Terrible customer service
Received someone elses address stamp. Emailed customer service and called TWICE with no response. Finally received correct stamp in the mail with no acknowledgement of the mistake. So, now I have someone elses stamp and I'm assuming they have mine with my information. Not very secure and disappointed that no one responded regarding the mistake.
Disappointing Experience with Paper Source: Wrong Item Received and Slow Customer Service Response
I recently made a purchase on Paper Source's website, papersource.com, for a 2021 desktop calendar in late December. I was looking for a simple calendar that cost less than $10. It took about a week to ship, but that wasn't a big deal to me if it arrived a few days after New Years. Finally, my package arrived, and the box seemed quite large and heavy for a small paper calendar. I opened it, and inside was a big, thick spiral-bound planner. No calendar. I was quite surprised and disappointed, so I immediately took photos and sent them to the customer service email address listed on the website.
However, FIVE BUSINESS DAYS (not including the weekend) went by without a response. I tried calling the customer service number in the evening, but the wait time meant I got cut off at the end of their business hours. I was quite frustrated and disappointed with the lack of response from their customer service team. I decided to call again during the afternoon and kept my phone on while I stayed busy with work. After THREE HOURS, I finally got to speak to a human. To his credit, he was very pleasant and sent me a refund and a shipping label for the planner within a few hours. But I can't believe that this was such a headache. Either customer service is horribly understaffed, or Paper Source is sending tons of other people the wrong items.
Overall, I was quite disappointed with my experience with Paper Source. While the customer service representative was pleasant and helpful, the fact that it took so long to get a response and that I received the wrong item in the first place was quite frustrating. I won't be using this website again, and I would caution others to be careful when making purchases from them.

Terrible Experience with Paper Source Holiday Cards: Poor Website, Customer Service, and End Product
I recently purchased some Holiday cards from Paper Source and I must say, it was quite a frustrating experience. I would not recommend using them. The process of designing the card was a complete nightmare. Every time I tried to upload a picture, the website would crash. It was so frustrating! After several attempts, I finally managed to get the design with the photos I wanted. However, when I went to add the saved card to my cart, none of the photos would display when I previewed it again to be sure. I had to reboot my computer and start over three times before I was finally able to get the design with the photos.
I tried emailing the company multiple times, but I only received one automatic response. I was not impressed with their customer service at all. When the cards finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that three of the six pictures were missing on the card and had blank spaces instead. I checked the card saved in my files online and the pictures were there. I decided to call their customer service to try and sort out the issue.
The first time I called, I was customer #25 in line. I waited patiently for my turn, but when I got to #18, they dropped my call after 20 minutes on hold. I was so frustrated! I called again later and was caller #10. However, after waiting for 10 minutes, they dropped my call again. I am now on hold again, caller #15, and it has been 16 minutes already. I have only moved to caller #12. I am not holding the phone, so I know I did not accidentally disconnect the call. They dropped my call, probably on purpose. This is not acceptable customer service.
In conclusion, I would not recommend using Paper Source for any of your card or stationery needs. The website is difficult to use, the customer service is terrible, and the end product is not up to par. Save yourself the headache and find another company to use.
Adorable Products, Terrible Online Ordering Experience: My PaperSource Review
This store has some of the cutest things I've ever seen, but let me tell you, ordering online is a nightmare. I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I ordered Gender Reveal cards online for my Gender Reveal dinner party, and I even paid an extra $30 to have them overnighted on a Wednesday so they would arrive in time. But when I called PaperSource on Friday to check on the status of my order, I was told that the cards still hadn't shipped. I was so frustrated, but at least customer service apologized and assured me that they would cancel my order since they didn't ship them in time.
But then, just three weeks later, I received a notification that the cards had shipped. I was so confused, but I received them the next day because they were still overnighted since the order was never cancelled. And to make matters worse, they still charged me for the overnight shipping even though it was three weeks after I made the purchase. I was so angry that I contacted support again, and they apologized and suggested that I drive to a PaperSource location and return the cards in-store. Can you believe that?
Honestly, I don't think I'll ever shop at PaperSource again. I'm still waiting for them to refund me the cost of the cards and the overnight shipping, and I'm not holding my breath. It's such a shame because they have such cute things, but their customer service is just terrible.
Poor Customer Service and Quality Control: My Experience with Paper Source
I recently designed and ordered some printed cards for my son's sixth birthday party from Paper Source. However, the day after I placed the order, I wanted to show the designs to my son but discovered that the card I designed and ordered does not appear in my account for them online. I was quite disappointed and decided to contact their customer service to see if they could help me out.
To my surprise, they told me that they do not keep images of designed cards for customers to view once ordered. I found this quite strange and frustrating, as I really wanted to see the design again. However, they did email me the front of the card, but to my dismay, it had a text error. I was quite upset about this because I know for a fact that the card I approved did not have this error. It was a spacing error, with one word on the wrong line when it fit on the line above it when I okayed it. You can see the word "Carpinteria" in the image they sent me below.
When I confronted them about this, they denied it. I was quite frustrated with their response, as I knew that the error was not my fault. To make matters worse, I received an email saying that the cards would be delivered on 9/4/18, even though the shipping I paid for said 8/31/18. This was the last straw for me, and I decided to talk to someone in customer service about all of these issues.
I requested to speak to a manager, but after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I asked if a manager could just call me back later that day when they had time. They said sure, but unfortunately, that call never came. I was quite disappointed with the lack of customer service I received from Paper Source.
Overall, I would not recommend Paper Source for printed cards. I have used Paperless Post for all online invites and loved them for printed ones too. It's a shame that they don't offer them anymore. I will definitely find a different company for online printed cards in the future, and I suggest you do the same.
Disappointing Experience with Paper Source's Online Service: Missing Envelopes and Slow Customer Service
I really like Paper Source, the store near me is great. So, I was excited to try their online service for some personalized Happy New Year's cards. I ordered the cards, matching envelopes, and return address labels. It took almost two weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did, the envelopes were missing, even though the paperwork inside the box said they were included. I contacted Paper Source, and the Customer Service Supervisor told me they had to review my order before they could send out the envelopes. I was surprised they couldn't just send them right away.
I called back the next day, and the woman I spoke to said she couldn't help me and didn't know what was going on with my order. I was getting frustrated. Finally, on the third day of calling, I was told that my order was still under review, and they might give me a small refund for my troubles. They said they would send me the envelopes, but it's been three days since then, and I still haven't received them. I can't send out my New Year's cards because the envelopes are a specific size that I can't find anywhere else.
I can't believe they didn't just send me the envelopes right away. I'm really disappointed. I was going to place a big order for a friend, but now I'm going to use a different company. Paper Source lost my business, and I'm sure they lost other customers too.
Terrible Experience with Paper Source: Poor Quality and Customer Service
I had a really bad experience with Paper Source. I ordered some return address labels and after I finished checking out, I got an error message. I thought that meant my order didn't go through, so I placed another one. But then I got two order confirmations. I emailed Paper Source's customer service department with both confirmations, but it took them a while to get back to me. When they did, they said I only placed one order. But then I got two packages in the mail, and one of them was all wet. The labels inside were ruined and I couldn't use them. I was really upset that I got two orders when I didn't want to, and the quality of the labels was really bad. The addresses were hard to read and looked blurry. I emailed their customer service department again and asked for a refund, but they said no. It took them a long time to respond to my emails and they wouldn't let me talk to a manager. I was so frustrated that I threw the labels away. But then two days later, they said I could return them for a refund. I spent almost $60 on something that I ended up throwing away. I can't believe how bad their customer service was. I've worked in customer service for a long time and I would never treat my customers like this. They never apologized or offered to make things right. I'm really disappointed in Paper Source and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Deceptive Marketing Tactics: Our Disappointing Experience with Paper Source
We decided to check out Paper Source's website to order some invitations. After selecting the invitations we wanted, we headed to the store to place our order. The salesperson who assisted us was helpful in customizing our invitations. They even asked if we wanted our return address printed on the envelope flap. We thought this was part of the custom order process, so we agreed. We received the receipt via email and were surprised to see that we were charged extra for the envelopes themselves, not just the printing. We spent extra time selecting envelopes that matched the invitation card stock, but we ended up with plain white envelopes. We were disappointed to find out that the website did not indicate that envelopes were not included in the invitation price. It was a bad and deceptive marketing tactic, in our opinion.
While browsing the website, we found some paper that we liked, and it was on sale. We purchased it along with a few other items. However, when we received the receipt, we noticed that we were charged full price for the paper. We were told that the sale was online only, but there was no indication on the website that the sale was exclusive to online purchases. It was another example of poor marketing.
We tried to cancel the envelopes for our invitations, but we were told that we would have to cancel the entire order. We went to the store to place the order because the website required us to select the font, font size, and spacing. We just wanted what was shown on the sample, but even the salesperson had trouble entering all the information. It was not an easy process, and we left feeling frustrated.
Overall, our experience with Paper Source was disappointing. We will not be shopping there again.
Disappointing Customization Experience with Paper Source: A Review
I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out with the outcome of my order from Paper Source. I went through all the steps to customize my Puppy announcement cards, thinking that I would get exactly what I wanted in the end. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
I have a few complaints, to be honest. I mean, I don't want to be that person, but I really hope that Paper Source can improve their services in the future.
First off, I wish there was a place to write a review. I should've known better than to use a service with no reviews to see how other customers enjoyed or didn't enjoy their experience. That being said, I will say that Paper Source has a pretty nice customizing tool that's easy to use. That's one of the reasons why I chose to go with them.
I even took an extra step to make sure that I would get the end product that I wanted. I took a picture of the product on my computer to ensure that it would be what showed up in the mail. I'm so glad that I did that, because what I received was not what I expected at all.
Another thing that I found really frustrating was the "Rush Service" that I paid for. I ordered the product on Thursday, but it wasn't even started until Monday. If I had known that "Rush Service" meant "whenever it is looked at," I definitely would not have used Paper Source's services.
And finally, I have to admit that part of this is my fault for thinking that I could trust Paper Source. I thought that they would come through on their end and that I wouldn't need to return the product or get my money back. I know that it says in the checkout that you can't get that feature in customizing, but now that I know that Paper Source messed up my product, I'm definitely going to tell everyone I know to steer clear of their services.
I'm not sure if Paper Source can or will make this right, but the 10% off and Rush Services that they offered me mean absolutely nothing when they messed up my customized product. And for an update, they should really have the package be trackable to the customer. When I called customer service to see where they were at in the process four days after ordering, the phone line took over 15 minutes and I was disconnected three times. And when I finally did get connected to someone, he was the rudest boy I've ever communicated with.
All in all, I don't think I'll be using Paper Source's services again.
Poor Customer Service Experience with Paper Source: Frustration and Disappointment
I recently had an experience with Paper Source that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. While the product itself was nice, the customer service I received was far from satisfactory. I have been trying to speak with a manager since March, but have yet to receive a call back. Even when I was promised a call back on June 1st, I still did not hear from anyone.
I initially placed my order at the end of February and went into the store to see the product. I was told that I would receive an email to order my envelopes online, but when I received a call from the plant, I was informed that this was not possible and had to pay an additional $50. I never received the email about my envelopes, so I called the store. I had to go back into the store because the envelopes they suggested were no longer available. I asked if there was any discount available, but was told I had to talk to the plant. Going into the store did not help me at all and ended up costing me a discount.
After this experience, I started calling management at the 800 number and spoke with Vince several times. He was able to get me a credit for the overcharge, but I still had not received a call from a manager. I talked to Lindsey several times and she said that the order was not placed online, but the envelope piece was done online. I just wanted a call from management to discuss my frustration and get a discount honored that was sent by Crate & Barrel for registering. I sent the email with the code, but it was not valid. I have been calling for months and it would be nice if they could honor it just for goodwill.
Overall, my experience with Paper Source was frustrating and disappointing. I would recommend Minted before using Paper Source again. I am still hoping for a call from Curtis or any manager that is working.
Paper Source Complaints 15
False and. Misleading marketing
We selected some invitations on the PS website and then went to the store to order.
The sakes person who helped us customize the invitation, then asked us if we wanted
Our return address on the envelop flap. We assumed this was part of ordering custom invitations. The receipt was sent to our email. When we got home and found the receipt,
We realized we paid extra not only for the printing on the envelopes but for the envelopes
Themselves! We sent done time on envelopes because we wanted a color that matched
The invitation card stock. The same color was NOT available in an envelope, which
One might expect with custom orders in a place with so many. Looks of paper and envelopes -- but we were just getting plain white envelopes. No where in the website
Is there any indication that envelopes are NOT included in the invitation price. Very
Bad and deceptive marketing I say.
Further, when online, I saw some paper I liked. All the paper was also onsale. I bought
Some with a couple other items and discovered at home looking at the receipt that I was
Charged full price. The store told me the sake was online only. But there is nothing
On the website header or by individual item prices that says on.ine only! Again,
Poor marketing!
We were not able to cancel the envelopes for the invitations unless we cancelled the
Entire order! We went in to the store to order because the website wanted to know font andsize of font and spacing etc. we just wanted what was shown on the sample, even the
Sales person had trouble entering all the info. Not an easy process! So, we left the order
But will never shop at PS again!
Never Again
To whom it may concern:
I am highly disappointed with the result of my product.
I took the extra steps to customize my Puppy announcement cards so I that I would like the final product.
I have more than one complaint. Not to be that person, but in hopes your services improve.
I first off wish there was a place to right a review. I should of known better not to use your services with no reviews to see how other customers enjoyed or did not enjoy your services.
However, what I can positively share, is that you have a nice customizing utilization that is easy to use. That is one reason, I went with your company.
Attached to this email you will see 2 photos.
That extra step in making sure I would get the end product is the photo you see where I took a picture of the product on my computer to ensure it would be what showed up in the mail.
I am so thankful I took that photo.
As you can see, in the second picture, that is not what was sent to me.
The other things I found very frustrating is the "Rush Service" I ordered this product on Thursday. It was not even started until Monday. If I had know Rush Service means "whenever it is looked at" I would have definitely not used your services.
Lastly... and part of my fault for thinking I could trust you, but, the fact that I thought you would come through on your end and not ever needing to return the product or get my money back.
I am aware that it states this in check out that you can not get that feature in customizing... but now knowing you have messed up my product puts my in the position to lead everyone I know who comes near your services, to steer clear.
I am not sure if you can or will make this right.
But the 10% off, plus Rush Services truly mean absolutely nothing when you jack the customized product.
Also... for an update...
You should really have the package be track-able to the customer.
I called in to customer services to see where you were at in the process 4 days after ordering and the customer service phone line took over 15 min and I was disconnected 3 times... when I was finally connected to someone... he was the rudest boy I have ever communicated with.
Never again.
Poor Customer Service and Inventory Management at Paper Source
I recently bought the 2020 Page A Day Planner from Paper Source on January 2nd. Unfortunately, the store was out of stock, so the salesperson kindly ordered it online for me and had it shipped to my home. However, on January 15th, I decided to check on the status of my order and was informed that it had been cancelled due to the item being out of stock. I was never notified about the cancellation in any way, and to make matters worse, I was not refunded my money.
When I called Paper Source to inquire about the situation, the representative on the phone told me that I needed to take my receipt to the store for a refund. This was frustrating because I didn't have a physical receipt, and the digital one was not provided. I had to take time out of my busy day to find my receipt, stop at the store, explain the situation again, and then have the refund processed. It was a hassle that could have been avoided if the company had communicated with me about the cancellation and refunded my money promptly.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Paper Source. It seems like the company has many issues with their inventory management and customer service. I hope they can improve their processes in the future to avoid inconveniencing their customers.

Disappointing Experience with Paper Source: Shipping Errors and Lack of Gift Wrapping Options
I was super excited to send my friend a personalized stamp for her engagement gift from Paper Source. However, I was disappointed with the shipping process. They got the shipping name incorrect, which caused a bit of confusion. Additionally, the gift note was placed at the bottom of the box, and my friend almost missed it completely. She didn't even know who the gift was from until she found the note.
To make matters worse, the items I sent were not gift wrapped. Instead, they just sent the gift wrap on the side with the items. I was under the impression that when they offered a gift bag with an item in my cart, they were offering to gift wrap it. However, this was not the case. It was quite disappointing to find out that they only offered a gift bag and not gift wrapping.
I even called the company to express my disappointment, but the customer service was poor. They only offered to refund me 25% off the $6 gift bag. It was not the resolution I was hoping for, and my friend even suggested that I let the company know about the issue.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Paper Source. While the personalized stamp was a great gift idea, the shipping process and lack of gift wrapping options left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve their customer service and gift wrapping options in the future.
Avoid Paper Source: Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays
I gotta say, I was pretty relieved when I searched up "papersource review" on Google and saw that I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience with these guys. I mean, I ordered some fancy invitations from them and they didn't even bother shipping them out on time, even though I called them up to double-check everything before I hit that "buy" button. And get this - they didn't even process my order until THREE WEEKS after I placed it! Can you believe that?
So, I was like, "screw this" and canceled my order. They told me I'd get my money back since it was their mistake, but then two weeks later, I got an email saying that "my order" had been shipped and they charged me the full amount. What the heck, right? When I called them up to complain, they said I had to return the stuff to get my refund. Like, seriously?
Honestly, if you don't want to lose your mind dealing with these guys, just steer clear of them. Trust me, it's not worth the headache.
Disappointing Experience with Paper Source Online Ordering - Not Recommended
I was on the hunt for something special to celebrate my parent's 70th wedding anniversary. My daughter-in-law, who is a wedding planner, suggested Paper Source. I was excited to check out their website and see what they had to offer. I placed my first order for invitations and was pleased with the timely delivery. However, I realized I needed more invites and decided to place another order.
I eagerly awaited my shipment, but to my dismay, it was sent back to the FedEx distribution center in an endless loop. I was frustrated and decided to call Paper Source to see what was going on. I spoke with Keith, who assured me that someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours. He also mentioned that he was processing my reprint. I waited patiently for a call back, but by Thursday, I hadn't heard anything. I decided to call back and speak with Keith again. To my surprise, he hadn't even started on my order and promised to put it in immediately.
Finally, on Monday, I received a call from a customer representative. She informed me that nothing had been done with my order and promised to process it and overnight it to me. I was relieved to hear this, but unfortunately, I didn't receive my order until Saturday. By then, the RSVP date had already passed. I was disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.
Overall, I would not recommend ordering from Paper Source online. My experience was a mess, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing. I have shared my experience with my friends and family, and I hope they take my advice and avoid Paper Source.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Paper Source: Christmas Cards Delayed and Unresponsive Support
I have to say, I am not impressed with the customer service at Paper Source. I ordered my Christmas cards on the day after Thanksgiving, and it is now December 15th and I still haven't received them. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times, both by email and phone, but it has been a real struggle. I even had to wait on hold for an hour before I could speak to someone on the phone. And when I finally did get through, the lady I spoke to assured me that my cards would be delivered today. But guess what? They're not here! I am so angry and frustrated right now. I can't even get through to them on the phone anymore, and when I check my order status online, it just says "IN PROCESS". What does that even mean? My order number is *** if anyone from Paper Source is reading this. I just want my Christmas cards, is that too much to ask? I chose Paper Source because I had a good experience with them last year when I ordered through paperless post, but this year has been a nightmare. I really hope they can make this right and get my cards to me ASAP. Nobody should have to deal with this kind of terrible service during the holidays. I just want a refund and my cards, is that too much to ask?
Poor Customer Service Experience with Paper Source for Address Stamp Order
I recently received an address stamp as a gift from Paper Source, but unfortunately, there was a small mistake made during the ordering process. The home number was supposed to be 1771, but it was submitted as 1171. It's strange because the correct mailing address was provided, but the mistake still happened. I understand that this was a mistake on the order entry, but it seems unreasonable for a company not to review orders and check for mistakes.
I reached out to customer service hoping for some sympathy, especially since this was a gift. You would think that given the small dollar amount and the fact that they should have caught such a small error, they would be willing to help. However, I was disappointed to find that they were not sympathetic at all. They informed me that they do not review any orders, and everything goes straight to production after clicking submit. They are just middlemen.
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and will never use Paper Source again. I also will not recommend them to anyone. This is why Amazon is thriving - they have excellent customer service and are willing to help their customers when mistakes happen.
Terrible Customer Service and Flawed Printing Process at Paper Source
Terrible customer service, I must say. I ordered some envelopes from Paper Source and they were printed incorrectly. I had to wait for over two weeks to receive the new ones, and I had to call their customer service several times to follow up on my request. The representatives were quite rude and unhelpful, and they didn't seem to know anything about my reprint request.
To make matters worse, I had paid for express shipping, but I still had to wait for weeks to receive the correct envelopes. When I finally got them, I noticed that they had been printed with two zip codes on them. I had already warned them that the excel spreadsheet deletes 0's from the beginning of zip codes, so 4-digit zip codes were printed on the envelope. Unfortunately, nobody at Paper Source seemed to have read my message or called me to clarify the issue.
When I called customer service to discuss these problems, they treated me like I was the one who had made a mistake. They didn't take any responsibility for their error, and they didn't even offer an apology for taking so long to respond to my request and my phone calls.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with Paper Source. Their customer service was terrible, and their printing process was clearly flawed. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants reliable and efficient service.
Disappointing Experience with Paper Source: Issues with Online Ordering and Customer Service
I recently had an experience with Paper Source, an online shopping company, and I have to say, it was quite frustrating. I placed an order for several items and received a confirmation that my purchase had been successful. A few days later, I was informed that my order had been shipped. However, two days after that, I received another email stating that one of the items I had ordered was not available. I was confused because if the order had already shipped, how could an item be missing?
To make matters worse, I only received one item from my order, and the FedEx tracking link provided by Paper Source showed that although a shipping label had been created, no package had been received for shipment. I tried to contact their customer service team through multiple emails and two phone calls, but it was a lengthy and frustrating process. They offered me a 20% refund for the items that had been shipped but not received, even though they had no evidence that anything had actually been shipped.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Paper Source. It seems like they have some issues with their online ordering and shipping process, and their customer service team could use some improvement. I would advise others to avoid online dealings with this company to save themselves from any potential headaches.
Delayed Delivery and Lack of Communication: My Experience with Paper Source
I wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase from Paper Source. It's been almost four weeks since I placed my order online, and I still haven't received my cards. The holidays have already passed, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them now. I might have to contact Paypal or VISA and ask for a charge-back since this business isn't fulfilling orders. They said they would notify me if there were any problems, but I haven't heard anything from them. The cards I ordered are now listed as "Out of Stock" on their website, so I'm guessing there is a problem.
I've tried emailing customer service twice with my order information, but I haven't received a reply. It's frustrating because I really wanted these cards, and I don't know what's going on with this company. It seems like something's not right.
Update: Finally, after waiting for what felt like forever, they contacted me and apologized for the delay. They asked if I wanted to cancel my order, but since the intended use of the cards was long past, I decided to keep them. It was about 7-10 days ago when they contacted me, and today I finally received the cards. It's been almost two months since I placed my order, but I guess they can serve as late "New Year's" cards. I'm not sure if I would have gone through the hassle of returning them and getting credit. It would have been a nightmare.
Overall, I'm not sure if I would order from Paper Source again. The delay and lack of communication were frustrating, but at least I finally received my cards. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Paper Source's Customer Service and Order Handling
I recently made a purchase on Paper Source's website for 40 Christmas cards. However, when my package arrived, I was disappointed to find that I only received 4 individual cards. Naturally, I called their customer service to inquire about the missing items. The representative apologized for the mistake and assured me that I would receive the rest of my order the following week.
To my surprise, I received a call from Paper Source just three days later, informing me that my order had been canceled due to an error on their website. Apparently, they had mistakenly advertised a single card as a "set of 10 letterpress cards." I was understandably frustrated and asked to speak to a manager. Unfortunately, the manager simply repeated the same apology and informed me that my order had been canceled.
Feeling upset, I asked if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. The manager offered me a 10% discount on future purchases, but when I inquired about buying more of the Christmas cards, I was told that they were no longer available. At this point, I decided to return the 4 single cards I had received. However, when I requested a prepaid return slip, I was told that it was not something they usually do.
As a customer, I was disappointed with the way Paper Source handled my order. It's frustrating to receive only a fraction of what you paid for, and even more so when the company cancels your order due to their own mistake. While I appreciate the gesture of a discount, it's not very helpful when the product is no longer available. And when it comes to returns, I believe that a company should make it as easy as possible for their customers, especially when they've made a mistake.
Overall, I don't think I'll be purchasing from Paper Source again. While their products may be of good quality, their customer service and handling of orders needs improvement.
Customer Service
I shop at the location on 7th Avenue in Park Slope. On Black Friday, November 26, 2021 I witnessed cashiers ask for the email addresses of the two customers ahead of me, both are white women. When it was my turn to be checked out the cashier just began scanning and right before totaling I ask, "Would you like my email address as well?", noticibly taken aback the cashier studdered "Oh, oh yes of course". Clearly some implicit bias training is needed at this location. I will no long be shopping at Paper Source
Desired outcome: Implicit bias training for their staff
Customer service and delays
Beware!!! Do not use them for your save the date or wedding invitations. Here was my experience based on trying to order 30 save the date invites for my wedding: -I had to keep following up regarding status. I received excuses. -The local store told me to contact customer service. Isn't this a service they need to provide if they realize they are not...

I beg you guys not to ever use this service, it will make you crazy.
The website is very glitchy and buggy, so if you use them for designing your cards, invitations or whatever else, be prepared to waste the whole day on it.
It's easier to hire a professional who will do it for you and will take less money.
I spent two days trying to upload and to design our invitations, nothing worked out because the website was constantly down. I thought that maybe I had problems with connection, but I didn't. On the next day, I decided to try again and everything was the same. I then just dropped everything and called a designer.
