Look i have been trying to reach someone at opinionoutpost for 3 days. No one returns my calls. I changed my email from [protected]@aol.com to [protected]@gmail.com. i did every thing the way i was suppose to and even confirmed my new email when you sent the confirmation email yet you still froze my account the moment i tried to redeem my points. Please unfreeze my account. Ive tried numerous times to call. Thank you

My account is frozen because of data concerns I'm told what does that mean, And why I would like to know and I know Im not the only one, I have been doing these surveys for a while never had a problem until know if you ask my opinion a d I give you my opinion how can it be wrong, I mean really can you tell me what is going on and what about my points I've accumulated will I be compensated for those
My account is frozen. No one will tell me why. I know I try to tell the truth on all the surveys. But sometimes the truth hurts.
Everyone has a right to face their accusers and to find out why they are with holding our money. And It is always the same way sucker doing the quiz thinks he can redeem for $10. This is outright [censor]. What an ignorant way to run a company they should be fined for in effect stealing our money. I know this will probably have repercussions on me but I' ve got broad sholders.I'm an old age pensioner, thought Iciuld earn a little extra to help out, ./;llkf. A wealthy company like this can't give what one of its employees earned and they are holding it back. Isn't this why the people got fedup and said the one thing that a CEO may cry is Union. May be we should let them suffer in their own excrement when they have no one to clean up after them. I am so Pissed off I could spit nails. B y the way arent the surveyors supposed to be unknown. Especially to the [censor] that set up the quiz. I don't care if I'm taking your last ten bucks..You'd do it and are doing it to me. I've got nothing of real value. I live in a dump. You [censor] send some horrible surveys such as where you purchases clothes, how much were they and what design they had who was gonna wear it. It ain't nobodys business but my own. then when a web site that I was warned to stay away from showed their true colors. I'M 72 yeaes old and all life has handed me is a ball of s t . This is no way to live with you coperate [censor]. This sort of treatment gives you a bad name you say so your self when you advertise. I noticed in one area the Survey Sattrap Now this is how you take it Real Paid Survey reviews- does this mean you paid them to.Its all in the way you read it. We may be poor white or any color you want Trash. I'm tired, i'm gonna die soon. so mr corporate man come and live as we do just for a week. I'll only charge you $10.00. Wow im am so shocked that this is happening to multiple people not just me and during the same time period, i have been trying to contact customer service for almost a w el i have called emailed everything no response . I think its ridiculous and unprofessional to remove thr access to peoples accounts from them by freezing or terminating knowing your customer service isnt even available to help. There are people who actually really need to take these surveys for extra cash . Its sad . As a company you guys really need to step it up . It is 10x worse that this happens when people go to redeem points they worked hard to get

Opinion Outpost is fraudulent; the moment you try to redeem any reward your account will be immediately terminated. Their customer service is seemingly automated to attempt to delay and frustrate you so that you will give up.
Their business model appears to revolve around suckering in new members, squeezing them for as much survey data as they can then terminating their accounts. As long as people keep signing up, Opinion Outpost keeping getting free money at the expense of others.
It is quite plainly a scam.
My same experience, they aggressively solicit your time and information, sell it to their customers and then delay, delay until you get frustrated and cancel. However, this practice is known as fraud and because they do it via the internet in us it is known as wire fraud so the only recourse is to tell you State attorney General's office about their practice; they should issue a cease and desist and then their global customers will stop using them.

I have been a member of opinion outpost for several years completing many surveys and receiving several rewards. I attempted to redeem 100 points this evening (23/10/17) after completing some surveys and was informed that my membership has been terminated? Why? I was sent several invitations by Opinion Outpost this evening (23/10). I have completed those and have 100 points to redeem. I have done nothing incorrectly and ask for an explanation.
Please reinstate my account as soon as possible.

Opinion Outpost reluctantly refuses to honor commitments to their members. By engaging in frivolous and illegal conduct toward their members.
By improperly freezing, accounts placing unwarranted holds on members accounts. Alleging members violated policy by submitting two different email addresses when completing surveys. Which is utterly falsehood! And will be proved in a court of law. They have frozen my account over a year. After numerous calls, emails and complaints. They still are in violation of honoring membership policy, I have been awarded loyalty membership badges. I would never violate my membership. I know the rules of membership thoroughly. This is nothing more than circumvention of a civil rights violation. To illegally oppress a hireling in his wages, is a definite and serious civil rights violation. I have became exhausted in dealing with this company Opinion Outpost as well as other survey companies sponsored by
Survey Sampling International that I have completed surveys for!
I was informed by an lawyer that I have recourse to pursue legal action.
If Survey Sampling International deliberately refuses to honor their policy to their members, With that mentioned my next avenue is to inform the State Attorney General's Office and Better Business Bureau where Survey Sampling International is located. Opinion Outpost owes me $30.00 for 303 points acquired!

