Their merchandise is super cute and their material is high quality! The company always has good deals and considering COVID they ship their items out in a timely manner! Their costumer support is super helpful and their website is easy to use! Ps: their seasonal items are the cutest!

They have so many cute options starting for yourself to your fur babies!? Their products have amazing quality! My favorite product from them is their Long Sleeve “Saving Dogs Is cool” in black! It Sends out the perfect message! Anyways I can go on about this brand but I’m gonna finish this off by saying that if your thinking twice about making a purchase, Just do it! I just heard about Pawz when my grand daughter completed her Christmas wish list. I ordered her several items some not on her list. After the first order arrived and I saw the quality of the clothing, I placed a second order. Two items were returned for exchange in size. The return process couldn't be easier. If you have questions they have a phone number and a person actually answers quickly. I was very pleased with my transactions with this company. I am sure I will order again. Not to mention PAWZ donates 10% of net profits to no-kill animal shelters. If you are a dog lover this is the place to shop.

I purchased over $200 worth of merchandise from Pawz in February. It all arrived to me within a week of placing the order. The customer service team was quick to respond to questions and the quality of the merchandise was great. I still recommend Pawz & think they make items that are perfect for gifts. The lanyard I got was durable but broke earlier this year (undoubtedly due to my rough use daily). The bracelet I received is really cute & my absolute favorite shirt is the long sleeve. All of the shirts fit to size and are very comfortable. The designs aren’t fading, either after all this time. The best part is their dedication to help no kill shelters.

I have made many purchases through this company and it has always ended with a positive experience. All of their clothing is great quality and I've even bought a few things for my dog which we love! They are always offering discounts and deals. I have experienced returns and exchanges with the company and all are handled in a timely fashion. I did have an issue with one order where it took multiple months to ship but I reached out to their customer service team and they were able to provide updates for me on the products. They even offered another product when they were sadly out of one of their items. I love their products and will continue to purchase from them!

Awesome customer service! I ordered 4 hoodies for Christmas (2020). I ended up needing them shipped to different addresses (it was complicated). I reached out to customer service and asked about changing my shipping info. Not only were they happy to change the shipping, they did not charge extra for the separate shipping. Despite the crazy busy season, everyone doing much more online shopping, and my address change the hoodies arrived in time for Christmas and are now my sister's and my mom's favorite thing to wear. The hoodies were great quality and the colors were just gorgeous. Absolutely love this company and I plan on making many more orders in the future. This company is doing it right ?

I've ordered at least 3 separate orders from Pawz. (Maybe 4..). LOVE the quality of their clothes! One time I ordered a mystery t-shirt and a mystery tank top. The tshirt was a perfect unisex XL but the tank was in a ladies xl size. Welll...my fat but wasn't even about to try on the ladies xl tank because I didn't want to hurt my feelings LOL! So I contacted customer service, ready and willing to send the tank top back. They immediately reissued a tank in the unisex size and told me I could donate it and that's exactly what I did! I will definitely be ordering more as soon as my husband is used to seeing the logo and won't notice anything new (shhhhhh!). LOL! Definitely 5 stars on clothing AND customer service!

I placed an order with Pawz over four weeks ago, and initially was patiently waiting for an email stating my order had been shipped. Just after three weeks, I emailed them the first time inquiring about my order. After a few emails back and forth (them apologizing and telling me they would take care of it) they then told me one item would not be restocked. I selected a new item and expected everything would be shipped the following day. That was wrong. Now, after 32 days, and several emails to them, I am no closer to them sending my order. I ordered these items as a birthday gift for my wife (which was last week) so I am going to wait it out a bit longer, but I will never purchase from them again. They are certainly nice with their responses, but their customer service is the worst I have dealt with.

LOVE THIS COMPANY! The product is so well made, washes well, holds up and is comfortable to wear. PLUS they give back to the fur baby community! During the 2020 holiday season, every business had delivery issues because of the United States Post Office. THEY WROTE ME and told me that my items had shipped but would probably be later than expected due to the delivery infrastructure. After reading these reviews, I am so sad that people had no grace towards this business because let's face it...2020 was such a crazy and difficult year for small businesses wondering if they would be able to sell or close down because of the crazy government mandates. This is such a great business to do business with and to support. AND we MUST start using our AMERICAN DOLLARS to help save this country's economy. Thank you PAWZ!

