Another pasar bus operator, do not care about passage seats, as long as can fit in, will be fine.
Delayed departure due to hassle around to fit all their passengers.
From JB to KL took 4 hours then stopped for 1 and half hour at road aide, smoking at the roadside while the 41 passengers wait for them :)

Agree! Bus was close to 2h late. Nobody was apologetic. Swats were dusty. Bus stopped at major cities for a long time to get more passengers. It wasn't a direct service. Easybook also did not disclose this. We left Ipoh at 1.30am and arrived at Larkin past 11am. That's an extra 3h. Super unreliable, especially if you've to return to a destination at a certain time. I took this bus out of desperation but will avoid this company in future - even if it's a free ride, i also wouldn't want.

Irresponsible driver. Stopped bus more than 5stops and slept inside bus. Said reason as he’s only driving. Also left me behind at Ayer keroh r&r. I just went toilet for not even 5mins late. People from that place helped me to chase out the bus. If he really cannot drive he suppose to inform his agency. Not simply putting poor people life .
Travel: Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru.
Bus driver stop more than 3 stops. [censored]ing kidding! We just start our bus, not even half and hours the bus driver already stop two times. And one stop he tell us he want to go minum Kopi!
Travel to TBS . Ask to come 15 minutes earlier but until 8.18 not depart yet. Ticket at 8.00 . Also just fit in anyone as long as can fit. Very narrow seat even for single seat. Price like double decker bus can afford better bus with the price. Got no charger. The attendance bad service and rude. Very not recommended. 1 star.
Kulim to kb. Teruk bas ni. Pilih online seat lain. Bila masuk bas, boleh duduk mana sesuka hati . Nasib baik ada seat kosong.
beli tiket online kat jb sentral utk ke KL. Tulis kat tiket direct bus ke KL tapi sesuka hati dia je berhenti mana². Seremban pun dia masuk dropkan passengger. Dah la tiket pkl 6.30 tapi pkl 7.15 baru bertolak. duduk mana² seat kosong tak ikut nombor seat. driver x mesra penumpang. stop over kat hentian tangkak yg ada toilet shj. end up sampai TBS 12.30 mlm. pls la avoid naik bas cacamerba ni
book a ticket at 8pm from alor star to TBS but when we reach counter to ask for information the incharge only said that bus is delayed and will only arrived at 10 or 11pm and not explaining anything abt the cause of lateness . come again at 10pm to ask then the other incharge said bus will arrive around 1030 bcs the driver went to eat first but still at 11pm we didnt see any bus yet . will avoid this bus in future , poor service
22/10/22. Already 2 hours from scheduled time at 3:16am,the bus is still nowhere in sight. 5:03am still waiting. We do not know where the bus is and there's no care about passenger's time whatsoever! Traffic jam excuse is not acceptable. It's 3am in the morning there's no traffic! Another blacklisted company along with Billion Star Express.

Stupid company, brought 6pm ticket still need to wait until 6:40,delays passenger time for nothing, stupid operator also stupid management,won’t follow schedule to departure always delays, please boycott this company to avoid time waste for nothing
Don't take this bus. They not follow seat number. When u carry ur wife and daughter. U can't seat together. Bus many places to stop. One stop take 15 minutes. So regret book this bus. When I kena ...I start find this bus review. I found so many complaint. It's all true.

bought ticket 9:30 am for RM51 from shah alam to jb, delayed for 2 hours, and the changed the bus at the very last minute, whats more to complaint, the bus was nothing to compare with daily bus, with the water from aircond sometimes dropping, YALL BEEN DOING THIS FOR AWHILE, I’LL MAKE SURE YALL PAY FOR THIS [censored]
Ni pertama kali aku nak naik bas ni, beberapa jam sebelum naik aku baru terbaca review.semuanya haukk..sekali aku dah sampai stesen bas jitra ..org diorg call 15minit sebelum aku naik bas,cakap suruh refund duit sebab bas rosak.kau dah tahu bas rosak,cari la bas lain ganti.company bas lain kalau rosak ke apa ke.ko tahu diorg cari bas ganti.Bas ni kerap sgt rosak.Dulu adik aku pernah naik sekali,bas jam 2 pagi...sekali bas rosak dekat seremban.pukui 8pagi baru dapat naik.tolong la ownernya ambik berat sikit.kita nak support bumiputra..tapi hasil yg kita dapat mcm ni.. Aku harap yg lain,tolong jgn naik bas ni kalau hangpa xmau jadi mcm kami yg dah terkena ni..
Inhumane company, a guy vomited on the bus, he kicked the guy out in the middle of nowhere. When i tell to let him to let him stay the bus driver refused. And im sure they didn't refund or anything. Later the bus driver was laughing that he kicked him out from the bus. Horrible.