My account has been deactivated four times in the past year - the previous three times I complained and the account was reactivated. Each time I requested an explanation for the deactivation and each time I did not receive a response. This week I requested payment for points earned - two days later I get deactivated for the 4th time. I have completed almost 1, 000 surveys for Opinion Outpost in the past three years, yet I continue to receive this kind of treatment. I request payment for all surveys completed for Opinion Outpost and IPoll and a formal apology for the mistreatment I have received. I was frozen out of my account on Sunday October 15, 2017. I had just requested a $15 Amazon Gift Card. I have not received the $15 Amazon Credit and have received no response from [protected]@opinionoutposts.com.
How can I get back in and when can I expect my Amazon Credit? The website said I would get the Amazon credit in 24 - 48 hours. Nothing so far. It is Wednesday, October 18th. I see that this is a common problem.

My account has been frozen for the 6th time in less than six months. It only happens when I try and redeem my points as like most of the other complaints both here and elsewhere. When someone does answer my email via the bogus 'helpdesk' it takes them days to respond, then there is the one to two weeks of jumping through hoops with supplying the same information over and over again only, following their instructions to the letter, and waiting for my account to get unfrozen. And once again, once unfrozen and I try to redeem my points...it gets frozen.

for over two weeks my acct has been frozen since I tried to redeem some points for a Amazon gift card. It has been over a week since I was able to reach some one at their support site via phone, and over a week since I supplied the asked for info via email.

What's getting under my skin & i'm pretty sure, most of the consumers, i/ your consumers, need & deserve points so badly, even if we do not qualify for a survey, we're still taking our time to answer the questions! ~I am not qualifying for many survey's but I still spend my time answering questions & then being told I did't get any points at all because I didn't qualify for that survey, is upsetting considering the time it takes to go through each survey just to see if you qualify for it, I think, no, I know we should still get at least a point for all of the survey's we "pre-screen" for, the time we spend answering those questions because we're still taking our personal time to read & answer these questions! It also takes way too many points to get a cash pay out or a reward! C'mon, you want more consumer's, regular participating, dedicated, honest consumers willing to take their time answering your questions because you need the public, me/us, to give you our time & feedback in order to better the situations your asking questions about, we deserve better incentives that are within grasp, I & you know you will get a better reputation & awesome online reviews, instead of all of the complaints i'm reading & you would most definitely gain more trust therefore more participants! Makes sense does it not?

try to redeem some points with opinion outpost and ordered 2 £10 vouchers on 25/09/2017 they have never arrived . I did inform them of this, got email from them saying they would look into it but still no reply after 3 days. On my account it now says claim status failed but and the points have not been refunded, not sure if this is normal but fear the money has gone

I have been a member of opinion outpost for a few months now and on August 21, 2017 I successfully completed a TV study worth 200 points ( equal to 20 dollars ) and I have yet to be compensated. After sending at least 4 different emails to the help desk ( which I have screen shots of ) at opinion outpost I have not gotten one email back in regards to this matter besides that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive my payment. So as I wait patiently I still continue to complete survey's and today September 20, 2017 I log into my account to cash out on my points that I do have and I received a message saying my account is frozen. Wow I have done nothibg for them to suspect my account of anything besides me wanting to get paid for my time and energy. This was such a inconvenience for me as I desperately needed my earned money. I contacted the help desk once again and still no response. I am very disappointed and I will continue to find out who or what I can do or reach in regards to this matter. cannot redeem points earned from surveys
For the past two days I have been trying to redeem the points I earned from completing surveys on OpinionOutpost. I did nothing different than I normally do when redeeming my points. Now I get an error message stating my "account has been suspended due to data issues." I gave a lot of my time to complete the surveys, so please be fair and allow me access to my points. I have been with Opinion Outpost for quite a while now and on many instances when I try to redeem my points, they freeze my account with the explanation'Your account has been frozen due to data concerns' which means that they don't have the funds to pay me. When asked why my account was frozen, I get no response from the helpdesk...I think that this should be reported to a higher authority since there are numerous complaints filed against them. Does anyone know who to contact for matters like this?
