Today I reached out to bed, Bath and beyond about an order I made and canceled. I wanted to reorder the product and use my rewards.
But when I called, the young lady helping me did not allow me to opportunity to so nor did she understand my dilemma. So I asked for a supervisor which she refused to comply. She refused to allow me the opportunity to speak without interrupting me, repeatedly. Also, I was trying to explain to her that the device I was using was not compatible to the information. She was giving me about taking the picture of my email and sending it to her. I tried repeatedly to express the fact that I was trying to comply to her request of taking a picture of the email that was sent to me and sending that email to her. She refuse to allow me to finish my statement and continue to interrupt me. and say the same thing over and over. Just take the picture and send it to me. She tried to tell me how to do that based on her device and email. I was able to comply to her request after using the information from my phone. I continued to try and inform her that our devices were different and I needed a moment. But she kept cutting me off. I understand, Her impatience and low tolerance was apparent by her tone. I replied this conversation should not be this difficult and may I say to a manager. She replied no one was on duty and I had to address her. I requested again to speak to a supervisor and was told everyone was in a meeting. I was trying to support a company I loved and patronized often and for many years. I was really disappointed on how I was treated and dismissed. I could've bought green curtains from Amazon, but I chose my favorite store and ran into this individual that could care less about good customer service nor the welfare of this company. I would like a call if that is possible.
Desired outcome: The desired outcome is to be allowed to explain what I would like to accomplish without being interrupted. Repeatedly.