I placed an almost $300 order with Pawz. I was so excited to purchase some shirts as they are super cute as well as to support a great cause. It’s been over a month now and I’ve been in contact with their customer support team now several times. Each time they promise they are looking into the cause for delay and then promise to contact me again (I have to contact them as I don’t hear back promptly). It’s been over a month and my status still says it’s in their shipping department. This is a large order and a great deal of money spent. I’m not sure why you can’t talk to a live person nor will they deliver what they promise. I’m very disappointed as I still have no items and no answers as to when they might ship. They haven’t even offered to re-submit the order and or reimburse me. I’m desperate to get some proper attention as this has been horrible customer service & care!

Ordered 3 tshirts 6/9. Have had several chat conversations about my order which has still not shipped. It’s now 7/15. I am told the same story about issues with production due to Covid, however in reading the complaints here ( wish I had researched prior to ordering) I see they were not quick to ship prior to the pandemic. Since my order had not yet shipped , I requested a refund and am now being told it’s too late to refund my money as my order is in production. What does this mean? If they are having issues with production do I have to wait for a vaccine to get my tshirts? They give no indication on their website that they are having issues and shipping would be delayed. Had I read that I would not have placed an order. They also disabled the ability to leave a review on their website. If I could I would warn others. I will never buy from them in the future and I recommend you think twice!

I have ordered from Pawz several times. They have awesome specials and promos all the time. I used buy 2 items get one free to get 3 super comfortable and cute sweatshirts. The black and white tye dye sweatshirt was my favorite but I also got a grey champion hoodie & a black and grey one ! They are by far my favorite sweatshirts. I also ordered three short sleeves! My favorite t shirts I own! So comfortable and the color lasts forever ! They have great customer service, I always recieved my items super quick, and they give you a free sticker every order ! I also LOVE how they donate 10% of every order to no kill shelters! That's a huge reason I love supporting them. My most recent purchase was the charcoal varsity matching quarter zip and joggers, & a long sleeve tye dye shirt. I just ordered so it should be here anytime. I was also able to use a promo for 30% off new arrivals on that order ! Overall, Pawz is just a great company with super cute, comfy, & long lasting clothes. I love them so much !

They even have one of their common messages thanks for supporting ASPCA for animals! I don’t think they are even connected to them at all. Pawz needs to be investigated ASAP! I will also be contacting the ASPCA and letting them know. How sad for a company to use dogs to scam people out of money. Now I have to call my CC company. I have sent 3 messages to their customer service team and have not received one reply. The first two messages were asking for a simple update to my order and wondering where my order was in the shipping process. The only thing I received was an automated response telli by me they received my message and not to send another message. I sent the message on 12/30 and received the automated response on 12/31. I waited until after the holidays to see if they would message me and nothing, of course. I sent another message on 1/5 and told them to cancel my order and give me a full refund. I am upset with the lack of customer service and the diligence. I would rather find different gifts than continue waiting for these sweatshirts with no end date in sight. Seriously disappointed and 0/10 would not recommend. I will just go to a local shelter to donate instead of waste my time and money with this business again.

We’ve emailed and tried contacting countless times and been told that they were attempting to get all returns handled by the end of last week, we were very understanding and patient due to all going on even after one customer service rep completely stopped emailing us back regarding the matter before resolving it and having to jump through hoops to get them to even respond, now it’s April 7th and we still have yet to get anything back. I’m extremely disappointed because I LOVED the sweatshirt, it was just the wrong size, but they handle customer service extremely poor and I wish I would have seen these reviews before asking him to order. Hoping our bank can resolve this when we report it since this is looking like they just stole our money and aren’t going to send us the item we ordered. ?

