Hello One Assist,
I have been issued HDFC Regalia Credit card. I didn't opt for any One assist plan and i also send STOP OA message to you to confirm that i dont require this service but ONE ASSIST MFEE of Rs, 1399/- + smart emi fee 100 inr + igst 18 inr has been deducted without my consent from my card.
Firstly I thought that I am the only pray to this problem but when i searched on google for One Assist, I was surprised to see that they are doing this to everyone. And both HDFC and One assist are equally responsible for this fraud they are doing with customers. After my complaint to hdfc they have refunded my 1399 INR but still 100+18 INR is not refunded. Now its not only matter of money but I am more concerned with the fraud you are doing with customer. There are many people who don't check their bank statements properly so you are making unauthorised gains from them with deducting one assist plan fee without consents of customers. It should be stopped right now otherwise i will take strict action against your company legally. And also please refund my money Rs. 100+18 which is pending immediately.

Hi Team,
One Assist SR Number:3291030.
Concerns:
1. Misguiding the Customer by not giving the insurance, (Case got rejected for not having the invoice copy for which we were ready to pay the penalty).
2. Delay in decision making and confusion within the team members of One Assist taking 2 months to resolve a case.
3. Returned phone by tampering it further by changing the screen and inside spare parts.
4. Charging the customer for the tamper done by the One Assist executives.
5. Even after paying the same doing a fraud and mental harassment by charging/ asking further more money to repair the same.
My brother bought a Samsung S8 few months before, and I insisted him to take One Assist Insurance on it.
Unfortunately he got a scratch on the display of the phone, which he gave under insurance claim; the same was rejected as he lost his invoice copy, as a policy is not correct as it he was ready to pay penalty for the lost invoice however the phone was returned but shocking was that it was completely tampered.
We understood the same as the screen was completely changed and the phone was not getting switched on (the ph. was in working condition when it was picked up, only the display had a scratch).
We complained about this to Happy To Assist, the same went on for more than a month but no one resolved the issue, however latter they forced us to pay an amount of INR 6700.00 to get the phone repaired, which hard heatedly we agreed for.
However we clearly mentioned that it is completely a fraud, as the phone was in working condition.
Now after the phone is picked up they are forcing us to pay another odd INR 3000.00, to get the battery changed.
This is completely a fraud; the phone was completely in working condition when it was 1st time given to one assist.
They have tampered his phone and taken out the original spare parts and now charging my brother to get the phone repaired.

My name is Nazia Shaikh and iam a kotak credit card holder, recently i got new Kotak Mahindra credit Card and with out my permission they activated one app service .
This is completely kind of cheating and fraud to me, How can be such a reputed bank name Kotak Mahindra can do that i was like shocked, they cross limits when they are forcing me to continue with service. since last 3 days iam receiving daily call and forcing me continue with one assist app services I remembered one of them name i.e Mr. Gaurav calling from land line no. I.e [protected] and that call last upto 10 or more.
Iam completely felt like harrased now it is enough is enough now i want to cancel it and i want full amount to be refund i.e Rs.1399/-.

Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-2499/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

I had requested to cancel this plan last year, they dint cancel the plan. I asked them to stop renewing this plan also, that was also ignored. They have deducted 1399/- again from my CC.

I prateek gupta is holder of hdfc credit card and account in hdfc bank, I am facing issues with one assist, as they are continuously debiting there fee from my credit card, instead being strictly informed by me for deactivation of this service last year only.
But this year they again debited there fee from my card without my confirmation.
On 17.05.2018 amount has been charged and I have made complaint for deactivation of this service immediately and refund of amount charged on my card as there fee.
Then too the are calling me and telling about there policies, which is irritating and time killing, today i. E on 21.05.2018 on 2.35 p. M (near), the called me and first told e about benefit of there plan, and when I clearly said no to continue with them they asked 24 hrs time for complete cancellation and for processes of refund it will take 7 to 10 days.
I also told them if they don't deactivate this plan and processes my refund, I will surrender all my services with hdfc bank, and to this the reply of one assist was - it is your decision to continue the services of hdfc or not.

My one assist account was started vide relationship no.[protected] Plan Privilege-Individual without my consent. Immediately, I talk to executive of one assist and complaint about it. It was suggested that not to register any of your card and your debited amount was reversed in due course. Neither amount was debited nor account was discontinued. On 14.12.2017 I call customer care where I talked to Priyanka at 8.40 a.m. to remind her to not to renew my account. She told me that renewal notice was sent to you two month before, I requested her to tell me Identity Proof of receiver, no such identity proof was there because company sent no such notice. finally, she registered complaint vide no. 2658068 and assure me for solution.
2. Later, I got sms on 15.12.2017 for plan upgradation for enhanced WA Privilege single Plan vide relationship no. 1552814 ignoring my request/complaint of discontinuation.
3. After registering complaint for discontinuation of account my account was not stopped. I again requested to stop/discontinue account immediately and reversed debited amount from date of initiation along with interest payable to me. If my request is not consider in stipulate time I have no option to sue you in Consumer Court for not considering request and opened account without consent customer.