When the bus arrive Negeri Sembilan,the driver was drive the bus out of highway and use the old road,too long time used…and the driver too lower……complaint!the time write can 10:30pm arrive,but now 11:30pm also at port Dickson……traffic not jam but also too slow😡

tiket pukul 10 pm . 11 lbih pon xboleh jalan lagi.. penumpang depan turun kan kerusi bila kita tegur buat x layan.. akhirnya anak mengadu rasa nak semput sbb terlalu sempit.
akhir sekali kami turun dan cancel perjalanan tu.. Rugi Rm180.. hmmm tp xpa lah klu nk gagahkan perjalanan tu xtau nk jadi apa dekat anak. naik bas xselesa tu lumrah tapi ini entah lah xbole nk tahan da mungkin sempit sgt..

Really vest of my money I'm from jb to Ipoh they take me in 1 bus at Larkin then they change bis after out from Larkin the second bis is like bas kilang then the bus tyre flat at KL passengers wait there more than 20 minutes then they bring us to TBS and I'm here from TBS I'm reporting this really worse bus 27/2/23 until now 28/2/23 6.10am I'm at TBS I buy another ticket to ipoh
Bus dari larkin. Tiket jam 11.21 pm.. tulis permata utara.. sampai lambat. Pukul 12.30 baru sampai. Tarikh 15april 2023. Bila bas dah sampai. Kena naik bus buruk. 88 nama bas. Dengan kersu lama. Tempat cas fone tak ada. Apa benda servis kau ni hanat? Aq bayar sama dapat macam bus lain yg servis bagus. Daripada barua macam ni.memang bodoh..jangan naik bus nama permata utara kalau dekat larkin.

Hari ni bas masi beroperasi. In fact aku tengah dlm bas ni. Dari Kangar nak ke Kl, berolak 6.30ptg tadi 2 Sep 2023.

Driver setiap 10minit hisap rokok. Bas lama bergegar teruk. Laju nak mampus. Bumbung bocur air ujan menitik dari atas. Driver sorang. Imagine la ni dah kat Changlon. Doakan kami selamat sama KL.
Saper yg baca tolong repot segera kat SPAD atau PDRM yer. Tak tau pulak apa mombor bas ni. 7.22pm di Changlon
Bas paling bangang. Sidai org berjam jam. Dah la harga kemain mahal sial bas dah la buruk, service hauk! Bodoh menyusahkan org je la kau ni

Ya allah ni la bas paling teruk aku naik 😭😭😭 naik dekat terminal sungai nibong 9.15 pm 27/6. Bas takde sampai la 9.30pm kaunter announce yang bas tu ada masalah dengan JPJ taknak masuk terminal so kena jalan kaki 3km ye lintas highway ke petron tu. Dengan beg berat, pakcik makcik jalan kaki ke situ. Naik je tengok seat main duduk je.
Kami bayar mahal nokkk rm50 😭😭 tak inc insurance lagi rm1.50. Andd setiap kali jumpa roadblock bus tu akan stop tepi jalan sebab takde permit 😭😭😭 sumpah la apa benda weh

On 2/2/24 I have booked a bus ticket from this bus company for my son who want to returning to an IPTA in the North. Just info , this is the first time I have booked the ticket from this bus company. The bus is scheduled to depart from the express bus terminal section 17 Shah Alam at 11:30 pm. The bus starts its journey at 11:37pm. At 12:58am my son messaged me that the bus broke down at the Jalan Duta toll plaza. Unfortunately I was asleep at that time. At 4:15am once again my son messaged me that the bus was still not OK and the bus driver was busy asking for help from another express bus that passed by to help pick up this poor bus passenger. I don't even know how many buses that driver asks for help because only if there are empty seats or the bus travels to the northern destination. Finally at 5:30 am, my son told me that only he and the two drivers were left there because other passengers had been able to board another bus. How sad I thought about my son's fate at that time. After the morning prayer, I decided to go to the Jalan Duta toll plaza to pick up my son. When I got there at 7:45 in the morning (it was a bit late because I was only guided by Google map to get there - by this time, my son should probably have reached the destination - waste time accompanying the driver on the side of the highway for 8 hours). At the location..the driver just smiled while saying that the bus is old, he can't do anything but he has called the mechanic (pomen) and can only come at 10 or 11 in the afternoon. He said if we can wait together or take another same company bus (maybe) at 11:30pm on 3/2/24. Crazy what? But I don't blame them. It's just that I'm upset with the management of the bus company, bus drivers and mechanics who are already aware of the condition of the bus but still allow the bus to operate. It is really very inconvenient to the passengers and the public. I had to buy another bus ticket for my son. It's a bit unfortunate because I had booked a ticket from this bus company. Wastes our time, money and is very tiring. Why does the online ticket system still allow this company to be on their list when there have been many complaints from users.

Bought ticket from busonlineticket.com a week before travel date. Ticket more expensive than usual. Suppose to board the bus at 945pm from Penang Sentral, but not until 11pm the operator told us the bus had issue earlier and had to drop passengers in Alor Star before make way here. Waited another 2 hours just to be told that the bus not coming. About 10 of us stranded. Promised to be refunded and paid for next bus. We hv bought ticket for next bus, let’s see if they keep their promise to refund and reimburse our other ticket. 13hours stranded at Penang Sentral. Permata Utara is not recommended especially during festive