Don't order from this company. Long version: I was really excited to order from this company as a first time "dog mom" - what a disappointment. I placed an order on June 17th, didn't hear anything for a week so checked in on the order status, at which point the customer service rep sent me the tracking link and said it would update within 24-48 hours. I gave it 4 days (3 business days) to update - and still nothing. I emailed customer service again, they say'd they'd check and provide an update. Five days go by, I email again and customer service says they're making it "top priority" and getting an update. I emailed again the next day (a Saturday) and asked them to provide an update by Monday. Customer service responds same day and confirms they will get an update by Monday. Well - Monday came and went 3 business days ago. I asked them on Tuesday how to cancel the order. No answer. The tracking information still indicates that the package hasn't been shipped and now I'm just cutting my losses. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they've refunded my money (which is the only reason this is a Review and not a formal ComplaintsBoard.com complaint). Do Not Order from Pawz!

3 stars because of several things: I ordered one Hoodie (the Burnt orange fall design) on October 3rd. Shipping on the website says 1-2 business days. I expected not to have a shipping label created for about four days. No big deal! I emailed them Oct 8 because I still hadn’t received any tracking number or “order processed” confirmation. The reason they get 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is because of the prompt response from Caleb *** stating he would process the order immediately. Apparently they outsource their products and have to wait for a week to receive the items in order to print designs on them, and THEN ship them out. Understandable, but still ridiculous. This was then followed by a no projected delivery for four days. I live in ***. I’ve never had an issue with products being shipped all over America, and this company shipped from Ohio, to Illinois, to Colorado, to Nevada, to Oregon, then finally to Seattle WA. My projected delivery as of three days ago was Saturday Oct 17. I haven’t received it, and since it’s Sunday(Oct 18), I still won’t receive it until Monday or Tuesday next week! You mean to tell me that a company that offers 5 day shipping, has now taken 20+ days to ship ONE item?! I get things happen, and COVID is still an issue, but this has been a ridiculous purchase process and I’m not sure I will be purchasing from this company again. If I see better shipping reviews, then I’ll consider it because I like the mission statement of the company. This has just been ridiculous. Im not even excited about my hoodie anymore, And that sucks.

I received an email on March 25th that my order was shipped, and when I checked the tracking # it says the a shipping label was created, *** is awaiting item. To this day that is still what it says. My order was for my one daughters birthday in April, and my other daughter for Mother's Day. I contacted them many times without a response from Pawz. and when I was able to get through the help center, they would tell me that they would forward my information to *** because they were the ones that dealt with this. They did not message me back no matter how many times I contacted them. My daughter also tried with no help. I told them that I wanted my order, or my money back,and again nothing. I do have all my messages I sent them. Very,very poor customer service. I also tried to call them and the message said it was not taking calls. $313.68 is a lot of money, they have my money and I have nothing. This has been an upsetting and frustrating 3 months trying to get my order or money back.

I purchased 2 shirts through a promotion. I paid for the entire order (2 shirts). I received only 1 shirt but was not refunded money. I would like the other shirt to be sent to me or a refund. I just want to be made whole again and either get my money back or the shirt owed to me, but no one will respond to me.
I have tried multiple times to contact Pawz for incorrect quantity of items shipped (I ordered 2, charged for 2 for a total of $50, and received only 1.) I have also made many attempts to contact this company for an order placed but not fulfilled to the tune of more than $100.
I ordered the sweatshirt that was too large for my wife. I ordered it two weeks before Christmas, and it arrived a week after Christmas. I wasn't too happy about that either. Because of the size I wanted to return the sweatshirt. On the pause website under returns there was a tab where you could print a prepaid shipping label, next you would click on continue, and you get an error message saying "invalid object bad request: invalid returning items". And that is as far as it went. I have tried emailing the pawz.com website several times but they are non responsive. They do not list and address nor do they list a telephone number. My suggestion is buyer be aware. It appears I am stuck with a T-shirt that is too big and is too late for Christmas.

I have reached out numerous times and have had no response. I have never had an issue with this company before. I ordered 2 sherpa zip jacked and received them early, which was awesome, however the main zipper as well as the left pocket zipper was fuzzed in the same areas on both jackets, therefore the jacket was unusable. I received my package on 5/8- I sent an email on 5/8, 5/11 with no response. I sent another email on 5/13 and got a "your request has been received and is being reviewed" email and that was it. Its 5/18 now and I haven't heard back. I also reached out on *** both in the comments section as well as a direct message and nothing. I also sent a message through the website chat that said they would respond to it by Monday 5/18 and guess what... nothing. This is not what I paid for and i'm very upset. Ive done everything in my power to get this resolved only to be ignored. I was initially going to do a return because I didn't find the exchange area right away, however once I did find the exchange, the website would not let me input for the change of these 2 items.

