Mixed Experiences with OneOpinion: A Review from an Expert
As someone deeply involved in the world of online surveys, I understand the importance of platforms like OneOpinion in providing opportunities to earn extra income. However, based on the reviews from various customers, it's clear that OneOpinion has had a mixed reputation. While some users praise the platform for its quick payouts and interesting surveys, others have expressed frustration with issues such as account suspensions, difficulties in redeeming rewards, and poor customer service. It's essential for potential users to approach OneOpinion with caution, considering both the positive and negative experiences shared by customers. Ultimately, the decision to engage with OneOpinion should be made after careful consideration of these varied perspectives.
It is an great survey site
They have many surveys you can take. Of course it takes a while to redeem your points for a reward but that is fine with me. I am almost ready to redeem my 3rd prepaid gift card, although I have to get some more points but I like the fact they they give you 50 points for not qualifying for the survey up to 5 surveys per day.
OpinionOne (formerly OneOpinion) Review: Struggle to Qualify for Surveys, Lowered Incentives
So, they changed their name from OneOpinion to OpinionOne and I gotta say, it's been a bit tough to qualify for their surveys lately. You only get 50 points for the first 5 disqualifications, which is a bummer since it takes a while to accumulate points. I don't see myself cashing out anytime soon at this rate!
I remember when Myview was around and they were much more lenient. They even gave out 100 points for some surveys, even if you got kicked off halfway through. Those were the days!
Now, it's a struggle to even finish one survey out of hundreds of attempts. And even if you do manage to qualify, the incentives have been lowered so it's not much of a reward in the end.
Honestly, it's frustrating to waste so much time on a survey only to get kicked off towards the end. It's like, what's the point? Maybe I'll just quit after I finally cash out, if that ever happens. Sigh.

Scammed by Oneopinion: Account Suspended After ****** Points!
Yo, so I was pretty pissed when Oneopinion shut down my account after I hit a whopping *** points. They didn't even tell me why they suspended me, just some vague [censored] about not being truthful when I got my cashout from PayPal before. That's total garbage because I already got my money twice before that with no problem. I straight up asked them about my $25 reward and they couldn't give me a straight answer, just deactivated my account. Like seriously, why even bother with this survey crap if they're gonna screw you over like that? I bounced out of their surveys and won't be wasting my time with them again.
The Confusing Issue with OneOpinion: Account Freezing and Lack of Transparency
OneOpinion, just like what other folks have reckoned, was an amazing survey site before. It could be your go-to site to earn some extra cash, even if you didn't qualify for a survey, thanks to their generosity. However, they made some changes that left some of us scratching our heads.
Months ago, they introduced a bot chat feature, but honestly, it's of no good help. More recently, I noticed that I stopped receiving survey invites from them. Puzzled, I signed in to my account and to my dismay, it was frozen. When I reached out to their customer service to ask why, they incomprehensibly hid behind a vague explanation, saying that some issues related to my account activity caused it to be frozen. What's worse, they refused to share any further information claiming it would "compromise our internal security system processes," making me wonder if this is their way of avoiding to pay me.
It's indeed frustrating to encounter this kind of setback after you've put in so much effort into a platform, just to receive a cold shoulder, with no actually helpful explanation. I hope OneOpinion could address this confusing issue soon.
OneOpinion Review: Decent Surveys, Terrible Customer Support and Verification Process
Yo, I gotta share my experience with OneOpinion, so you know what's up. First off, I gotta say, if you run into any issues, good luck tryna get some help. These people like totally don't provide any way to contact them, except for this Emily bot thing that's like kinda wack. And even if you try checkin' out the FAQ section, you ain't gonna get much help there either. But hey, if you ain't gotta problem, then the surveys are pretty legit, even though they don't have that many options for older folks like me.
Now, here's where I hit a major roadblock. I don't have a cell phone, just a landline, and I can't get any codes to verify my account when I can't access it. My password manager ain't lettin' me in either, and I can't even log into my email to sort things out. And let me tell ya, the customer service here, and on other sites too, is straight-up trash.
