I cant transfer been waiting 2 years
So 2 years ago I transferred money to this site. I have tried to upgrade my account to level 1 paid 2.00 express process that was 2 years ago still waiting. Paytoo is a terrible site avoid at all cost. I now have money in my account that I cant access. I've tried to contact site with no reply. Actually proper annoyed that they are thief. Stealing people's money. Should be [censored] down for there incompetence will never use again

I cannot get into my account or my wallet. I've been trying to get hold of anyone at PayToo for nearly 2 years with no success. I have money I carnt access this is so distressing. I've submitted a complaint to complaints board. Sick of getting ignored.

Firstly they removed the money from my account and it took a lot of effort for them to get it put it back in. I then realised why they had, because they had removed the option to withdraw into a bank account, so there was no chance I would get my money. Now they simply refuse to give me my money and have now stopped replying to both me and the company who paid me. They have also now removed the option to view and download all previous conversations with the company. Phone number doesn't even ring and online chat no answer. I submitted a complaint with the financial ombudsman.

I also suggested I use the funds to make purchases but there has been no response whatsoever.
Please assist me in recovering my funds from PAYTOO.

I have been a member of zukul.com (an online business) and wanted to add funds to it through paytoo.com. I added 20 AUD to it through PayPal. When I was trying adding funds to Zukul I have been getting repeated technical errors. Frustrated and dissatisfied with the process, I requested a refund from Paytoo and that’s when the nightmare started.
I had to follow-up with them on the refund without any concrete solution. Repeated chats with their customer care was fruitless. On around first week on November they notified me that they shall be sending me a pre-paid MasterCard that I could use. I agreed to this and received the card around mid-November. I activated the card and added funds (17.5 AUD) to it through the Paytoo wallet, but received only 15 AUD after deduction of 2.5AUD. Their fees and payments (https://www.paytoo.com/content/paytoo-fees structure isn’t clear. I tried to use the prepaid card on 17th Nov on a POS for 14 AUD and the transaction was declined saying insufficient funds. Having said that, I have been also charged with $1.00 “purchase decline fee” and a $2.95 monthly service charge. I raised a dispute with then after filling in a form and till date haven’t heard from them or the card provider. I also asked Paytoo to refund me the balance AUD 2.5 on the wallet and haven’t got satisfactory or reassuring response. My question to them was very clear: "Purchase POS with Signature" and "POS Decline Fee (Signature)" should have been free. Having said the, the transaction was declined as mentioned in the form - Please let me know why the transaction was declined? Also what service fee are you charging when I did not get service at all? My card was declined. The entire process has caused me lot of mental stress and agony and I’d like to have my 20 AUD back. I have all the chat transcripts and the relevant emails with this company. They are the most pathetic and painfully fraudulent company according to and many others.

hi everyone this company is a scam hey invest much more for the adds and emarketing and make themselves honest company but they are thiefs when you I open a wallet I transfer money to this wallet and follow the steps to confirm my passport I submitted an authentic copy of my passport, first they rejected it and i asked for explantion they say you must copy the back too, i did this and copy the back and each page in my passport and still have no confirmation I realized after that is the way how they steal money from us, without confirmation you can do nothing with your own money and still blocked the only thing you can do is send a top up to a mobile phone and this is a scam too they take your top up and send you nothing nada I want to sue them but since I am outside usa I have no options to fill forms for the internt complaint so I am disapointed for a company that wa trusted because it is situated in usa,