I made a purchase with this company on 11/30. It didn’t ship until 12/12. A week beyond what was advertised during purchase. The package was received on 12/17. It has not tracked (as of today) for FIFTEEN days. I knew the *** is over logged so I waited. I have ordered items since then that have shipped from further away that I have already received. I have contacted this company on several occasions requesting a refund. It was shipped with priority mail and insurance or $100 per the post office. They refuse. They also refuse to answer my questions when I asked them for their mailing address in order to file a claim myself or for assistance in getting a refund or when I asked them for a phone number when I asked for a number to call and speak to a person directly. They now have had my money for over a month and I still have no product and no assistance.

I ordered a hoodie from Pawz on 4/27, order number ***. I received an order confirmation on 4/27 that my order was received. I paid $46.50 for the hoodie on 4/27. I waited until 6/1 and never received my item so I emailed the company asking where my item was. They responded back that the item i ordered was no longer available and I could get a refund or pick a different item with the same or lesser value. I requested a refund and they gave me a link to do so. After several email exchanges I attempted to get my refund through their link but I was unsuccessful and again asked for a refund be made manually by the company. I was told on 6/12 they would need 3-5 business days to process the refund. I asked again on 6/24, 8 business days later, where my refund is. Now they are saying they are not going to refund my money and the order has been moved into production. However, they have claimed several times the item isn't available. I would like a full refund of $46.50, since I have never received the item or a refund in nearly 2 months of waiting. I have screenshots of my entire email conversation.

For Christmas, my mother ordered $172 worth of merchandise for me. She placed an order on Nov 29th. I received the clothing on Christmas, which 3 of the shirts do not fit. I placed an order with Pawz 3 weeks ago. I have been charged just short of $100 to my credit card but my items have not yet been shipped. I have reached out to customer care numerous times with no response. They do not have a customer service phone number on their website, only an email address and a chat service that is not live, just auto sends you a message saying customer care will contact you later. None of my concerns Have been addressed and I have not been told when my package will arrive. I have asked for the status, what’s going on, what could be the hold up, etc, no communication with an actual human. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and I even asked for a refund, and I was point plant auto replied not to send any more messages as this delays the response time. This customer service is ludicrous! I want to talk to a human being! Wrap up my package, put it in the mail, or give me my money back! I will NEVER order from this company again. Hello, I have been a loyal customer of Pawz for a few years now without issue and adore the company. However, recently I made a larger purchase on Nov 30 and still not received my items or confirmation of my order being shipped. There is no customer service number to call, just and online chat that states they will respond in a few hours. I have reached out via chat multiple times, the first of which only receiving an automative messages. After reaching a few more times due to not receiving any further response about a week ago I received a response with a tracking # and staying there is delays, which I understand. However, the usps tracking # still just shows that a pre- shipment label was created on dec 15 and still awaiting items. On the Pawz site it is still showing my order as unfulfilled. The money for my order was taken out immediately, however as I write it's Dec 30 and as stated previously my order was place on Nov 30 and I still have not received any confirmation of it being shipped.

II needed the items for my Christmas gifts to nieces. I also file a grievance with ***. Rather than addressing the grievance on ***, the company waited 5 days, then emailed me saying the order could be canceled on 12/22. Shortly after, a new email, signed by another employee, state that the order was processing and could not be cancelled. The order was confirmed but never processed or shipped until 5 days after I cancelled the order on 12/23. They shipped a cancelled order that was in dispute with *** 6 full days after I requested cancellation. I communicated with this company from 12/5 to 12/23 and yet, instead of communicating with me or with pay pal, they ignored my complaint and shipped it, knowing full well it was cancelled and it would be unacceptable. Now, I have to return the items and I dont know if they will actually give me my money back, despite the fact that they were the ones who shipped a cancelled and contested

