within seconds, and then the order immediately changed to "Not being delivered."
I am 100% positive that this company NEVER shipped my items. They were appeasing me today because they thought it would buy them time. They were controlling the order updates and delivery status.
They use influencers to make you think they are a reliable company, but they will never send the product. This is fraud.

I received a follow-up e-mail on 11/28 stating that they are having supply chain delays, especially at LAX and that the order would ship next week. It is now 12/8 and I have not received any further details regarding this order. I have reached out to the company through DM on Instagram with no response. I am still seeing their promotional offers on Instagram and beyond, with numerous complaints in the comments about similar issues. It is unfortunate for a business to so much promotion without delivery of products.
I placed an order with Olive & June on 11/26 and was told the order would ship in 5-8 business days. I still do not have my order nor do I have any shipping information. I did email the company and commented on their Facebook page and finally got a response on 12/05 that my order would ship this week, but there is still NO shipping information and after reading comments from other customers, I fear I have been scammed. My order totaled $88.63 and the company obviously has my credit card information now as well. I would really like this resolved ASAP. I want either my order or a refund, or BOTH!

I ordered a press on nails kit on November 26, and received an order confirmation email (so I know I ordered it for sure). I never received a shipping email after that, and have emailed twice since then with no response to either email. I have checked my spam as well, and there is nothing. I spent around $60 on the kit, and would either like a refund or for it to be shipped out. Terrible customer service.

I received an automated reply that someone would contact me within 48 hours. When that time passed I went to the Instagram account of Olive and June and found dozens of other customers complaining about orders that never shipped and no response from the company. It was then I decided to file a complaint.

I emailed customer care, messaged them on Facebook and posted on their FB site. I have not received anything other than an automated email. I would like my money back. The company still continues to rapidly advertise and yet there are notices of supply chain issues or delayed shipping.

I got a confirmation email shortly after purchase and then received an email saying my order had shipped on Nov 26. The shipment tracking number has no information as of Dec 7 while their website says that the order has been fulfilled. The second order I placed on November 21st (order number Order OJ-XXXXXXX ). This order has not had any updates and still shows "Unfulfilled" on their website. I have emailed 3 times, direct messaged via instagram 3 times and messages via instagram post twice regarding an update about these orders as they were promised via their confirmation emails to be "processing in 3-4 business days" and subsequently shipped out by "Standard shipping (5 - 8 business days)". It has now been 11 business days since the first order and 9 since the second without any communication from the company. Considering that my credit card was immediately charged for my purchases, I expect much better customer service.

I placed an order 11/14. According to the company's website, orders process within 1-2 business days and had a typical delivery forecast of 5-8 business days. My card was immediately charged but my order was not confirmed for 6 business days, and only after two emails to their customer service team. I still have not received any insight about when my order might arrive but have been given the same supply chain issue reply. I get it. Times are tough. I attempted to contact the company through Instagram for clarification about shipping expectations and discovered multiple reports of the same lack of item availability issue and recurring instances of the company claiming to notify customers of such an issue during the order process. I have screen shots that confirm no such disclosure exists.

From the comments I read online, this company should not even be allowed to run business! I emailed them regarding the issue, but have received no response. Their website says they respond within 48 hours, but while I have gotten more spam emails from them encouraging me to order more, I have not received a response from customer service regarding my missing items. I ordered a kit with 6 polishes on November 19th. At the time of ordering their site said "ships in 3-5 business days". I waited a full week before inquiring about my order not shipping. It took a while for a response but they said they had supply chain issues specifically at the ***. I waited a few more weeks and on December 6th I sent the company a *** message since that's what they were telling people to do. They saw my message but did not respond. Instead the created a label for my order and acted as though it had shipped when it actually had not. Over a week later the tracking still says *** awaiting item. I was immediately charged $85.00 and sent an order confirmation (Order No. XXXXXX) and was informed processing times were a bit delayed (3-8 business days). On May 15 (10 business days after my order was place), I asked for status on my order. I received no response. On May 16 I again emailed customer service and received an automated response on May 17 that Olive and June was working on my order. I responded on May 18 and on May 19 Olive and June responded with a discount code for my next purchase. Additionally on May 18 I contacted the owner of the company in instagram. She forwarded me to a customer service representative who purported to take care of the shipping problem and it was insinuated my order who ship out May 21 or 22. It did not. I again contacted the customer service representative on May 26 and was informed they were working on it.

I received stating their was a slight delay and would be shipped by 11/5. I emailed them back stating I needed it delivered by 11/22 at the latest and stated if it can't be here by then I wanted a refund. I got an auto reply in return that customer care would be in touch soon. By 10/17 I hadn't heard back. I sent another email saying I wanted someone to contact me and guarantee shipping by 11/5. if not I want a refund and if I didn't here back they would be hearing from Visa. They replied repeating their was a slight delay and would ship by 11/5. I responded that they just repeated what they wrote before. I said I wanted a refund. They responded that day saying it would ship sooner than expected. Mentioning I could proceed with a cancellation. Not saying anything about a refund. So I thought it would be shipping sooner. On 11/5 I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. Contacted the again today on the 11/6 and again only an auto response.

Order was to process and then ship and the whole process was to take no more than 8 days, per the Olive & June website. After not receiving any updates for 8 days I contacted customer service and did their response was a vague version of "its being processed". A day or two later I get another email that basically says "sorry for the wait, your shipping is being expedited on us". So I think it's shipping soon and it'll be overnighted or even two day shipped, but nothing. So I give it another week with nothing. I reach out again, this time a little more ticked off. Their response was basically the same, it was being processed but this time in the same email that I'd get upgraded shipping. A couple days later I got a shipping notification, but it's been over a week and I still haven't received my order, so I guess they forgot to upgrade the shipping they told me they were upgrading. The whole time they stated they're short staffed due to covid, but maybe they should halt taking in new orders until they can fulfill the backstock of orders.

In mid October, I placed an order and after 11 days, my order never shipped & I could not get a response from *** so I requested a full refund. They did process the refund. On 11/6 I placed another order *** (the Mani system w/ 6 polishes & the dry drops, order total $77.22) & got a shipping confirmation on 11/9. My order went to a partner facility, *** & had daily tracking updates until 11/13, where my package has been stuck in *** ever since (today is 11/20, which is the delivery date i was told). My order is supposed to be delivered by ***, but they have not received it. When I reached out to Olive and June *** again, they just confirmed my delivery date (11/20 & sent me my tracking info again, which I already had). I am trying to find out where my package actually IS and feel that Olive and June is not forthcoming on their website about their chronic shipping/delivery issues, nor offer any discounts/incentives for packages that are lost. 15 days is a ridiculous amount of time for a package to go from *** to . I would like my order resent and shipping expedited (overnight or 2 day) at Olive and June's expense.

I really thought this would be somewhere I'd be making more purchases. My daughter loves doing her nails. Money back or product delivered asap, it's been since 9/24, come on.

On May 18 I emailed the company, explaining that it had been a full month, and that I really wanted my product. On May 21 the company responded and said "Lucky you! its out for delivery today!" and lo and behold, I checked my order status and it said "Out for delivery" arriving today!
Around 7pm, I still had not received anything, and the order update was still "arriving today!"
I emailed the company and said you know what, never mind. Refund me.
They IMMEDIATELY refunded me, within seconds, and then the order immediately changed to "Not being delivered."
I am 100% positive that this company NEVER shipped my items. They were appeasing me today because they thought it would buy them time. They were controlling the order updates and delivery status.
They use influencers to make you think they are a reliable company, but they will never send the product. This is fraud.
