I am one of many Vietnamese victims of Tom Nguyên (pacific gate Development) . This is a scammer company and I don't know why they still work out there,
I agree with all victims above. What he did and the contract is different, he didn't finish the house as the contract, not pay late fee, not answer phone calls and delay the work when I refused to pay him the extra cost.
Also He asked for 10% last payment when the house just 60% done, I was refused to give him money and want to go to see lawyer, He said if I go to see lawyer My house will be there in next 2 years and not be done.
Please do not trust him, you will be next victims of him.

Why don’t you go seek legal advice? Don’t let him get away with it. Tom has done this to many VIETNAMESE people because he knows that the Vietnamese people are unwilling to seek further action due to legal fees
This man and his company have 24 lawsuits to their name. Perhaps a class action lawsuit against him should be sought.
I think it's about time for everyone to band together and make this public to the media.

You guys should form up a team of people who got scammed by these brother and sister team and file for a class action lawsuit. Can't let them running loose out there to keep on scamming and hurting other people.

Tom Nguyen, Jack Nguyen and Lynn Nguyen are all personally and professionally related and work together to lie and scam hard working citizens out of their money.

I'm also a victim of Tom Nguyen's dirty deeds. I am a previous tenant of his. I rented a small apartment from him and when I moved out he wouldn't give me back my security deposit. I fought for the return of my security deposit through the Residential Tribunal and won double my security deposit but he never paid me what the tribunal ordered him to pay. I out a lien on two of his properties but still am not getting my deposit back. He owes me $2000.
How do we go about making this public and exposing Tom and his shady ethics?

Although it is true that the individuals who run Pacific Gate Development Group are technically related to Ken, my partner; however, we are in NO WAY affiliated in any capacity whatsoever. TYKO Development and Pacific Gate Development Group are two completely separate entities with no shared shareholders. In fact, we have not been in contact with them for several years, professionally or personally.
We thank Olga Star for raising questions about our relationship with Pacific Gate Development so that we can go on the record to confirm that we have no active relationship or affiliation with this company and its individuals.

Would like to get together as much victims as possible to go against them. As we heard, Tom Nguyen has been disqualified from Homer Warranty since Dec 2019. Currently he is register under a different name and different company to operate another money grabbing construction business. It is not been confirmed and we would like to investigate further so we could stop them add on more victims. Please forward this message so we could get together to get to this guy / family!

That guy's company no longer have an active business license, in fact his sister has a development company called "Lyto Development Ltd." registered on May 16, 2018 and believe to continue the practice.
What a joke.
“LYTO” Development = Lynn & Tom. That’s not obvious is it? With the brains they have to run such a lucrative business they would have thought of a better name.
Meanwhile, their parents drive around in their Lexus acting like their big spenders sharing a single tall cup of Starbucks, and do alittle “helping themselves” or shoplifting as people call it at local produce stores.
You would think that after ripping people off of their hard earned money the parents could at least afford to pay for their groceries, I guess food just doesn’t taste good when they have to pay for it.

Hello everyone, my family is also Tom victim. He took all our last % of building money without finishing the house and not even pay to the material suppliers and labour. Now, the suppliers are keep chasing us because we dont pay as Tom and his company applied bankruptcy.
