Hi. My dad recharged my phone for 1.500 KWD. In less than 30minutes, my balance was 600 fills only. This is not the first time, my money is being deducted for no reason.
I placed a call to the call center agent also, he claims that my balance was not at 0 and 1st and 2nd recharge is a recharge. I mean, he didn't himself understand what he was saying!
Is this the way you treat me, where everybody uses oredoo and is so loyal to it?
This is ridiculous. If I don't get back money in a couple of days, I will take this to social media and make it big.
Refund the money into my account, till now 10 KWD have been deducted just like that.

No response from the complaint registered
i have been waiting to get connected to the customer care no for more than 30 mins. have been kept on hold foe more than 15 minutes is this the way the service is done

This is really unfortunate that the Ooredoo team is closing the complaints even without a solution.
On what basis is the complaint being solved. We are still facing Internet issues and our WIFI is off.
This has been a repetitive issue over the last few weeks.
Your technical support has not visited the house recently.
My balance constantly deducted without any reason. After raising complaint now they are telling it's maybe due to any subscription, but i never did any subscription. But still my balance getting deducted after every recharges... What to do? No idea... It is useless to call customer service
