Travel: JB to Ipoh

Date: 30th April 2022

Time: 10:15 (according to ticket, but depart at 11:30)

Reason:

Another pasar bus operator, do not care about passage seats, as long as can fit in, will be fine.

Delayed departure due to hassle around to fit all their passengers.

From JB to KL took 4 hours then stopped for 1 and half hour at road aide, smoking at the roadside while the 41 passengers wait for them :)

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

这个巴士千万不要坐!我买1月17号1145pm,4个位子的票,等到2AM巴士才到。OK!迟到没关系,至少有到,看到巴士底下放行李的地方满到没地方塞行李,里面还有一股腐烂的味道传出来。

OK!行李放不下没关系,有味道没关系,我就问司机巴士上后面有位放行李箱吗?司机说有,我就叫孩子们先上车,我抬2个行李箱上去,孩子们手里也有拿着小bag,我才上巴士我孩子就说,妈咪里面都没有位子可以坐。我一看心里开始骂一堆脏话,原本我们的位子有人坐了,只剩下3个位子。包括我们、才上巴士的乘客和还没上巴士的乘客有13个人。我们互相看着对方,心里开始冒火,我先带孩子们下车,然后问司机为什么这样,两个司机也不懂要怎么办一直打电话给他公司的人,但是没人听。我一个人带着3个孩子,再看我旁边站着的印度妈妈、她家2位老人家、一个小孩和一个baby,心里更加火滚。

等了2个小时多,结果没位子!!!公司还不听司机的电话!!!大半夜大人孩子都累了,就想快点上巴士休息和回家,结果没位子!!!

我没有迁怒司机,因为不是他们的错,我问司机现在怎么办要怎么解决?司机很无奈的叫我online refund,因为巴士公司一直不听他们的电话,他们也不懂怎么办。

个人觉得司机态度都OK,没有不好的语气或者不耐烦,他们也很努力的想办法解决问题。

还好我的妈妈还没离开可以带我回家,不然我带着3个孩子也不懂要怎么办,看着印度人一家,有老有小有baby,也为他们感到心累和心疼。。。

我是在巴士车站买票的,我直接跟巴士车站refund,他们有refund给我。

讲真的,你们巴士公司是有什么问题?票乱卖的吗?不会做生意就不要做!

For those yang nak naik bas permata utara sdn.bhd ni, tolong fikir banyak kali and percaya lah kepada review2 yang anda baca. Saya nak gerak ke KL pda 2.30 pm according to the original bus time, tetapi 3.30 pm masih tak sampai2. tanya dekat kaunter pukul 3.30 dengan senang hatinya cakap, “ oh bas ni memang tak ada, cancel. buat je refund.” nasib time tu terfikir nak tanya and rezeki ada bas last yg nak ke KL jugak. Dhla flight esok tu. Untuk bas permata utara sdn bhd ni, tolong eh, kalau rasa tak boleh nak berkhidmat dengan baik, takpayah nak beroperasi. jangan nak menyusahkan orang lain.

Permata utara bus tbs to kulim, bus suppose to arrive at 10.15 pm tapi smpai 11.30 pm! Refund pun xde.. second driver is the worst one ever, tekan break sudden sudden smpai passengers pun x rase safe.. lambat pastu stop bus tepi kedai makan.. paling terok driver where I don't think he is eligible and safe in driving.. hope the company take note and check on the drivers driving skill where seriously is super annoying and dangerous with the sudden break given each 5 to 10 min till we arrive to the destination.. sleepless journey where we are concern more on the road #bus permata utara 14/06/2024 10.15pm!

last minute cancel the trip ? beli tiket sbb urgent tpi last minute cancel trip atas alasan bus rosak tkde bus ganti...disuruh minta refund mcm harini minta harini masuk terus duit tu...kalau org lain urgent, tu ajaa duit yg ada mcmana. ? saya tkkan mintak refund tpi saya tkkan halalkan duit tu...service teruk

Tiket dah beli online dari duta ke pasir gudang, bus tak sampai² patut sampai 2 15, dari 130 temenung dekat tepi jalan duta, sampai 435 masih tak sampai, boleh mintak duit balik tak ni...macam haram bodoh servis

Very dispointed service. Booked online tickets because no bus left to destination. Time travel was yesterday. All records and payments customer this company have. Bus can't run yesterday, so they arranged with other bus provider. Suppose this company call customer mentioned this problem and mentioned alternative step to take, but ask the other bus company to do in last minutes. Failed to deliver the messages properly. So, gone the trip yesterday. No respon the company, gone more than RM100 for the ticket. So, please ensure the communication clear to customer if there any problem happen, so. It can avoid lost for the customers interm money, time and urgent things to attend dan do. This all important for the customers. Atleast company can give compensation to cover the lost of customer.