On the bright side, redeeming my points wasn't too much of a hassle, and I didn't have to wait too long either. So that's a plus, I guess. I just wish they had better customer support, so us folks who ain't tech-savvy can get some help when we need it.
OneOpinion review: Decent site with glitches and sketchy practices
I've been using OneOpinion for a few years now and it was pretty good at first. I quickly learned to complete the surveys for 50 points five times a day and then move on to other sites. This way, I wouldn't waste too much time and the rewards came in quite fast, not to mention there were only a few little glitches.
However, things changed when they denied my credibility by saying that my IP address wasn't in the US. I was in a southern state and also in the US Virgin Islands for some training. They then locked my account which had over $100 in it, and refused to pay me the $50 I was owed for an at-home item review because I took it out of my home state. After training, I called a representative who reactivated my account, but he promptly closed it when I tried to cash out. I called again and got it reactivated but then they denied my state was a state again and locked me out. Finally, after talking to someone who knew American geography, I was reactivated again and it's been okay for me for the last 8 months.
However, when you get close to $75 beware as they might go all-out sketchy on you. They also look at all your answers, so don't fib or curse! Overall, I'd say it's an okay site if you don't mind investing some time, but there are probably better sites out there.
Stay Away from OneOpinion: A Review of the Downward Spiral of Survey Availability and Poor Customer Service
OneOpinion used to be a great place for taking surveys. They had lots of surveys available every single day and they paid pretty well for them too. But, some time back, Dynata bought OneOpinion and things have gone downhill from there. There are fewer surveys available each day and the points earned for each survey have gone down as well. To make things worse, there is a bot named "Emily" who responds to questions, but it only has answers to three questions. So, if you ask something else, it will say that it doesn't understand what you are trying to ask.
If that wasn't enough, OneOpinion keeps pausing accounts for no real reason. They ask a bunch of questions about your browser and your internet connection, then they hold your account for a week or so, before reinstating it. Recently, they paused my account even though I had just redeemed my points for a $25 gift card. They cancelled the order without returning any points, which means that I lost the money they owed me. Despite all of this, OneOpinion still sends me loads of emails every day saying that there are surveys available. Just too much, if you ask me.
My advice is: stay away from OneOpinion. It's not worth your time and only results in aggravation.
OneOpinion Digital Rewards Program Review: Unhelpful Customer Service & Unreliable Cards for Online Shopping
Man, OneOpinion really let me down. I used to love their rewards program because they would send out Visa gift cards that I could use wherever. It was so cool. But then they went and switched to digital rewards (I guess they're trying to be hip with the times). Problem was, the digital cards didn't work for me. I tried using them on a bunch of different websites and none of them went through. So I reached out to their customer support over and over again, hoping they could help me figure out what was going on. And you know what they said? "It's a great card that works on multiple sites." Like, come on, that's not helpful! I needed actual assistance, not some generic answer. And to make matters worse, no one would actually talk me through it and explain what was happening. I'm just so disappointed in their customer service, their website, and the fact that I was loyal to them for years. They owe me a measly 25 bucks that I'll never see, but at least they got my opinions out of me. If you're looking for a good survey site, I recommend Toluna. OneOpinion doesn't care about you when you have a problem. It's a shame, really, because they used to be a great company. But now they're just unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.
OneOpinion: The Survey Site with the Best Support Team Out There!
Been a member of OneOpinion for a while now and gotta say, their Support Team is just something else. These guys are literally the most helpful, always have a smile on their face, quick and super fair survey site support staff out there. I'm telling ya, other survey sites could learn a thing or two from OneOpinion! Speaking of which, just recently had an issue with a survey I completed over on Survey Junkie. Man oh man, I finished this survey from Sample Cube, always known for their technical issues and not getting credited, got the smiley face and the Thank You note at the end of the survey and then nothing! Wouldn't revert back to the Survey Junkie page so I could get that sweet 120 point credit. Took me a nice 20 minutes at least to do that survey.
