Worst purchase in the world: my FreeJet 330TX from Omniprint International
I bought my FreeJet 330TX from Omniprint International and it worked great for about 2 years. After that, problems arose, which is expected for a piece of electromechanical equipment, but getting it repaired became a nightmare. No return calls and the cost of troubleshooting was ridiculous with no guarantee of a fix. I've been sitting on a 100 lb, $25k paperweight for the last 3 years.

Omniprint is the best printer I have.. I have another brands , but Omniprint is the best (I am a professional screen printer /DTG/DTF) my printer was damaged because of a mistake I did.. Omniprint sent *** (technician) to fix it at my house.. he fixed it fast and explained me how to well maintain it, and gave me some tips that are going to save me thousands of dollars in supplies (I have another printers for which I pay a almost 8 times the price that my printer already does and I didn't know ) I am very pleased for the service

has been so great to work with on troubleshooting our system. We have worked with him on multiple occasions and he has been nothing short of awesome! We run a minimum of 500 prints a week and the few times we have had issues with our machine, they have been able to assist us immediately to help us get back up and running to meet our clients deadlines.

Omniprint?
Omniprint?s printers are by far the highest quality DTG machines on the market. I?ve been printing for 2 years now and my clients absolutely love the quality of the prints off of this machine. The customer service is also on point. Just today, , omniprint sent out two techs to help me install some intricate parts that needed replacing on my machine and it was unbelievable how fast and precise they were. Serafin really knows his stuff! This procedure would have taken hours on my own! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get into the printing biz!
I have owned my freejet 330tx plus for 2 years now. The experience I had with *** on a zoom repair call was top notch. He was very helpful and super knowledgeable. We also had some free time to address a couple other small issues I was having. If you know how a printer works you won't find an easier or more user friendly printer to run and maintain. 5 star service and products for sure!
We had a problem with the white ink on our new DTF printer for a few days. After *** from tech support got involved we were able to solve the problem and get back to production. *** followed up with me the following day to make sure that the fix worked. Great job!

Thankfully we are located in Orange County after opening out service ticket Cui came to the rescue. Not only does he has the most knowledge about the equipment, he provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions. We been down almost 3 months. And yet it's always "you need to buy these parts". We have replaced everything on the machine still they can't figure out what's wrong. Then want *** to pay for the shipping and crate and stuff to ship from *** to ***. And I still have to pay a deposit. How is this fair. All they ask for is more money for stuff. It's like we're starting all over with all the money we spent already. Don't get a Freejet. They are just money hungry.

My Freejet 330Plus Printhead was badly clogged. The yellow and Magenta inks could barely print, and since this was an ink flow issue.l had to call OmniPrint tech department and ***, as usual, went above and beyond in diagnosing the problem and helping me install a new printhead. l highly recommend OmniPrint International for all your Garment Print needs.

This company has turned my life around with this DTG machine that prints on Cotton/Polyester! I was able to Start my Business AngelsDTG 1 year ago and make customers very happy with the capabilities of the beautiful watercolor ink used for printing. The DETAILS in the process is key.. This machine does not come without its Faults and Issues, it?s called maintenance and I have had issues with printing (As anyone would have starting off). The best part about it is, it is a complex machine, once I LEARNED it?s tricks and became a regular user I have had NO ISSUES. OmniPrint Support is there when you need them, in case any issues arise while printing. I have had GREAT support with the company, and have ALWAYS fixed my Problems. I can?t wait to see what the future holds Thank you OmniPrint? ?

Worst company I've ever seen. STAY AWAY from their useless machines. I am going to hire a lawyer . Customer service is horrible. They setup training and I needed to fight with them to start it on time. Sales person Marvin Palencia doesn't care about anything after you pay the machine. Freejet 330TX-plus keep giving problems. Cannot get accurate colors and they will tell you customer 's logo is not good. Good luck with garys and browns also. Just be ready to call service department every week and they are so busy with trouble shooting over the phone and it will take two or more days to call you back. Pre Treater machine came defective and they charge me shipping for the parts which I had nothing to do with it. I wish I could give -5 stars instead of 1 star. For your own sake stay away from this people.

Our problem with Omniprint is not with the printer itself but with the incredibly poor service they provide once you have dropped a boatload of cash on their product. While we have only had to contact tech support twice in the last couple years both times have been an unnecessarily arduous task that only provides lackluster results.It took 4 days for a technician to call us back who asked us to send some pics and he would call right back...he did not and we have yet to hear back from anyone. Meanwhile we are loosing hundreds of dollars per day while we wait for them. The techs and reps seem disinterested in our situation, in fact, they seem almost aggravated that we're contacting them in the first place.Our business has been growing and we were going to add another Freejet, now, we are looking at other companies because we can ill afford such apathetic "support".