I purchased almost $100 worth of clothing from their company on 12/19. Their website of course says what every other website says and to expect delays due to increase demand etc. What they do not state is that once you place your order you will wait multiple weeks before they even ship it, and they will not respond to any of your attempts to contact them. It says on their contact message that they strive to ship things within 24 hours but they have had a lot of orders so expect up to a couple of days. It says after 48 hours if you have not received shipping confirmation reach out again. My first message was 7 days ago. They never responded to that. My next message was 5 days ago. No response to that either. My third attempt to contact them was 1 day ago and they still have not responded. So not only do I not have my items I paid for I have no way to contact them to cancel or refund my order at this point. They have no problem promoting their items constantly through email and text message though. They run sales all the time but yet they can’t even keep up with current orders. I’m horrified at what terrible customer service this company offers.

I reached out to them Dec. 22nd inquiring about the status of my order because I had not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. They explained to me shipping was behind and told me they would ship it out the next day if I still wanted me items or if I wanted to cancel my order and be refunded I could do that. I decided to go ahead with my order since I was told it would be shipped out the next day. It is now Jan. 7th, 2021, and I have YET to receive my items or get a notification that they were shipped. I have emailed the company multiple times. Reached out via *** & *** multiple times. I finally got a response on Jan. 4th with a long explanation about how awful shipping is and how it's delayed and to be patient. I understand delays in shipping but don't tell me you're shipping my items the next day and then not do it. I told them if they are shipping my order to do it immediately or if not, they need to cancel it and I need to be refunded. Of course, I have gotten ZERO response back. It's been three days. The customer service is AWFUL and clearly, they do not care about their customers at all.

I placed an order with Pawz on November 27th for 5 items, December 14th I was starting to get worried because I was yet to get any confirmation email or shipping info so at that time I emailed the company because that’s the only method of contact that’s available with them, they responded to my email and stated that the order was shipped after seeing my email and provided me with a tracking number via usps. A few days later I checked in on the tracking information only to find it was sent to the wrong post office labeled as Missent. I proceeded to email pawz to find out if they had any information concerning the packages and received no response I went onto social media hoping to get a response there and again no response, I waited a few more days now knowing I won’t receive my packages that were meant to be Christmas gifts in time so I sent another email linking the previous ones and no response. I contacted the *** helpline they stated the package shows no info other than it’s in *** which is where the company is located im in *** and that they would follow up with me. Today 01/02 I received another call from the post office stating there’s no info on the package to contact the company (Pawz) as well as the local *** post office.

My order was confirmed and I was charged for the order however over 2 weeks later I have not received a shipment confirmation and when I try to track the order it says it is not yet shipped. On the website it says that shipping is 2-5 days and I understand that shipping durations may be longer due to the season but my order has not even been shipped or even a label made yet. I have tried reaching out to Pawz on multiple platforms including many chat messages on their website, emails, Facebook Messenger and Instagram every day for the past week and have yet to receive a response. This order consisted of Christmas gifts for 4 people and I don't know if I am going to have to make plans to buy them other things in case the order comes late or doesn't come at all. I would have placed another order as well but I was afraid that I wouldn't have been able to get ahold of anybody to get a refund. It is also frustrating to see them still sending me promotional emails and posting on social media and emailing me to tell me I left stuff in my cart when I was trying to decide if I should replace the order or not. I will never be buying from this company again and I just want the products I ordered and paid for.

I have made two purchases from this company. My biggest issue is trying to get the first one rectified. I ordered several things on my first order-one of which I was sent the incorrect size-no big deal. But I have reached out via email twice, *** messenger twice, and the support team 3 times to find out what needed to be done to get the correct size I ordered. There still has not been a resolution. Customer service still has not contacted me in any regard to get this rectified. I just want the item in the size I ordered. There is no phone number to call and no other way to get ahold of anyone. This is terrible customer service. I'm incredibly disappointed. Delays are expected with COVID-19, but not even being able to get ahold of an agent to even start the process of getting it rectified in a week is ridiculous. I had high hopes for this company. I wanted to love it. And I did, until I found out how incredibly lacking the customer service is. The second order the shipping is taking a while to go out. Almost at 2 weeks which the website warns. Per the support representative, she submitted the request to change the sizes I ordered as per request, but quite frankly, given the experience I've been having, I'll be surprised if I even get those items at all, much less in the new requested size. I've lost much faith in this company which is very disappointing as they donate profit to animal shelters and I have a lot of respect for companies like that.