So, desperate to get my credit, I contacted Survey Junkie support and these guys came back to me saying they can't help. Actually, more like they would not help me. Not in the nicest of ways either. And all I could think of was OneOpinion. God, how I wished I was dealing with their Support Team, rather then with this here Survey Junkie! Whenever there is a technical issue, and whether it's your fault or not, you can always count on OneOpinion to reply courteously and to go out of their way to make sure that their members are happy. They really are that good! You won't ever have to worry about waiting for their support staff to reply either, they are lightning-fast at getting back to you. And trust me, I've had to email some sites over and over again before I've even gotten a reply, but not with OneOpinion. These guys got you covered!
What's even better is that you cash out to Paypal very quickly once you get to $25.00, which you should be getting to pretty quickly, anyway. So, if you are looking for a great survey site with an amazing support staff that really values its customers, look no further than OneOpinion. Trust me, you just can't go wrong with these guys!
Unfair Treatment by OneOpinion - Stay Away and Join Swagbucks or SurveyJunkie for Better Survey Sites
I been doing surveys with OneOpinion (oneopinion.com) for almost a year now and didn't face any sort of problem up till this previous month. I saved all of my points and cash-out for a $25 Amazon GC that had taken me a long time to accumulate because the no. of surveys is also very less. I only got to redeem two gift cards from them in my whole year membership time. After few days, I received a notification that the gift card was canceled without any explanation. I contacted the help center, but they did not respond. After trying once more, I received a confusing answer, which seemed to indicate that they reviewed my account activity. Without any solid proof and logical explanation, they have permanently disabled my account, and now I will never be able to work with them ever again.
I am quite sure that I have always been honest in the surveys. I am disappointed and deeply offended by their behavior. It is unfair to take away points that were legal and fairly earned. I reached out to the customer service team but didn't get any satisfactory answer to my query. So now, I am left with a zero balance on my account without a chance to cash out the reward that I worked hard to collect.
Therefore, I would advise you to avoid OneOpinion and join other survey sites, such as Swagbucks or SurveyJunkie, where you are treated fairly and rewarded according to your efforts.
Thanks for taking the moment to read my review. Have a nice day and stay safe!
OneOpinion Review: Poor Customer Service, Suspicious Account Activity, and Lost Points
Been a member of OneOpinion for years, and they have been good until recently; they stopped sending me emails and locked me out of my account. Customer service asked questions about browsers and VPNs, and after a few days, Roy emailed me saying that there was a system flag blocking my account, and they were fixing it. The following day, I received emails again, but the points that I had already earned were forfeited, but Roy acted quickly and activated my earned points again.
However, the emails stopped coming after a week, and I contacted them. Ten days later, Dave sent an email saying that my account was indefinitely suspended because the answers provided in the profile information and survey were inaccurate. Nevertheless, I only have one account and a profile with accurate information, and I answer the surveys to the best of my ability, though I might not spend an hour on every question. I assured them that I answer every question truthfully and accurately, but they suspended me and kept my points wrongly, so it turns out that OneOpinion may not be an ethical organization.
It seems OneOpinion does not like certain types of people, and they have a poor attitude towards their customers. They have turned out to be deceitful and accuse their customers of dishonesty, even when the issue is with their system. I found out that they have been removing customers with high activity and appearing suspicious and created an account on a particular website. Their actions show they are capable of betraying their customers' trust.
Therefore, I would advise others not to waste their time with OneOpinion. They have changed from an awesome company to a far less reputable one after selling out.

Mixed Review of OneOpinion: Easy Extra Cash, But Picky Surveys and Lack of Support
I been using OneOpinion for some time now, and I got to say, I have mixed emotions about it. On one hand, it's an easy way to make some extra cash, but on the other hand, it can be frustrating at times. This survey website can be picky about the people they want to survey and can kick you out of surveys after you already put in some work. It's a real bummer when that happens, and you don't get the points you deserve.
Another thing that sucks is that OneOpinion used to have this virtual assistant named Emily, but she's no longer around. She used to help you out with any issues you had on the website. Nowadays, if you got a problem, you got to contact customer service, and they can take a while to get back to you.
Despite these issues, OneOpinion still has a lot to offer. For starters, it's free to sign up, and they pay in points that can be redeemed for cash or gift cards. The site is user-friendly, too, and surveys are regularly available. Plus, they often have excellent bonus opportunities that can help you rack up points even faster.