As for the technician, He did a good overall job in helping us repair our machine.As in Omniprint TX330 Plus, If I was informed from the sales people on how much it was going to cost to keep the machine reproducing shirts on a regular basis, I would have not purchased the machine. Omniprint doesn't tell you every 6 months that multiple expensive parts need to be replaced and that is "standard maintenance". Omniprint also takes lots of time going back and forth with you to try and figure out what is wrong with you machine and you have to use extra inks and materials over days to get the problem solved. It should be their time and effort, Not be paying someone to fix a machine that is under warranty, after hours, because they are in a different time zone. I will not by another machine from Omniprint again. Our time is just as valuable as theirs but they act like it is not.

I was frustrated at the lack of training provided via videos and calls. I was told there would be a certification process upon training which would answer questions to guarantee me I knew what I was doing. That may have been a bit of a stretch. I have had my 330TX for a few months. Overall I am happy with the quality it prints and the flexibility it adds to our current business. I could tell you its all Omniprints fault that I don't understand why I cannot print consistently, or errors that the machine has. Instead I invested my time and money and flew to their facility in Southern California to learn my craft better. Morgan is amazing. He showed us the ins and outs of cleaning, printing, and new products they were launching. He took the time to introduce us to a sales rep to help us in the future, and spent time showing us how to do things better. Omniprint, just like any company that is growing, has its struggles. The also have their strengths. The printer is the best on the market. Morgan and Jose know their jobs well and are humble enough to help you. Omniprint does weekly trainings on Creator Live to continue teaching us. Sometimes the consumer needs to set up and understand we have our issues also. Thank you again for taking the time to help us Morgan and Omniprint.

If ZERO stars were an option, that's what OmniPrint would get. This company is wonderful when you're talking to a sales representative about buying one of their machines/products. but once the company has your money they have no intention on upholding the same service. I needed replacement parts for two of their DTG machines which took a week to get sorted out due to OmniPrint having more than 1 ticket open. After calling multiple times, sending several emails, & complaining I was finally able to get to the bottom of it & get the parts shipped. I asked multiple times over text, *** to have the parts overnighted, just to be told after receiving no response at the end of the day that it has already been picked up and ground shipped, so overnighting was no longer possible. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received from any type of company, let alone a company that you've given thousands upon thousands of dollars to. Thanks to OmniPrint, my production is being held up for 2 weeks, due to miscommunication, poor time-*** to respond within a timely manner on OmniPrints end. I was switched around to multiple different representatives all in which failed to provide any kind of resolution to getting me the parts I needed in a timely & efficient manner. If I could throw out these machines, just to not deal with customer service another single time; I would.

The support team did a great job guiding me through the zoom in replacing the printer parts. They honored their warranty for a 1-year head replacement. I had it for 10 to 11 months, and they replaced the head, advising me to also replace the ribbon cables and motherboard under a 2-year replacement warranty. They only charged me for the shipping of the parts, which is fair and part of the warranty agreement. A knowledgeable technician helped me replace the parts over a zoom chat. After running a test print, which came out good, I am very satisfied with the company and the technician for honoring their warranty. The reason I am not giving it a 4 or 5-star rating is that this process took almost a month, just shy of 2 days. For the first 2 to 3 weeks, I was passed off and forgotten about. I fell through the cracks, but once the support team received my info, they took good care of me. Those two support members I would give a 5-star rating, but since this is a review for the company that did not care until those two got my info, I am rating it 3 stars. If I had put in this request on June 1 when they got my info and not on May 11 when I first requested help, I would be giving this a 5-star rating. I want it on record that the two support members I dealt with deserve a 5-star rating. If you get either of those guys working on your account, you are in great hands.

This machine is, by far, one of the best in print quality that I've seen out there (when its working). I've been in business for over 15 years and seen quite a few. With that being said, I purchased one machine at the beginning of the pandemic (which helped me tremendously in continuing printing from home, when our businesses were shut down here in NY). Marvin Palencia, (great salesman and key asset to Omniprint) did everything in his power to get that machine to me and get it up and running in the middle of this pandemic. With that first experience and seeing how this printer performed, I decided to purchase a second one from them. Unfortunately we've had a bumpy road since my second purchase. Omniprint does not, or should I say, did not have the best support department. It was a nightmare, never received the training call to set up the second machine and I pretty much had to rely on the facebook community to get me printing or deal with any technical issues that arose. One of my printers stopped working in January and after many frustrating emails, calls, texts, etc, finally last week March 19th they sent a tech to my shop. Morgan! An absolute gentleman and a very knowledgable professional, was able to diagnose and fix the issues. He was a delight to work with. If only I had his direct contact from the start, we would have avoided the printer's down time and loss of business. I am aware that Omniprint is re-structuring the support department and hope that our business relationship continues to grow. I wish them nothing but the best and hope the support team continues to improve. I'd give Marvin and Morgan 10 stars if I could...

Turns out I never had a head strike, but because I inquired about it, they are blaming me for braking my machine that has been broken since day 1.
