my name is Vishnu.am working in Oman.before am working in buraimi I get one omantel boardband.after am coming in ibra and am going to omatel outlet ibra and telling my wifi connection change to ibra .he telling ok after one week changing.without my permission he give another board band connection.am asking your technician which account am paying money.he telling the same account number. one day am visit omantel outlet muscat.your staff telling me you have two wifi connection one 5g and one fiber.then am coming omantel outlet and cancel the old 5g connection.and one complaints register on 27-july-2023( complaints I'd - Im2570295).because 2 months am paying money to old account number.he telling me next month first fix your problem.until now my complaint not resolved.today also am give complaint register. (complaints I'd - Im2642110 on 02-October2023). every week your staff disconnected my wifi.after am calling then reconnect the wifi.today also am going omantel outlet ibra that time am get bad experience in your staff.your customer service is not good.3 months before my complaints untill now not solved.am going oreedo out let their staff behavior and services too good.but in omantel outlet staff behavior and services not good.next time you disconnected my wifi connection you will face the consequences.