Overall, I would say that OneOpinion is worth checking out, but be prepared to deal with some setbacks along the way. It's not perfect, but it's a decent way to make a little extra cash in your spare time.
Frustrating Experience with OneOpinion Rewards Program
So I've been using OneOpinion for a hot minute now and I gotta say, it's been frustrating. I've been at it for months and I've only earned a few dollas. Meanwhile, these guys are gettin' all this info from me, and I can never seem to log in to their site. Like, seriously, what gives? And if you have a problem, the only way to get help is by phone, which can take ages to get through. It feels like it'll take me years to earn enough for a reward, so I'm just not feelin' it with OneOpinion. No thank you, I'll find a better rewards program.
OneOpinion Review: A Once Awesome Survey Site Now a Total Scam
Oh man, let me tell you about OneOpinion. It used to be so awesome, like my number one survey gig. But now, it's like they don't even care about their users anymore. I mean, I completed a survey and was promised some sweet rewards, but when it came time to cash out, they straight up denied me. And get this, they had the nerve to say that I didn't qualify for the rewards. Like, that's some weak sauce, man. I know I'm not the only one who's been screwed over by these guys. It's a total scam! Don't waste your time or energy on this janky business.

Beware of OneOpinion: Account Suspensions for "Dishonest Answers
I gotta tell you, I was pretty excited to sign up for OneOpinion because it seemed like a great way to make some extra cash on the side. And at first, everything was going great! I was taking surveys left and right, redeeming my points for gift cards and cash, and feeling pretty good about the whole thing.
But then, things started to go wrong. First, they suspended my account for what they called "dishonest answers." I was pretty sure I hadn't done anything wrong, but whatever. I figured I'd wait it out and see what happened.
But then it happened again. And again. Three times in total, they suspended my account for the same reason. And looking at some of the other reviews here, it seems like I'm not the only one this has happened to.
It's pretty frustrating, because I put a lot of time and effort into those surveys, and now I feel like it was all for nothing. Plus, it's not like they're even paying all that well to begin with. Sure, you can earn some points here and there, but it's definitely not enough to make a living off of.
All in all, I guess I would say that OneOpinion is okay if you're just looking for a way to kill some time and earn a few extra bucks. But if you're hoping to make any serious money, or if you don't want to risk getting your account suspended for no good reason, you might want to look elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with OneOpinion: Accusations, Lockouts, and No Answers
I was checking out OneOpinion and let me tell you, it seemed pretty fantastic at first. I was able to cash out twice without any issue, but then things went drastically downhill. I was accused of violating their terms, even though I have no clue what I could have possibly done wrong. I participate in many survey sites and I've never had any problems like this before. Next thing you know, I was locked out from their platform for good. It's like they just threw me to the curb without any explanation or warning.
On top of being locked out, I'm worried about whether or not my privacy has been compromised. Honestly, I have no idea if I got hacked or if something else happened, because OneOpinion won't give me any answers. This is really unsettling to me. It seems very unprofessional that they can't even confirm if my privacy is secure or not. I wanted to give OneOpinion a fair shot, but I just feel like it was a complete waste of my time.
Delayed Rewards and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with OneOpinion Surveys
Been taking surveys for OneOpinion for like two years until recently started having some issues. Sometimes they don't be posting my rewards like they promised at the end of the survey. They be saying if you take some additional questions you can get some extra rewards offered right there. But then they don't post the points straight up. So, I decided to email them asking for what's going on. They told me that it would take like 2-3 weeks for the points to be posted. That seems like a long time to wait to me. So, I keep on waiting and following up with them. It's been like five weeks now, and still no extra points. It's a real pain to be chasing up like that, but I need that extra cash!
OneOpinion Review: Disrespectful & Unreliable Survey Site
Yo, listen up. I gotta tell you about my experience with OneOpinion. Honestly, it wasn't great. I mean, I gave them my personal deets and even had to confirm my address by snail-mail. And what did I get in return? They just took my points away like it was no big deal. Can you believe that? And then, out of nowhere, my account got closed. Just like that. No reason given, no explanation. And to top it off, the messages I got from them were super copy-paste and rude AF. They didn't even have the decency to write something personal. It was just a bunch of canned responses, with a cheeky "kind regards" at the end.