This has been the biggest joke of an ordering experience. Timeline below: 6/16 Order placed 6/25 asked about status of order, I was told that I would receive tracking in 48 hours. 6/26 they emailed me again going back on their word, saying my ordered would be delayed a week. 7/5 I asked for status of my order, they told my the shipping label has been created. 7/12 I asked for status of my order, they said they’re running behind and it should be sent out that week. 7/18 I asked for an update, they told me the reason my order is behind because the bandanna I ordered was out of stock. I said pick any bandana I do not care just get my order out by 7/20 or I’m cancelling. 7/22 I said what is the deal with my order, at this point I don’t trust they are donating any money and don’t trust them to refund my order. I should have ordered fall clothes at this point. They NOW said the tank top I ordered is recently out of stock and that is the reason my order is late. The tank top should have been put in the box back in June, when it was in stock. Now they’re apologizing for lack of communication and what not. There’s nowhere to leave a review, no phone number just a “bot”. Is there proof of their donations? Is there a rep in this page that can physically call me instead of emailing back in forth for months on end? My first time ordered and will be me and my friends last time ever batting an eye at this “organization”. My label is sitting “printed” but no tracking at all, what a waste of money.

I placed and order with pawz on 4/17 for a sweatshirt. immediately after placing the order I realized it was the wrong size and per instructions in the confirmation email I emailed them right away (maybe 2 minutes later) asking to change the size from small to medium. Then I was directed to online chat when I was told she would put in a request to change and I would here back within 24hrs. On April 20 I still hadn’t heard anything so I sent another email and then chat with a representative again. I explained that this was a gift so I wanted to make sure the size adjustment was caught before the item shipped. She then assured me again they would take care of it and even said she would mark it “urgent” and have them contact me again within 24hrs. I confirmed my email, Ofer number and even gave my phone number. Still heard nothing so on April 22 I sent yet another email and then chat with another representative explaning my concerns. I asked her to just return the item and I would repurchase it. She was very apologetic and said “I will request the refund and again mark it urgent. Great problem solved so I thought. Then the very next day I receive an email “Order has shipped” wait.. what? Not only did they ship the order I canceled they still shipped the wrong size. And no attempt to contact me directly. So I sent yet another email... now it’s April 28 still no contact from pawz. I even messaged them privately on FB.. nothing... no response at all! This was a gift sent directly to the recipient. I did everything they asked me to do per the website instructions and now I have no options because I they won’t even acknowledge any of my attempts to contact them and fix the issue before it even shipped.

I placed an order with this company on April 28, order# ***. I contacted them via their website chat session on May 4 at 4:35pm. I was communicating with their employee ***. I was advised by *** that my order had not been shipped as of yet. At 4:38pm on May 4th I requested my order to be cancelled. At 4:39pm on May 4th, *** E advised that he personally could not cancel the order, but he would forward my request to ***, their customer service associates to cancel my order. I reiterated at 4:39pm "whatever needs to happen. Just cancel." *** advised at 4:40pm that he was "noting in their system." *** verified my contact information and at 4:41pm he advised that he would forward my request after our chat. At 4:43pm*** closed our chat session. My order was never cancelled and I never received my money back. This company shipped my order on May 8, 4 business days after I asked and was advised that my order would be cancelled. I received a shipment on May 15th. This order was for a Mother's day gift and was obviously not needed after Mother's day as a new present was purchased from a different company. I have attempted contact with this company on several occasions, May 15th, May 16th, May 19th, May 22nd and today, May 27th via email/chat sessions to obtain information as to why my order was not cancelled and why I have not received my money back from them. To date, May 27, I have not received a response from this company. NOTHING! On their website it states that they will respond within 2 hours. They cannot claim due to Covid-19 that they could not respond to me any sooner, otherwise they should have adjusted their time frame in regards to replying to questions. This whole experience has been frustrating and a major inconvenience.

I placed an order with Pawz on May 19. It is now June 4, and I still have not received it. I've gone online to the Pawz website to "chat" with a member of their customer service team (as it is impossible to reach them by phone, being that they have no phone number to call) and have been told 1) that an item I ordered is no longer available 2) to pick a replacement item (which I did) and 3) that the order would be shipped out the day that I told the person I was chatting with ***) what I wanted in place of the original item ordered. It has been 3 days now since that interaction, the items I ordered have STILL not shipped even though I've been told twice that they have. I know this because I've been in contact with *** (the carrier they use) and they have told me twice over the phone today that a label has been created for my order (it was created on may 27, so 9 days ago) but that the package has still not been delivered to *** so it is not in their system and therefore, has not actually been shipped. I'm incredibly frustrated and would appreciate THE TRUTH about when I will be receiving the order that I spent $71 on. So far I have been lied to several times and have had THE WORST experience getting a hold of anyone who can help me get this resolved. I either want a refund or I want my merchandise and I have waited more than long enough. It has been two weeks, I have done several online orders with various companies over the past few months and I have never had anywhere near this much trouble getting what I ordered. These people are quick to take your money, but unbelievably slow at sending it out. I'm sure if I'm issued a refund it'll probably take months to see my money back. Planning on filing a dispute with my bank if I don't have a resolution to this by tomorrow.

I understand that packages were delayed this year but this company hasn't provided a single response to the messages I have sent via their website regarding my missing package. The only way to contact customer service is via their website on a chat powered by *** and you automatically get a robot, not a real person. 15 days ago I submitted a chat asking about my order and that it has been 20 days since it was placed. The robot just simply stated I will get a reply soon as there is a high volume of requests and not to submit a new request as it may delay the response. The next day I asked what the status was and the robot responded "It looks like you are trying to check the status of your order. Your order will be shipping out soon. We are seeing a slight delay because of an increase in demand for our products. We will email you tracking info when we ship out your order. If you do not receive the email within the next 48 hours, please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, then reply back to this email. The team typically replies in a few hours." Therefore, my order STILL hasn't been shipped out and it stated before that I shouldn't send another request because it'll delay the response. 13 days ago I sent another message that there isn't a status anywhere for tracking and my money was collected a long time ago for a product I don't have. I didn't even receive an automated response. 12 days ago I sent "My order was placed and PAID FOR on November 30th and I still haven’t received my package nor have I received a tracking number. It has been 23 days! Where is my package?! This is ridiculous." and I just got the same automated responses. 3 days ago I said "No one has helped me" and I didn't get an automated response again. I HAD TO PAY A COMPANY FOR PRODUCTS THAT STILL AREN'T IN MY POSSESSION!

A few weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything in regards to a shipping confirmation. So I sent an email on 12/20 asking if my package had been shipped. The same day I got a reply saying that it was shipped on the 16th. I checked the tracking number and it said that the label was created on the 16th and dropped off on the 16th to the post office. What makes me mad is that it took them 16 days to get my order packaged and shipped, but that is not why I am writing this complaint. So my package didn’t come before Christmas - I received it on 12/29. I understand that there were shipping delays due to COVID - however, my package should have been shipped sooner. So when I opened my package one of my shirts was misprinted with some of the writing being messed up. I immediately emailed them on the same day 12/29. I told them I received a shirt that was damaged and that I wanted to exchange it for the same one. I got an automated email back saying to check the return page on the website. So I went onto the website but I still had questions. So I replied back to the email asking my questions about shipping (them paying for it - since it was not on my end that the shirt was sent damaged) and about the exchange ( my shirt was no longer listed on the website.) A few days went by I had not heard anything. So I sent a follow up on 1/2 on same thread restating everything. I got an automated email back saying to send a picture of the sticker and a picture of the shirt where the misprint was. Right away I sent the two pictures along with a picture of my invoice I received. However a few more days went by and I didn’t not hear anything back. So I sent another email today on a new thread - but did not receive anything - not even an automated message. I don’t know what else to do- this is the only way to contact them - and all I get is automated email to talk to.
