I was sent a mobile verification so i could get my rewards but that didn't work then they wanted me to send a photo id and a selfie didn't like that idea but tried it anyway. Then you get a message saying it cannot read the text on your id and to try again. Well i tried again and again and again and still cannot get anywhere. All I want is my rewards for a gift card and then i will say goodbye to this site, Its to bad cause at one time it was a good survey site but not anymore. Seems to me they are just trying to screw people out of their rewards but want you to keep taking their surveys.

Redeeming Rewards
I have been trying to redeem my rewards earned. I have over $50 and I keep getting and error that it can't be processed and to wait 72 hours. It has been well over 72 hours and i can't get any proper help from customer service. i just keep getting the same automated email response IF that. Have tried to contact them on the site, on Facebook, on anything I can. Its all just Chat Bots that offer no help.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to withdraw the rewards I have earnt.
I'm having the same issues first there were no surveys they fixed that issue then can not log in that was resolved last night was lucky enough to redeem $40 which is the most you can redeem a day today I keep getting error can not redeem not happy I need the vouchers for Xmas

No reward for survey
I have previously send valued opinion helpdesk about how I was kicked from 60 point survey because of the survey bugging out an previously many other surveys that are bugged out. But they always either send very delayed mail explaining there is nothing wrong with their survey or straight up stays irresponsive of the complaints. But I haven't been able to complete more than one or two surveys because of the buggy surveys send send me, and don't send any consolation points for issues from their end.
Desired outcome: I am complaining from this platform requesting valued opinion helpdesk to fix those issues which essentially refrain users from earning any points. And send consolation reward for their buggy surveys
No reward for survey and unresponsive helpdesk
I have previously complained to helpdesk of my valued opinion account about one 30 point and two 45 points worth survey, of which the first bugged out and showed error and kicked me, and another 45 points survey which I completed but didn't receive any reward in my account. But despite making tickets the helpdesk didn't even reply or send rewards to my account. And they are very unresponsive when it comes to resolving survey and reward related problems. So I have to again write this complaint to request them to resolve problems and send points to my account.
Desired outcome: I should get the survey points that I put my efforts and spend time on. I have complained against 30,45,45 points survey but didn't even heard from the helpdesk I believe.
Not paying out rewards
I've always claimed my rewards with a mobile phone text confirmation code, now they want me to scan my photo ID with Verriff , I do not have any ID cards as was born in UK and do not drive or go abroad , so they will not allow me to get my reward that I worked hard to earn.Its only a £10 Sainsburys voucher , but in these times it's a lot to me as Im an unpaid carer, I've been told that them to take a photo of your card is illegal and could be hacked

unable to retrieve EARNED points toward amazon gift card
I have NEVER dealt with such an UN-USER-FRIENDLY site in my life. I am NOT computer illiterate. I can follow directions, provide required information, etc. Despite several days of attempting to obtain a $20.00 gift card, I have been stymied every step of the way.
Despite providing ALL required information, I keep getting a notice that my VALID cell phone number is not valid (even though I received an email from VO saying it WAS).
This was not the case in the past. The process was relatively simple. This new, supposedly improved format is ridiculous.
I just want the points I am due so I can permanently remove myself from this site - FOREVER.
Desired outcome: I want reinbursement for ALL ACCUMULATED POINTS.
Unable to claim rewards
I have recently written to Valued Opinions ABD was told that I can not claim my rewards as I do not have a driving license or a passport as ID. This requirement was not made clear to me upon signing up, if it had been u would not have wasting my time answering surveys and spending an hour online in a live focus group. I replied to the message asking why I was being discriminated against for never driven or left the county and they just ignored me. I know it will be possible to send my rewards in another manner.
Desired outcome: I want my rewards sent to me in Marks and Spencer Vouchers. I have earned them.

