I ordered 4 shirts online on December 8 for Christmas. They were supposed to be here 7-10 days. On day 10 when they did not arrive, we were told it was because of an ice storm in the midwest and they would NOT arrive in time for Christmas. Ok, wasn't happy, but what do you do? They were supposed to be here Jan. 3, but they did not. I called PacSun's customer service, who were the nicest bunch of know-nothing, don't give a crap about the customer, excuse making idiots I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with in my entire life! No one could explain to me why I hadn't gotten my package...even the "supervisor" Casey, that I spoke to. I told her I could have hitchhiked to MN from GA and gotten them myself in this length of time...she sat there silent! They did not offer me no sort of restitution at all, not even a 5 or 10% discount on this order or on my next order, but of course there won't be another one! Shirts finally came on 1/6, two days shy of a month after I ordered them! I will NEVER SHOP AT PACIFIC SUNWEAR AGAIN and I hope they go out of business!

I ordered some clothing online on special for an upcoming trip. After not receiving it, I tracked my order (completed via my Paypal account) and discovered it was delivered to an address in Indiana. I am located in New Hampshire. EVERY document I have regarding the transaction shows my correct delivery address, yet it was delivered half a continent away. After waiting almost 20 minutes on hold, and after being told that the "call would be monitored for satisfaction and I would complete a satisfaction survey AFTER the call", I spoke with a representative who insisted it was MY fault in that the shipping address in Indiana was what I put on the web order, she said I could receive a refund as a "one-time courtesy" in another EIGHT days, or they would re-send the order at that time (AFTER my trip). I told her to forget about it & just give me back my money. She ALSO said I could stay on for a "satisfaction survey, " which I was chafing at the bit for. Well, That never happened, as the phone went to a dial tone, depriving me of even THAT satisfaction... GRRRRR! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THEM!
Ive had the same thing occur. Not at PacSun but at another clothing retailer. They shipped it to the right place but the postal service somehow didnt and the company wouldnt even send another. Will keep this in mind though

I felt mad and attacked by those disgusting lady's Kim and Katie I'm 8 months pregnant and they laughed at me as I left eventually I had belly pain due to the stress they had given me SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIRE THEM ASAP OR I WILL FIND A WAY TO COMPLAIN EVEN IF ITS THE NEWS TO SHOW HOW PACSUN CANT PICK GOOD MANAGERS THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY
