jI had an extremely disappointing experience at the Paul Mitchell Salon in Brooklyn Mall. About a week ago, I made an appointment to have an INOAR Brazilian blowdry. When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken over for my hair to be "inspected" and subsequently was informed that the salon just ran out of the product a few minutes ago, but they can offer me another treatment that would be cheaper.
I found it hard to be believe that a Paul Mitchell salon could suddenly "run out" of a product and surely, they cannot be this unprofessional? Why not give me, the client, a call to give me the option of rescheduling my appointment instead? Not once was I offered an apology or a simple "I am sorry". Instead, I was offered a treatment that was "cheaper" but would only last one month. When I declined the "cheaper" treatment explaining that I specifically booked the INOAR treatment irrespective of costs, I was only then asked if I rather to reschedule my appointment or otherwise I will have to wait 30min-45mins, so that they can drive over to the Woodlands store to go get the products.
This is truly unacceptable and unprofessional.