Honestly, I've been through a lot of survey panels, but OneOpinion takes the cake. And not in a good way. They're the worst of the worst. I'm sticking to the honest and amazing panels that actually pay me and respect my privacy. No more OneOpinion for me, man. No way.
OneOpinion Review: Account Suspended for No Reason?
I've been a member of OneOpinion for a good five years now and it's always been a reliable source of extra income for me. But just a couple of days ago, I stopped receiving any survey invites. It was weird because I used to get at least a few every day. I tried waiting patiently, thinking maybe they're just taking a break from sending out surveys or something, but after a few more days of not hearing anything, I decided to reach out to their support team.
Unfortunately, instead of getting a straightforward answer, I received a message saying that my account has been suspended due to multiple account violations. What the heck!? I really had no idea what they were talking about. I asked for more details and examples but everything was just so vague. I mean, I've always answered their surveys honestly and to the best of my ability. I'm not sure why they'd suddenly accuse me of doing something wrong.
This isn't the first time this has happened. I remember a few years ago when my account was suddenly suspended as well. At that time, I just assumed it was some kind of mistake and I didn't bother to ask for more details. But now that it's happened again, I'm starting to doubt the integrity of OneOpinion. Maybe they're just looking for reasons to suspend accounts of members who've been earning too much.
Nonetheless, while I'm waiting to hear back from their support team, I'll be checking out other survey sites. There are plenty of them out there, after all. OneOpinion used to be my favorite, but with this kind of treatment, I'm definitely rethinking my loyalty.
OneOpinion Review: Pros and Cons of Taking Surveys for Gift Cards
OneOpinion, I gotta say, it's not bad, but it ain't exactly the bee's knees either. It's got some real pros to it, like how they send out surveys regularly and some of 'em are actually worth a decent amount of points. But let me tell ya, the cons are definitely there and they can be pretty darn annoying.
First off, let's talk about them points. You need to rack up a whopping 25,000 of 'em just to snag a gift card, and ya can't even get cold, hard cash. Not exactly the most exciting redeem option, if ya ask me. And don't get me started on the surveys that bring ya to other sites where ya just end up taking more and more surveys. It's like a never-ending loop of questions and it's enough to make ya go bonkers.
Oh, and another thing, they tell ya that some of their surveys only take ten or fifteen minutes, but sometimes it feels like you're stuck on those bad boys for an hour. And when it's all said and done, the incentive (if there even is one) isn't worth the trouble. Might as well be spinnin' your wheels, y'know?
One final gripe I got about OneOpinion is how dang long it takes to reach that 25,000-point goal. It's a real slog and it can feel like you're never gonna get there. I mean, sure, they send out a lot of surveys, but the payoff just isn't quite worth all the hassle.
All in all, OneOpinion ain't too shabby if you're in the mood to take some surveys and don't mind the little annoyances that come with 'em. But if you're lookin' for a more streamlined experience or some cold hard cash, you might wanna look into some other survey sites out there.
Difficulty Redeeming OneOpinion Gift Card Points: Disappointing Customer Service and Technical Support
I just wanted to share on here that I have been having some issues with oneopinion.com. I really wanted to redeem my gift card points, but I keep getting an error message whenever I try to do so. It's really frustrating because I have put in a lot of time and effort into completing surveys and earning those points.
I tried reaching out to them through their online website, but the only response I got was that maybe I was using a VOIP. Honestly, I don't even know what that means. I tried putting in my cell phone number and a code, but I still got an error message.
I have tried emailing them several times, but I have only received one response from them. It's really disappointing because I was looking forward to using those points to get a gift card. I have tried so many times to redeem my points, but it just isn't working for me.
I was wondering if maybe they could just redeem the points for me and mail me a gift card instead. I'm not sure if that's possible, but it would definitely be a lot easier for me. Overall, I think oneopinion.com could do better in terms of their customer service and technical support. It's a shame because I really enjoyed taking their surveys and earning points.
