To Whom It May Concern:
Before I canceled my flight I emailed to Oojo asking about the cancellation fee charged. Oojoo agent reply to my email and had a breakdown of the fees:
Ojoo Agent
Exchange:
$120-Airline Administrative Exchange Penalty
$150-Ojoo processing fee...
So, total of penalty fees should be charged $270. I paid for a ticket $492.85, therefore, the amount Oojo refund to me should be $222.85. But, why am I got only $113.35 refund instead of $222.85? I emailed to Oojo Customer Service 2-3 times to questions about this matter. Unfortunately, none of Oojo agent had reply to any of my emails about this! Well, should I as a "customer" deserve an explaination here? I was patiently hangin on the rope to wait to hear from your agent to explain why I was charged much more than what it should be from Oojo's first email? Could some one please check in to this and give me some advice... .