12/31/2022 only been with them a couple weeks added up nearly 40 dollars in survey and a lot of time. All of a sudden im doing surveys to the end of them and then told basically survey filled and I dont get credit even after I did the survey they sent me. Also upon trying to redeem my rewards they want all kinds of personal info to redeem which would lead to identity theft and scams. I dont kmnwo if I will get my rewards, still working on that. Going to file many complaints and would love to knwo how many people would want to go in on a class action suit against this company or know how to do that or where to go to find an atty that will do this. I think they need to be sued and held accountable for all the years of their scamming and theft by conversion by fraudulant activities.

Gift card
It's not allowing me to redeem my gift card keeps saying error and then it tells me my accounts under review but it's been longer than 72 hours . I wish this platform wasn't so difficult not only is the surveys always hard to get but now it's a problem with me cashing out the money.
This survey panel has to be more reliable than it's being. Hope they fix this problem for me so i dont have to discontinue participation

about 2 months ago after taking surveys with them for years they suspended my account. previously a couple of times my account was blocked , i had to write to them because there was no surveys available and i couldn't redeem my points. but after writing to them they just said be careful with your answers. now i always try my very best to give my honest anwers . i believe in honesty and always instilled that in my daughter. i like to give my opnions to companies about what i like and don't like. so i was extra careful. then like i said they told me my account was suspended. i was shocked i have 341 dollars still in there and they won't even answer my emails anymore. they are crooked, . i asked them for proof where i made errors or was inaccurate but no response. it took me many many hours to earn 341 dollars and they basically have stolen it from my account

Account suspended rewards unclaimable
I decided to cash in my rewards after earning £30 worth, but received an error message. Contacted Valued opinions to ask for help and received a reply to say my account was suspended. It said I could not have multiple accounts, which confused me because I only have one. On investigation however I discovered that I am signed up to another site owned by the same company, as I was sent a raft of invitations from filling in a single form for a whole host of survey sites. This was a genuine mistake, I had no idea. My account is suspended indefinitely for this and I cannot redeem my rewards
This is months of genuine hard work for nothing.
Desired outcome: I understand the account won't be reinstated but it is dishonest of them not to allow me to redeem the points I have earned as this was an honest mistake on my part

It's the worst site you'll see. They make fun of people. They laughed at me and stole my time. It's a liar. You can't get a refund. They suspend the account before you reach the desired grandfather.

This review is for Web Perspectives which like Valued Opinions is under the umbrella of Dynata Global UK Limited. I recently found that I cannot redeem any of my rewards, receiving the error code QSB0303-17. It looks like others who have encountered this code were suspended. I have not received any communication about suspension nor do I know why I would be suspended. I have nearly $400 in rewards that are now inaccessible. There is no way to contact Web Perspectives except a customer feedback form for which I have not heard back except for a generic "we received your message" email. My rewards are being held hostage and there seems to be no way of getting in contact with someone to resolve this.

Scam company
Same issue as hundreds of others have previously stated: generic email making accusations. Tons of time wasted and them Dynata shuts you down and refuses to pay. Dynata should be forced to allow all monies to be paid and have to give you at least a warning if you have anything they are claiming you did. Hundreds of people cannot just coincidentally have done the same things.
Account Blocked
I'd been with Valued Opinions for a few years. Then suddenly, my account was blocked. To make a long story short, I was given a generated listed of false accusations. There goes my $199.75. Not to mention the hours I'd spent. Wasted. Investigating, I found out they are a Dynata Company. I had two other survey places I wasn't hearing from either. Same story. They all belonged to Dynata. In total, I'd lost $330.00, plus over 300 points. I found out that Dynata is going by 17 survey names. Changed their name, twice. Moved most of their operations overseas to avoid taxes and regulations, etc. They are being sued for telephone solicitations. The worst, they are being sued by families who have lost their loved ones in a fire on the fourth floor of a building that Dynata owned in the Phillipenes. Twenty-eight or thirty-nine people died. They had been warned about the fire hazards, but did nothing. Their focus is cutting expenses to the bone and increasing profits.
Account suspension
I was a member of both erewards and valued opinions and both accounts stopped sending surveys together. Now valued opinions has suspended my account and not allowing me to redeem.i think they use the same parent company so my profile clashed and it is not my fault. People are receiving similar suspension emails just like I did. It is not fair. Please help
